justwise:@ Justwise Usually most visa free countries to the uk are for six months visit. He overstayed for 7 years and voluntarily went back home. He was not served any banned or given any restrictions on his passport, neither was his ´passport checked by immigratioins. After three years since he left the uk, he's planning again to come and visit his son who is now 4 years old. Do you think he would have any problem on point of entry into the uk or any E.U countries? Thank you |

Hello Justwise, A friend of mine overstayed in the Uk for 7 years and during his stay here he had a son with a uk national. It's been three years since he voluntarily moved back to the south america as he hold a passport that doesn't need a visa to the UK. Now he's planning to come back to the UK to visit his son, will he have any problem entering? His child is a uk national as well and bear his surname. Thank you!!! |
