Questions are being asked you can’t give solid answers , all you can do is abuse and insults, call people poor, say they were sacked, it’s like y’all don’t know how you all look like All of you look wretched !!!!!
I even saw one lady that used pin to hold her trousers, all of your men with oversized suits , even your MD his Ankara underarm looks faded
You all don’t look better than everyone that came for that interview.. I hope that is clear enough

Now to the questions asked
1) Do you give 30 people jobs every week?
2) why don’t you have the name of the company written boldly anywhere ?
3) why is your bank account name different from your company’ Name ?
4) why do you lie to give people jobs but ask them to pay 5k before they get it ?
5) after paying 5k , why do you still request for another money for businesses?!
6 ) you are into skincare and agriculture right ? Give us names of company you established or mentored
7) why is there no office for RMD in your organization
8 )why can’t applicants talk to themselves after the interview and 10hours training ??
9) why do you delay people for 10 good hours without even allowing them take water ??
10) why cant you just give people jobs then , they can pay the materials anytime? Why do you make it compulsory? Even if they don’t have the money , you asked them to pay commitment fee?
11) how to intend to help people become entrepreneurs??
12)WHY DIDNT YOU SHOW THE MATERIAL YOU ARE SELLING ?? !!

If you have no answer to these questions, y’all Bleep off!!!!
Most of those applicants can feed you all! Your training is wack! You are saying what we know !! NOT EVERYONE IS STUPID! . I rest my case

Thanks for the info sir. This is how people like you would have confused my destiny. I lost a 10years job due to Covid 19 in May. About the time my wife just gave birth to our first child. Can you imagine how frustrated I was. A friend just invited me for a 2days Training at Elyte Enterpreneurs. Sincerely since I was out of Job I could not even get the required business building Textbooks I needed to read. But I explained to HR humbly my predicament (which is something many of you don't do.) she told me I could get started but must on my own endeavour to get a personal Library. I resumed Mid May, May was slow cos of restrictions on Movement. But at least I learnt how to conduct simple online training for clients especially via zoom. By June ending I have been able to conduct over 16trainings. And at least I can take care of my little boy. I think this whole controversy on Nairaland is not necessary. Elyte are just Free thinkers who are trying their best to create opportunities for many who have lost their jobs or are tired of being Employees. Nobody is been coersed, I needed the opportunity And I grabbed it. If you haven't been jobless with no hope in sight as a Married man in Nigeria that is when you will have time to be checking Nairaland or replying.
Am only writing this cause, if Covid 19 continues more could lose their jobs, this is the time to create opportunities and if you can't create, embrace available opportunities. If you are not interested simply appreciate the Trainings and tell them this is not what you want. You can drop your contact in case there are other opportunities. Coming to write rubbish is too dereping and I think young Nigerians can do better. My humble opinion tho.

Look at these foolish people everywhere defending their scam of a company... you said you are giving people jobs, you give almost 30people jobs every week?? Just Come straight and tell us you are doing training which costs 5k .. wouldn’t that be better than allowing people sit in one place for 10 good hours!!!! Without even serving water! If they wanna go , you tell them to stay and wait till the end .. you didn’t show a sample of the foolish materials you guys are selling , nothing!

A company that has been on for 10years but no picture of the president or the governor of the state in the office that looks like a cubicle. A company of 10years into skincare and agriculture can’t even boost of a company they brought up.
They will get you guys one day! Only if you change and tell the world what you really do, come clean.. we do training and it cost 5k,simple!
