If there is anyone here that took CIIN certificate level examination Oct diet and is trying to process transcript and certificate, if you'd be interested in achieving this as part of a group with a few others please reach out to me as we have contacted the director of the institution and she has asked that we send some information to her - name, examination number, membership no etc so she can help us work on and fast track the process. She has although stated that the certificate can only be made available by the graduation ceremony which would hold 6th January 2021 but we can still get transcript now.
We intend to send the list to her 1st thing tomorrow morning.

@arbbiegold, I don't think it would be late at 8weeks. My hospital didn't have it on our 6weeks and the nurses said my dd can take it on our 10weeks cos it would be available then.

Please take her to the hospital. Till your 6 weeks postpartum and he immunizations I strongly think all complaints should be made to your Dr and home remedies should be put on hold. She's too young imo

Other mamas have responded. Just keep on giving Vit C. It should get better not worse. You can still do another steam bath before nightfall, it works very fast.

For catarrh, put very tiny drop of silverbird oil on a tissue and place close to where she sleeps and give her Vitamin C but still take her to the Hospital let 'em doctor prescribe antibiotics for the cough. Since it just started last night, the drugs will work faster. I think she is quite young for the palm oil/sugar, ginger/honey cough remedy.

Milani is very oily. If you have oily skin don't use it. I mistakenly bought 2 bottles of it and had to give my MUA cousin. Find a matte foundation. I use Milani powder but the foundation is bad for my skin. For primer I use ponds oil control.

Flora EC I don't know much about dry skin oh, avoid matte products sha. Moisturize regularly (morning and night)

Queensk get silverbird, put a few drops on a bib and place near her head. Rub ori on the bridge of her nose. Stop ori and salt please, she's too young for that

Hospital might be a good idea. I don't think you should be doing Ori plus salt for a 3 week old. For the blocked nostrils, you can put a few drops of eucalyptus oil in hot water and do steam inhalation. Or buy saline drops, drop a few drops in her nose to unblock then suck it out to make her night easier.
