Hi mates. i also faced the same problem getting my letter. Yesterday, a guy called my mobile fone and said i should call him immediately for my NLNG letter. At first, i thought it was one of these 419ers but i decided to give him a call all the same. When i called, he said he had like 10,000 letters to distribute and that the truth is that he doesnt see himself distributing everthing. He asked me to meet him at the Tantalizers office at Mokola roundabout whereas, i was in lagos. After much aguement, i decided to call my brother who was in Ibadan and he went to the venue to pick up my letter. My brother even said the Fedex guy asked him for money and he noticed that other people who came gave him something. Iwas so mad cos i believe this guy was paid to do this job, now he doesnt want to do it and is even extorting money from innocent applicants. Its so bad but what do we do? The guys numba is 08056918574. So i will sugest that anybody in Ibadan who is qualified for the test and hasnt gotten his letter should simply call this number and ask of where to meet the Fedex guy b4 he leaves Ibadan for Lagos. Hi Mates, pls i will like to know if everybody invited in lagos will have theirs on the 3rd. Also, whats the venue and time. For my earlier promised info on questions, simply visit www.shldirect.com. I gathered shl questions are the normal maths and english and spatial reasoning. basically, all the questions are based on time - speed and accuracy. Hope to hear from those who hav already received their letters on the details of their invitation. I guess a lot of people will be invited as NLNG is known for inviting a large number of people once they are qualified (2:1 min and 28 yrs max).

I got this info from someone who was involved in the last exercise in 2003. The truth is that they will only consider those with 2.1 min but u've not done anything wrong by applying with your 2.2. Anything can still happen despite the fact they requested for a 2.1 min. Once we are invited for the test, i will get the info for the test across to the house but the gist i got is that the test is simple but that when you get to the interview stage, you will need more than brilliance. Most of the questions aksed at the interview stage are questions that have to do with GAS. Chemistry and Science students have an advantage here but of course, a lot will be required from them since they are majors in this field. hope i've made some sense?

I believe this info isnt meant for just people in the house. The beauty of this forum is that you can get an important info which you can pass on to someone else despite the fact the info might not be useful to you. i saw it but since it doesnt apply to my case, i have simply taken the info home to tell my folks. I wrote the test too but havent heard anything except that some people hav informed the house that they've been invited for the interview. Hope the Chevron test is the one for Chemistry Graduates cos thats the one i am talking about.

Hi people, i gathered that NLNG will soon contact pople for the test. I actually heard it's going to be in February. Has anyone heard anything? Also, has anyone with ideas on what will be asked for the test. I heard the training will be in Scotland in the form of an MSc while ur school fees and other fees will be paid by NLNG. On completion of your studies, u will then come back to work at Bonny Island where u will be given a flat. i also gathered that their pay is btw 450 and 550k/month and U'll be given 4.5 million box as bulk payment to settle down fast. Sounds tasty.
