toluine56: I actually don't know how doing this would help as a banker. Please doing this only put your money at risk coz branch staff doesn't have anything to do when it comes to upper hand in securing fx, this is basically a function of treasury/trade. 2 Likes |

JesusDWay: @ JesusDWay Please as regards using fixed deposit, would they verify or ask for how long the fund had been fixed before ITA and how the fund accrued up to the fixed amount from my personal account (primary source) before it was fixed? I.e. is it a problem if I fix the fund on Monday n I get ITA say by July n submit the fixed deposit certificate as my POF by same July .? Do I have to explain how that amount added up in my personal account before fixing it or just the certificate is enough proof? Thanks as I await your response. Ideas and opinions are much welcome from other people in the house. God bless us all . |

Dannylng: If I'm to be in your shoe trust me I will be opting for another co-sponsor. The reason is simple. From what you said he would be contributing N4m this year and N4m next year. From the statement we can deduce that N4m for this year is sure but the one for next is still doubtful since he would not be pledging the whole N8m presently in his account now for you (though the account history can tell them how buoyant he is) but that's a serious red flag. Another way out is you might want to delay your application for prob 2months so that your sponsor could build his account to say around N18m. Trust me I can guarantee you on this. |

[quote author=Dannylng post=46579161] Thanks a lot bro for your answer He pledge to sponsor me with 4M in the first year and 4 More in the second year. I have 4M too in form of treasury bill that will mature august. The program cost is 19k cdn If I'm to be in your shoe trust me I will be opting for another co-sponsor. The reason is simple. From what you said he would be contributing N4m this year and N4m next year. Dannylng: Answers to your question will depend on a lot of factors. Your school fees, the level of sponsorship (either part or full), your share of the funding (in terms of your SOA and assets) , your relationship with the sponsor. Summary: It might be suspicious to say for instance when the program will cost you N6m and just towards your application it was only this 6 or N7m that came into his account. One will also be suprised that this sponsor who prob is not your dad to just give you the whole N6m out of N7m that he has as at that time. My advice is you should get a co-co-sponsor in order to make a strong case....my opinion tho. 1 Like |

Bleuocean: Thank you so much bro.........I have actually been trying to get an idea of what the refusal/approval rate history for Humber college looks like. This information is very useful. Do you have the same idea for University of Northern British Columbia ? |
Travel / Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by ramsol00: 4:01pm On Jun 13, 2016 |
GrandCommander: Yeah. ..I can also testify to that coz l have been searching for a while now before l decided to probably go with Humber. In terms of experience, I abt 3years banking experience that can be related to that course (Global Business Management ). But my only concerns is only if me going to Humber college won't be an issue. I don't know how the embassy sees Humber College as a school especially their graduate certificate programs and also don't know if anyone in my similar profile has ever obtained trv vivia Humber College. Please your contribution will also be highly appreciated. |
