you and I will never agree in anything because you can't contextualize a comment....the fact that you don't want to admit that your people are part of the problem,i don't see you and i walking in the same path...since you are mentioning zuma, today he met 14 unions of your people living in SA,he mentioned two critical issues which need to be dealt with decisively
1.ending all drug dealers centre's in SA
2.deportation of all illegal immigrants

...welcome to SA

Part of what problem...Again..you are presumptions.. I am very clear about my non -support for any kind of evil and I am far from a blind patriot of my country..I am unashamed to admit truths.. Which is far from your mouth or I would say your fingers...I have said..it here,, Some Nigerians are tribal people.. But the issue here is not about Nigeria. But you seem to have comprehension issues.. What context are you talking about.. Are you using the word for the sake of it.. Because the English persons would be upset at wrong usage of words...

MDUZA..offcourse we can not work the same path.. You are a man..with no capability to take responsibility for evil and condemn it.. instead you deflect and blame foreigners for your problems...and go as far as saying that you lost your ability to be human when you saw insults thrown at "you", so in your little small warped my mind..What you are doing here is defending those iunsults and while at it ...repping the animal kingdom (your words).

This thread is about Xenophobia BY SOUTHAFRICANS to other foreign nationals....But what did you do..you come here to defend it....you come here to cry and biatch about non respect by foreign nationals for GOD (YOU)...or village headmaster? which one? you prescribe countries that "by your warped f255444ked up assessment of right and wrong" are "well behaved" and give this as a reason some savages are not attacking them..

Offcourse we can not walk on the same path... I wont waste my life on a South African forum defending evil/drug dealing Nigerians.. But what you are doing here is defending blood thirsty savages roaming the streets of Durban and Alexander.. So you see.. You are A TROLL....and trolls don't move with non-trolls

So the only crime Somali and Ethiopians citizens committed was to own businesses in SA? You ask which country allows them to have a shop on every 2 streets? The answer to that silly question is every democratic and civilised country. Here in the uk Indians, Pakistanis and Turks have a shop on every street and in some parts of London there are only foreigners who own shops. So should the white man attack and hate these people when they pay their taxes and add to the economy of their country of residence?

Your letter has no substance and it only highlights the shameless mentality of South Africans.

Don't waste your breath on this small minded troll making South Africans look bad.. He/she does not represent a true black South African... For anyone to make those kind of assertions shows that he has not got past OR.TAMBO airport and has this warped ideology they call PANAFRICANISM..But really is narrow nationalistic ideologies which really is xenophobic/racist.. and yes some black south Africans are racist! Xenophobia is not only the problem...

To be honest i blame Nigerians for the way we conduct ourselves outside the shores of this country. Too many Nigerians are involved in 419 and drugs. And this brings us back to the issue of our poor governments and administrations who have only but siphoned and looted our common wealth for their personal gains.

If we were a serious country, we would not even be trading words with a country as small as SA. We have a larger economy, better manpower and resources. INfact there will be no need for any Nigerian to want to travel to SA in the first place. Hence Nigerians have been pushed to the wall and its now almost like a battle for survival for many.

Again, this is the kind of insults you get when you play big brother and meddle into the affairs of other countries. WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT SA TO WALLOW IN APARTHEID. Ingrates

Then on the issue of social media. I must confess, Nigerians are truly guilty of spreading fake stories, videos and pictures. the advent of photoshop has made it all the more easier. OF course this is done only to attract traffic to the bloggers site.

To me the Nigerian government MUST find a way to register every blogger such that any fake rumour can be traced back and such blogger duly sanctioned.

FAIR ENOUGH...I don't agree with all you said but a great deal of it is true...

Again.. Your post is a mangled mess! contradicting your yourself.. You can not mask hate.. You have been crying all over this forum seeking respect from foreign nationals and deciding which ones are good and which ones are bad? who are you to do this..? Insults on this forum stole your sympathy.. So some faceless keyboard NINJAs mad you loose your status as a human? so what are you now?.. You can not regret to inform me about anything....it is the business of ZUMA and his cohorts to address the issue.. and offcourse we know where his ZULU heart lies..Foreigners do have a choice and its your duty to make sure that they don't get into the shenanigans of your self confessed violent people (your confession-I don't believe it)..

It would be sad if you are actually here to impress anyone.. You are an adult..you should know that.. The fact that you bother about what people post ..people that you have not seen before and making that a strong enough reason to "steal your sympathy" speaks to the kind of human being you are.. If you can't beat them join them right" Yeah.. with that single statement...you have been successful in leaping into the evil clutches of some of the savages on your township streets..I wish I have seen a moving tree.. But I guess you have it in the forests of the kruger parks/pilansburg park? No?

As I said.. your attitude is very xenophobic.. You don't have shed blood to be part of the problem.. I don't believe that SAfricans are violent people.. That is structural problem..as a result of the history.. I don't belive that you can resign a whole race of people and bind them in a box...and if they are actually in a box.. Then someone has to remove them from their bondage..It is disgraceful that you are resolving and accepting that SOUTHafrica has a violent culture..Then I must questions if they are actually human...and no Foreigners would not have to deal with "your violence".. you can either work to change that attitude or culture or limit it to your country men..

What is this nonsense about respect. You want the foreigners to bow down and greet you every morning they wake up.

You want them to thank you everyday for your hospitality. How childish.

The only reason you are saying this is because when these particular "foreigners" do well , they show off stuff that your people cannot get and thus they become envious, so in other words your demand for respect really translates to "Do not disrespect us by flashing your wears in front of us when you know many of our people are hungry"

PS, Can your Zulu mobs tell the difference btw a French speaking Senegalese and Congo man or a Ghanaian, Liberian or Nigerian. They are all the same to you so stop deflecting by trying to divide the foreigners into segments. An obvious tactic you learnt from your Apatheid masters.

Africans including Nigerians are united behind these despicable acts perpertrated by your country men.

Take responsibility for your actions and stop deflecting.

Shame on you.

good posting.. I really don't understand that guys posts.. But really I see what the problem is..He has not travelled and experienced other cultures.. The long years of isolation from the world has dealt a big blow.. living quite shallow human beings... with very narrow nationalistic leanings and ideologies..

Anyone that thinks that he is doing another African National a favour because they are in your country and other your mercy..Ha snever grasped the full meaning of the word "UBUNTU" that you guys throw around easily... Again... Foreigners national should not treat you like a GODDESS because you allowed them stay in your country....Infact ..It is your responsibility to treat foreigners the way you treat your own nationals...No difference.. Know one would give you extra dolls or candy for that...The constant yearning fro respect from foreigners from you...shows a deep rooted sense of insecurity and inferiority ..The fact that you cry so hard about this ..all over this forum....would not change it..They owe you nothing
Foreign Affairs / Re: Open Letter To NIGERIA From A SOUTH AFRICAN by RANDYMUDA: 5:52pm On Apr 24, 2015
For me.. I would not generalise South Africans.. I know their history and I understand where they are coming from..20 years ago they got their independence and with that came a fresh outlook to life and hope for the future.. It was the African dream and it was a victory for all Africans...Well..not too long after Foreigners starting comeing for them and competeing with scarce resources..Then the African dream did not look so dreamy anymore..The problem is...you can not blame foreigners for that...you have to look inwards and solve the problems from "inside-out"..

What is sad to me is...A lot of the South Africans on this board..START WITH THE SAME STORY..I AM NOT XENOPHOBIC..I LOVE GHANAIANS AND SENEGALESE (that is already excluding and picking and choosing..like anyone has given you that power to decide what is good and what is bad)..You can only do that objectively..If you have looked at yourself and see if you are a good person..but offcourse that is even too hard Anybody that does this..Is in my opinion already F444KED UP!But it doesn't end there.. I AM NOT XENOPHOBIC...BUT....FOREIGNERS SELL DRUGS/PROSTITUTION....Then goes into a real life XENOPHOBIC RANT! My god.. the fact that you don't see this is sad..

Is just like an Afrikaans racis..saying I am not racist ..my have black friends....but black peoples...blah blah....racist rant..

Don't some you South Africans see that you are becoming like your Oppressors? It is sad that the once oppressed forgets so quick..DAMN it is just 21 years ago!

I hope we not gonna get to that stage....with the strong opposition in parliament and as vigilant as the SAn public is....I hope we will not get to that bad state of affairs.

Yes a lot is wrong at the moment but there things being done to turn things around....when Eskom is done with their plant maintains and refurbishment projects and the 2 new power plants completed and commissioned....load shedding will be history.

With Zuma pressurised to pay back the Nkandla money I am sure the signal is strong enough that has been sent that the SAn public will not tolerate looting of state coffers....

It is good that you are optimistic but I don't see it happening ESKOM needs 500billion rands to get turned around.. ZUMA is busy signing nuclear pacts with Russia.. We all know how long those things take.. We know it is borrowed money.. Only Gods how SA would pay back..Another way to steal and enslave the people is what I see.. As for the POWER plants . I think you should check what is happening there...The speed of the work there I think puts tortoise and snails to shame...

I don't see anything been done to turn around anything..what i see is a government that is totally out of its depth and has no clue or commitment to do anything..and would not take responsibility for anything..As for looting.. It would continue.. The SA public would do nothing about it...You would only bark but not bite..match..land grabs, kill foreigners and other unruly things but it would not work..

Social Change can only happen when and only when there is a great expansion of the middle class... Your middle class has shrunk in the last 5 years or atleast the growth has slowed...The votes come from the impoverished that get the handouts from your government.. TRUST YOUR GOVERNMENT WOULD RATHER KEEP THEM IMPOVERISHED ...so they can get their votes..The fact that ZUMA is still there and elected as the president shows that South Africa like every other black African nation is well, a MESS!

what is it that Nigeria is doing ?even if all these foreigners can exit south Africa today...we are going to lose nothing because they are bringing nothing to SA....the fact that your people are also affected by those attacks, clearly your people are not feared but are disrespected..the question that you and your fellow poor Nigerians should ask yourselves is...there are many Senegalese and Ghanaians living in SA,why are they not affected?

before your gods gave an answer, let me break it down for you..

they conduct themselves in a dignified manner
they are not criminals
they respect the locals that's why the locals respect the back
...............the attacks are over, dont be surprised if they resurface, your country men are a major factor

Well...I actually blame the Nigerians going into the back and forth banter with you guys... Just looking at the poor judgement espoused in your post? Seriously....you actually are asking why Ghanaians and Senegalese persons are not attacked?really? So are you justifying the madness and the killing of the foreigners against a criteria? seriously?WOW...just wow...I think you are doing more harm to the reputation of your country men, which has been otherwise good, You can never justify killing of persons that are not of your country ..One of the reason we are human is not in the way we treat the lives of our own people alone, but it is with the kindness, tolerance and love we show foreigners ..because they are vulnerable populations.. A lot of the foreigners from CONGO DRC and the somalies are political refugees from war torn areas...(some 30-40 odd years ago...some of your nationals where in this situation and they were not killed) You can not justify their killing based on any criteria and you can not compare nationals of countries to another.. Who are you to have this arrogance to pitch one country against the other and decide which one deserves to die..

I think you should reread your post and see if it makes sense and if it does to you... Then I am sorry...you don't have to be a street savage with guns and axes to be part of the xenophobic problem...Your mindset is already giving you away....you are letting it known...where your heart lies...you just won't go on the streets to maim and kill... But the resentment is palpable...

I would not beef your country.. Things are far better infrastructure wise than most ,if not all African Countries save EYGPT/LIBYA/MOROCCO before the strives and problems in the first two countries.. But it is sad that BLACK SOUTH AFRICANS fail to admit that it was not a sole achievement of the blacks.. The WHITES SET THAT TEMPLATE...Coming to a Nigerian forum and beating your chest about a stolen achievement that is already on its way southwards is the way to go...NOT!

Furthermore, you know what is happening in your country at least now...The ZULUS with their cheerleader (ZUMA) are using their POMS POMS quite well.. Smiling to the bank, defrauding tax payers...refusing to take responsibility/ ESKOM/LOAD SHEDDING... I think you should sit back and do some reflection...Right before your eyes the greed of your Zulu people is killing the country and you guys back it anyways....You would soon be where Nigeria is...PETROL FUMES GENERATOR/BLACKOUTS...WELCOME TO THE AFRICAN REALITY BROTHERS FROM THE SOUTH... grin cheesy tongue

They have similarities but the issue here is in xenophobia.. South Africa effectively are attacking people they have no jurisdiction over..Ithas a multiplier effect.. International relations....COUNTRY ANIMOSITY....and so on and so forth... In tribalism...for the most part...It is within country men and as much as YORUBAS and IGBOS go at each other..you can not document a direct fight or killings by the two groups.. In the last 47 years In xenophobia.....it is hate accompanied by actual killing and death...of a vulnerable person...similar but very different

I have never seen a South African forum with threads like "why South África is the giant of África" or "why South African women are the most beautiful on the continent"etc. Those things are exaclty what attract confrontation .

I think you should let people exist in their little deluded world.. Your need to come to the thread and attack for me is obsessive... If I don't have anything constructive to add to a thread by foreigners.. I would allow them continue in their hierophant induced trance states...

The fact that you think that you have to comment ..for me only makes you look bad and confrontational... If they make threads like that..How does that affect you? You must understand that people have different cultures and silly ways they do things... I would not start with some silly threads I have come across on some of your sites.. LIVE AND LET LIVE..

If you don't understand a group....the first thing is not to attack them...and if you have a problem with them..why do you lurk around their site.. Why not do the needful and just live.... I sure as hell would leave a place I cant stand? especially if I have choice?

Could'nt agree more, I find it suprising and very Hypocritcal that all of a sudden Nigerians are so Pan African, and self righteous and yet they call each other names within their own country, how many times have you seen someone made to feel bad and called names because their Igbo,Yoruba etc. Isn't that some form of Xenophobia? They really need to look at themselves first before passing judgement

All of a sudden..It would have been good if you had been to Nigeria and lived with the people.....Your comment would have been valid...the only hypocrite here is you....you deny what is happening and refuse to call it xenophobia...Again deflecting issues and turning it into Nigerians.. You guys are now on the world map for this.. People would always make painful statements but like everything..It would blow over...but while it is like this.. You would have to deal with it

Again... TRIBALISM is very different from xenophobia.. Nigerians act out their tribalism freely and own up to it...They are country men and make up and break up.. They are far from perfect but atleast they are man enough to confront their differences.. whether this would help them come together and bond is yet to be seen but I believe the first step is what they have taken..

Again I cant say the same about you guys... immigrants are vulnerable groups and should not be treated unfairly by their hosts....two different things..coming here and making it about Nigerians been hypocritical or suddenly pan African wont cut it.... for the most part...we really are pan African... We co exist with foreigners including your country men peaceful and give them the space to thrive and grow in their bussinessess

Again...you are in denial...It is very much about xenophobia and you are deflecting..and I really am now afraid of your actual position on this....I have followed the KINGS IMBIZO? in Durban..The songs they were chanting there in their thousands were xenophobic songs..

I am not here to bit anybody.. But I would not allow anyone to make the cheapen the lives of the people your kinsmen have attacked...the business they have destroyed..etc..

The fact that this issue keeps flaring up..is enough proof that it is xenophobia...you are aligning yourself with your government position on criminality but it is not..Even in some of your comments there is a latent resentment for Nigerians..

Some South Africans have to understand that no one shares this ideology that you are trying to push around criminality..especially not with the previous history around this attacks.. Some South Africans complain that foreigners don't respect them...well....this is first and foremost a Nigerian site.. Please respect them..even if you think they are obnoxious

So what you essentially saying is that even though I'm against these acts of stupidity, and I come in peace , I should take the insults because my countrymen are responsible? I do not have to defend myself from being insulted and called a Xenophobe? I should just keep quiet because I'll be deemed to justify and support the attacks?

NO..You got me wrong...What insults? If I am on a site of a different country and my Kinsmen have done horrible.. It is either I condemn it and move on....or I read the posts and introspect.....I would not get into the thread and start bantering with upset people that either don't have a firm grasp of the issues or just want to talk down on my country because at the moment it is cool to do so.....I would not try and present my country men in a way or fashion that is not "wholly " true....I would not also start attacking the other angry different country persons on their site and telling them..you guys also did this..so you are as bad as us....That is not the time for that..The topic is about xenophobia in SOUTH AFRICA.....It is not about Nigerians atleast at the moment....you also don't have to wait around to be insulted..condemn and move on.....If you condemned in the highest fashion the attacks....then anyone coming for you is a bastard....you have done your part ..move on..

What has defending yourself in a foreign forum helped you achieve? It is different if someone started a topic on South Africans for malicious ends... but this is not the case /..at the moment something disturbing is emanating from your country and Nationals of other countries are upset about it.. Why try and get into a banter with angry people?
