hello house I have been following the page, although I was denied Canadian visa once so I applied to a community college in USA, Oregon.. got my admission letter, my documents, paid SEVIS fee (awaiting receipt) what's the next step pls and is there something am missing out?

hello everyone I got my passport today and my visa was refused,it was accompanied with a letter from Cic that spelt out the reason for refusal
first is I don't have proof of sufficient funds,my dad is my sponsor n he included a statement of account of 5million monthly income

second is I didn't satisfy them that I will leave after my school

Hello house I linked my application online d final decision column is blank n the eligibility column say am not eligible ,I tracked at vfs website n found my passport was despatched on d 28 of last month..Am worried ,,I have no idea of the outcome
