I received the message too. However I got curious when I was asked to pay N1200. I decided to send an Email to UNICEF themselves. Long story short, they denied this scholarship. So please keep your N1200 for a bottle, no, bottles of kunu. Don't know why some people have decided to dupe others. |

Lemon12: Hi. •Please visit the school's official website www.uniuyo.edu.ng •Look for the 'News and Events' section of the site •Open the post entitled "Sundry Fees For 2014/2015 Academic Session" •Download the pdf and view the school fees applicable to the present session. Please use the information you find as guide; to give you an idea of how much is involved. What you may pay during your session(hoping you get admitted) may be slightly different. Be sure to visit the site regularly to be informed about what the school is up to! Cheers! |

eddy1759: Hi. I will say your chances depend on what your post-ume score will be. 240. Is a good score. All you have to do now is put your head down and score as high as you can. Always remember how competitive getting admitted is. Cheers! |

BlissB: You're welcome. Department? Medicine and Surgery. Level? 100 |

BlissB: To be honest, I've never monitored the previous cut-off marks for Uniuyo to say that it has been constant or not. What I do know is that institutions GENERALLY adjust cut-off marks based on general performance. But if Uniuyo has kept hers fairly constant then that's fine. It now INCREASES the need for you to score as high as you can in the post-ume test! |

BlissB: Yes you are right! Some people scored 195 last time and got Pharmacy. But that's because the school TOOK NOTE of the general Jamb scores last year and invited all who scored 180 and above for the screening test. So what score will be the benchmark this year? No-one knows! Wait till the school again OBSERVES the general performance this year and sets a cut-off point. Only then will you be sure whether the 195 you scored qualifies you to write the aptitude test. And if it does, do all you can to score high! Information on aptitude test cut-off points and other matters always come up on the school site 'www.uniuyo.edu.ng'. So be sure to check regularly. |

Ghype: I just saw what you said here and please I want to humbly advice that you quit building hope on what "other students" have told you. Carry this issue, go to the relevant authorities like the Registrar of Uniuyo for instance. Disturb them wella till you are attended to. Let them be the ones to tell you 'to chill' or 'not to chill'. Students sometimes reach 3rd or 4th year only to realize their admission was a 'sick joke'. Happens all the time. So don't let a student advise you based on how his own admission went. I say again...please go to the authorities, The Registrar or Dean of Student Affairs not just any lecturer or worse still any student. Always be sure!! |

Day 1 of the screening exercise has been completed! Turns out the earlier you arrive, the greater your chances of being screened that day. B'cos names are taken and the names called out in order. So for anyone who hasn't been screened yet, please try and make it to your venue on time! |
