Webmasters / The Technical Co-founder Hard Search by Realboundless: 9:57pm On Aug 09, 2020
Hi everyone,

Permit to start by saying I'm extraordinarily fascinated by the tech world. I have a hunch for identifying problems, brainstorming solutions which can be applied by leveraging internet. Hence, my love for internet based startups solving real life offline problems Online.

Lately I have been contemplating about founding another startup after unsuccessfully founding one in the past which failed because I outsourced the technical area of the platform to a friend based in another location but had strong knowledge of programming and SQL. He collected huge sums of money for the development of the platform all in the name of doing a perfect job even after we agreed on sharing responsibilities and also for him to take equity and officially become my co-founder while I handle sales aspect of onboarding users and sourcing clients.

I'm deeply saddened to say that he messed up the User Interface and did the most amateur work imaginable. Nonetheless, I held out and continued to onboard users selling the platform benefits, he eventually tried to hold me to ransom when I eventually tried explaining to him what a co-founder meant.

Fast forward to present, I have few ideas to leverage the internet to solve and disrupt their respective industries, I have successfully purchased a domain name which can go for any of the ideas, I have good sales skills to onboard clients, researched various business model until I found a good one. Major stopping points for the project execution include low budget, unavailability of technical expertise i.e programmer knowledgeable in SQL, Ruby on rails or python.

These are minor problems for some people but from experience and research if you want to build something people will actually use and appreciate then a technical co-founder must be available to build solutions based on feedback from alpha and beta users so as to effectively iterate and pivot if necessary before official launching.

Now if you followed my little epistle and feel you are looking for that challenge to make a difference in the society, solve real problems or maybe you are short on ideas and willing to partner a non-technical founder like me, then let's discuss in the comment section.

Kindly note you must be based in Lagos State. I'm open to meet in person after further discussions online.

These are indeed trying times, regular life is gradually fading away. Income is diminished as businesses are at risk of failing. Now I understand the adverse effect is increased unemployment rate as well as sharp spike in crime.

In the light of this, I have decided to introduce you to one of the many sources of investment income I have been advising and introducing my clients offline. Recently my friends called me to do a webinar on this, so to test the waters and see if the online community would fancy making money offline.
P.S. This is strictly offline, it would require your physical presence to sign the relevant documents, send a copy to your lawyer to read and pick up your post dated cheque bearing your name and date of maturity which you can verify the authenticity from your bank or account officer.

This is the premium land investor scheme which can gives ROI of 20% in 6 months and as high as 90% for investing for a period of 1-2 years with as little as 100k-as much as you can invest. Sounds good to be true?

It has been proven severally since our clients have cashed out and used their profits to settle rents, purchase vehicles, settle fees for their wards.

Take advantage of joining the last batch of the program for june now.

For your purchase of plots of lands at obada oko extension abeokuta, mowe, shagamu, egbeda Ibadan, ikorodu, epe, ibeju lekki Lagos. I'm your go to man.
