Oga Loco is a big man. His trades are in millions. He needs to conquer the spirit of itchy fingers. There are many opportunities in the market, one only needs to define one's holding time to know when to exit a trade. he is in good stocks this time around. he has nothing to fear. The longer he stays in UACN, he will receive shares in UPDC and by extension UPDC Reits.
swilo:

Just to further interject you, the man u r referring to should understand the possibilities attached to holding Zenith to a great extent. First cut is the deepest but a second cut is disaster.

Secondly, once one fully engages in online trading, hehehehe careful is the watch word else the feeling that one can sell, buy and sell again just hovers around one's mind.

value just 306k
onegentleguy:
NEIMETH PHARMACEUTICALS might soon go on full bid !!
...it has now returned approx 20% btw yesterday and today riding from 40k to 48k at the moment.
We called for this guy when it was still trading for 38k.

The feasible REWARD pegged side by side with the decelerating surrounding RISK(tax incentives, cost drawdown and growth margin in view) paints of an asset with an underpriced stance.

NOTE: NOT a buy recommendation. ...following ur instinct should still take higher precedence ahead of this post.

It is well.

AMCON is the largest shareholder. AMCON = FGN = CBN. The day CBN will pull the rug off remaining retail investors. God willing we will be here.

My Oga Valueinvestor, I am constrained to suspect that your phone has been hacked, Unity Bank that should not even be operating again.
Valueinvestor:

Unity no longer trading on sentiments o,please check the numbers again.just get it at the right price and leave it for a considerable number of time. This stock may even outshine wema,if it considers paying a reasonable dividend.

Learn Africa this year is not looking promising. The last 2 quarters are going to end in losses. Ditto for UPL but the figures for UPL are better this year than last year. 48k eps for Lear Africa as against 74k for UPL
Valueinvestor:

Infact the dividend is just a tip on the iceberg for this stock and upl.,cos they usually follow the same trend.buy at current price or below and enjoy a possible 40-50% capital appreciation.i bought upl this year too at 1.05 ,was impatient and sold too early(probably 1.20).small(illiquid) but mighty stock

You are right Sir. But the Finance cost is making nonsense of their business.
Mpeace:
Do you know how much is owed transcorp by the Federal govt and discos? Try find out, then you will see that no genco should be in financial mess.
They will surely source money. We no really care where.

Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by rebekah2011(m): 6:27pm On Nov 15, 2019
The more I look at Transcorp the more I feel for every one of its shareholders. Over 100b in loans as at Q3 and 10b plus in Finance costs. Unless TOE is going to borrow them money to buy that Afam Power, I do not know where the money will come from oooo. I expect CBN to also tighten its regulatory role to ensure that UBA is not further exposed to Transcorp. The majority of the 100b loans must be from UBA. Adding more to it is just too dangerous. The saving grace will be if the FG allows the Power sector to charge cost-reflective tarrifs. people like trading Transcorp because it is a volatile stock that brings short term benefits they completely ignore the long term risks. I am not a fan of debt-riddled companies and I do not know why people love the company so much. It happened to be my very first bad investment. Never going to touch any company with debts.

Access that is flying has N2.55 as EPS for Q3 whilst UBA has N2.32. UBA is even more liquid in cash than Access Bank. So UBA is still a destination of choice but one should have bought since
currentprice:

based on Q3 i have 22.5 on my bedsheet grin

note, FP is for guide o, so build/discount ur traget exit price around it. one thing that i know for sure is if the numbers used does not change for bad those fp will be hit . it may take time

and if good numbers keep adding Q by Q fp will increases. vice versa

Morning Sir. I stand by my words that you will not lose money. You only lose money in this market when you sell. If you bought Zenith Bank at 34 Naira and you have not sold you have not lost money. I have not lost money even in the face of diminution in the value of my stocks. Portfolio around 20% loss. The reason is that I have sold some stocks that have made up for the current loss. For instance my total investment now is 5k and the current market value is around 7k. This is in inspite of massive loss in UPL.
onegentleguy:

I beg to disagree with the part in bold Sir.

Your TV remote has been kidnapped. I sighted it some hours ago. Check with Oga rabbiDoracle.

I am looking forward to who will bail me out of my misery oooooo. University Press Plc don lock my money ooooo. The only consolation is that I am assured of yearly dividend of at least 15kobo.

Oga OGG, I suspect you must be a big money bag that has unlimited cash to play the market. Not all of us are as lucky as you are. I just like an investment that will not make me to do too many permutations. ETI will appreciate in price, that is SURE and certain but my own cash is limited and I have chosen to ride with UBA, ZENITH, UCAP for now. When I chop dividends tire I will look at another meat to chop. There is no way you will here and you will not like AGBA. He don talk am say no be everytime person go market person must buy market. I am learning to keep my cash ready for a bigger fish.

"When u see an asset of VALUE where the plausible rate of return/REWARD(MoS against potential ROI in view) has run @ a much faster pace than(@ premium to) the SUM OF its PRICE and surrounding RISK, RUN IN, because PRICE 'is ready' to chase VALUE !!"

That coy can well return near 130% ROI from current mkt price.

Enough said.

ETI has been enmeshed in one controversy with PIC (one of its majority shareholders) Not sure of the financial state of the coy. They are always turning out fantastic financial print but no cash to back it up and always fond of raising capital as they need it in perpetuity. No dividend now for many years. The rule is if the price no rise at least someone must chop dividends to calm fray nerves.
onegentleguy:

Did u look at the last financial print in reverse view? wink cheesy grin

ETI is a strong BUY @ current market price.
One sentence: Best to KEY in now !!
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by rebekah2011(m): 4:47pm On Nov 14, 2019
I do not know if you should buy stocks now oooo. The market is bullish. Checking the Q3 of the 4 banks again. GTbank EPS 5.19, ACCESS N2.55, UBA N2.32 and Zenith bank N4.80. All the 4 banks have paid interim dividend of 30k, 25k, 20k and 30k respectively. projecting final dividend of N2.50, 50k, 75k and N2.50 respectively. These stocks were on the table for many months waiting for buyers. What has changed in them now? Nothing except that some people will be made richer and some will be trapped

Thanks for the information.
i should buy UBA, IS IT OK
