Job Purpose The successful candidate will manage relationship with strategic business partners who are mainly HR and L& ![]() The role would identify potential partners and recruit them, and subsequently integrate them into the global consulting partner network. The Business Partner Account Manager (BP-AM) will coordinate account and opportunity planning for each consulting partner, help them take advantage of ongoing training and development programs as organized by Skills-Farm or her foreign partners. The BP-AM will also promote joint marketing activities into end user accounts with each of the consulting partners according to agreed campaign targets and criteria set by the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding Consulting partners in the development of their annual business plans as well as work with them to deliver each plans objectives & goals. Key Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Business/Management/Social Sciences degree. Masters Degree holders are at an advantage Membership of SHRM, CIPD, and ASTD an advantage He/She will also have substantial experience in the Human Resource Function and the related Learning & development aspects. Strong channel management knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources landscape is a pre requisite combined with experience in recommending and implementing training solutions or carrying out consulting engagements.
