I actually tried your recipe and true to your words as simple and uncomplicated I got it. I have used nutmeg and even green pepper before ,personally I prefer yours. I added Sliced tomatoes to the onions towards the tail end of the preparation Great job for the enlightenment. 1 Like |

I use 1 tablespoon of CMC for 1 kg of icing sugar. water I use 1/4 cup also with the same cup I add just a little more water. No glycerine.No problems with fondant |

For black fondant you have to make it some days ahead before usage to get the black color. |
