What is HIV:
The full Meaning of HIV is Human Immune Virus
HIV is a virus that attacks immune cells called CD4 cells. These are types of T-helper cells, the virus destroys type of white blood cells that circulate around the body (Immune System), detecting infections and faults and anomalies in other cells.
HIV infection is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) that requires a vigorous education program to promote save sex practices and is paramount to reducing transmission of HIV.

HIV attacks and infiltrates CD4 cells, using them to create more copies of itself. Its gradually weakens a person immune system. In doing so, it damages the cells and reduces the body system to combat other infections and diseases. This increases the risk and impact of overambitious infections and some types of cancer.
How can one contact HIV?
Transmission of HIV can occur through contact with infected body fluids. It is currently assumed that they relatively cellular body fluide such as blood semen, virginal secretions, and breast milk are more effective in transmitting the virus than fluids deficient in cells such as saliva, urine, and tears. Transmission may occur across mucous membrane or broken skin during sexual intercourse, but it may also occur through intravenous exposure such as through sharing infected needles with intravenous drug use, occupational exposure in the health care environment or treatment with infected blood products.

Early symptoms of HIV may include:
1. Fever
2. Fatigue
3. Rapid muscle contraction and relaxation
4. General body weakness
5. Sore throat
6. Muscles aches
7. Enlarged glands or swollen lymph nodes
8. Rashes
9. Joint pains
