This is for UK Visa Application, please.

Please, I went for my biometrics on the 5th of September, 2022, Got a mail that decision has been made on the 22nd and my application was successful after a paid call, brp sent on the 28th of September. Since then, my application is still at "Application received by DMC". Meanwhile, I went to the Visa Application center, Abuja to check of my passport is there on the 28th. It wasn't. Just today, UKVI sent me a survey mail when I've not received my collection mail and Application is still at DMC till this evening (7th of October". Please, what should I do? This is the second time I'm booking a flight for my travel, thinking I'll get my passport before now. If I knew about this forum and the info I've got here earlier, I won't have tried booking any flight in the first place. Thank you as I anticipate your kind response. I'm going on a Partner visa
