I am sorry.The pad I brought along is not very powerful picturewise. Geez,I was at Aerodrome and I just coukd not believe my eyes. That place is almost beating Lekki in exotic houses.And the houses were so many and big..I am looking at where I can compare it with in Lagos and most are like 3 storey buildings with the most modern exotic designs .Ibadan has not been done justice to by showing those old areas where I also went to yesterday.People are not even living in some and some have broken down in half with nobody attending to them.The government can give directives to make Ibadan the most developed city in Nigeria. Now that I am here,even with those old parts,I can confidently say that Ibadan is twice more developed than all the Igbo South eastern states.I am not joking,pls. I was at Ventura malls and I took random pix.Everything here is Yoruba.You hardly see our Igbo friends here except some at the market. Buhari made the declaration while addressing the extraordinary summit of Heads of State and Government of the Lake Chad Basin Commission and Benin in Abuja.
The President lamented that the Boko Haram crisis had worsened the already bad situation in the Lake Chad region.
He lamented that the “Lake Chad region has suffered decades of neglect and poor infrastructural development.”
Stressing that the neglect has been worsened by Boko Haram attacks, Buhari called for cooperation from the leaders to tackle insurgency.
He stressed that “the time has come for the evil of Boko Haram to be brought to a definitive end.”
Buhari urged the leaders to “remain resolute and committed in our collective efforts at attaining peace as well as eradicating terrorism and violent extremism from the sub-region”.

dainformant: A woman has been arrested for allegedly killing a 2-year-old boy in Lagos.
According to reports, the shocking incident happened on Wednesday, 12th December, 2018, as the young son of one Mr Promise Samuel from Ikono Local Government, Akwa Ibom State - was brutally murdered in cold blood by a co-tenant identified as Ms. Chineye Ndubuife from Anambra State.
The suspect who is cooling off in the cell at Tolu Police station in Apapa, Lagos has allegedly confessed to the crime.
According to Marshal Udoh, the suspect narrated how she sent a child to call Wisdom (the deceased) from their room where he was with his nursing mother.
While Wisdom was with the suspect's child and her elder sister's child, the co-tenant sent the other children to go and buy Indomie and reportedly asked Wisdom to stay back when he wanted to follow them.
Following the departure of the two little children, Ms Chineye Ndubiife, a mother of one took the Wisdom to the backyard where she allegedly hit the child's head on the wall after which she used big stone and hit Wisdom's head severally which led to the boy's death.
She said she dumped the child's corpse in the toilet where Mr Promise found his son's corpse.
Asked why she killed the boy, Ms Chineye Ndubuife disclosed that her intention was to inflict severe injury on Wisdom so that the child's father (Promise Samuel) will spend money on treating him.
