They didn't ban cow meat,,they only ban open grazing...it is very absurd to rear cows on the street or in someone's farm...Go to Federal university of Technology Owerri , you will see how cows is wandering about even in our classes.. their feaces are everywhere making the environment look very dirty. I and my friends were chased by a cow @ night on our way to our dept party last two years..FOR THOSE OF U SIDING OPEN GRAZING..don't pray to be a victim of cows destroying what u cultivated or being chase by a cow
