Autos / Fraudulent Activities Of Inspired Autos - Update by revlution: 8:03pm On Aug 26, 2015
As a follow up to the case between me and inspired autos, my team of lawyers in affiliation with top Nigerian police have recovered the full sum of 2.64 million naira from inspired autos as money owed to me for the undelivered car.
The final payment effected this month.
Thanks.

For those who do not know about the series of unfortunate business transaction that occurred between me and inspired auto, I will give a summary, (read full complaint here https://www.nairaland.com/2398436/horrible-experience-inspired-autos ,
https://www.nairaland.com/2398436/horrible-experience-inspired-autos/48 )

On February 2015, I placed an order for an Benz ML350 , 2005 model, through Inspired autos with all assurance that the car was going to be delivered to the said address in Nigeria within 31 days. After 5 months I neither received the car nor was able to contact Inspired autos. However after putting up a thread on this site about the incident to pre alert people about the plight of pre ordering cars from the car dealer, inspired autos immediately resurfaced promising to deliver the car as he was met with delays due to customs issue and other excuses. I decided to make further enquiries about the true state of the car, through an agent(as I do not reside in Nigeria) about the state of the seized car in Benin customs office and discovered that inspired autos not only planned delivering a different car( different VIN numbers) from the one I placed an order for, but completely forged customs papers for the car which led to the total seizure of the car at customs office with no hope of it being released , therefore a government property.

At this stage I requested for a full refund of the car that I purchased which was as follows- Car cost 2.5million naira, registeration and tint permit - 60,000naira, servicing 50,000naira, car delivery charge-30,000, bringing it to a grand total of 2.64million naira.
Upon negotiating this refund, inspired autos demand that the only way he can refund the said amount was if this was resolved in private and the original complaint taken down.
Yes, he is the offender and should not be in the position to give conditions for his refund, but in order to give him the benefits of the doubt and leave him with no excuse as not to repay funds owed it was agreed that we resolve the issue in private and the thread was closed.

Immediately that happened, inspired autos disappeared once again and further contacts through him for the refund led to him issuing threats and grievous physical harm to me and my family in an attempt to stall the repayment process. All proof to this malicious correspondence by inspired autos has been duly fowarded to my Lawyers presently.

The above action by inspired autos, however expected for a frausdster ,should also serve as a lesson to anyone pre-ordering a car to be careful about their personal details they give out for car registeration to strangers, and contact address given for car delivery as this can be used for negative purposes thereafter.

More so, My agents have made several trips to his show room, but he cannot be located. He neither picks up his calls. He doesn't reply to his emails about repayment. He has been in the USA since June this year but it has been confirmed with certainty that he is presently in Nigeria, Lagos.

Anyway from all indications, every possible and impossible opportunity was given to inspired autos for the repayment of this money and it is obvious his original plan from the first day I ordered this car was to defraud me. He neither had a car for sale for preorder and never planned to deliver the car.
A case of advance fee fraud.
However unknown to him there are other alternatives for repayment which is more detrimental.

As inspired autos has abused all mediations for repayment, this case has a been forwarded to the Lagos State CID Panti and currently being handled by an EFCC lawyer.

The legal suit is as a case of Advance fee fraud, threat to life, forgery of government document and emotional distress on the plaintiff.

Petition to the State CID is for fraudulent business transaction involving 2.64million naira, threat to life on plaintiff and family, forgery of customs paper and avoiding arrest.

The state CID has informed they will also take into custody anybody in connection with his business transaction (a long list has been provided which is being explored). The owner of this web site has clearly abhorred this situation by issuing a ban on inspired autos following this case of fraud.See link - https://www.nairaland.com/2439839/revlutions-complaint-inspired-autos-inspiredm.

I hereby implore that anybody who has any details leading to the arrest of Inspired Autos- Bimbo Akin Emmanuel should discreetly send an email to revlution@yahoo.com.
All rules guiding this forum should please be adhered to.

Above message is by guidance of the Nigerian Police and the Courts.

I wish to apologise to all who felt that my exit from the thread hurt their well intended purpose. It was not meant to be so.
I appreciated every support and concern shown on that particular thread.
Exit from the thread was a condition that was given by inspired autos for the peaceful reconciliation of the unpaid debt, basing his reasons on 'defamation of his character' and security, which is unreasonable, as he is obviously doing illicit bussiness deals of which I do not wish other people to fall a victim to by bringing the thread up in the first place.

In as much as there was a high possiblity of inspired autos absconding and not paying after stating his condition for payment, It was purely a 50-50 chance.
However ,assurance for this payment was however mediated by a middle person and seemed to to going in the right direction till things took a funny turn.
He backed out and has not paid the money till date.

As he has not paid, there are definitely alternatives to be pursued which is all done in the background now.

He may have a false sense of victory in this fraudulent business he has perpertrated, because he may feel he is out of the limelight, but all active plans are still in progress to make him pay and he will be lucky to escape a jail senctence.

Compliments,

As we are getting to the end of this gruelling event.
Inspired autos has finally agreed to refund the full amount he owes for the undelivered vehicle. We have reached a common ground for repayment

At this point, a futher demand for privacy has been made to facilitate the afroementioned agreement.
However, If the refund is not made as proposed by the offender on this issue, I will duely continue my fight for Justice.

As this thread will be going offline for the purposes of privacy, I wish to extend my deepest heartfelt gratitude to everybody that stood up to fight tireless for Justice to prevail in this matter.

To those that read, to be informed, I wish you well in future business transactions.

To those that were aggrieved by the whole car transaction saga, I plea that you be pacified by the anticipated resolution of this unfortunate event,as the offender has ' thrown in the towel' and agreed to make it right again.
This thread has reaasured me that we still have credible Nigerian citizens that will uphold and fight for what is right.

God bless you all.

Allow me to add,

The primary purpose of this thread is to inform and pre alert people about unfortunate issues surrounding my pre order transaction with inspired autos.
So far the shocking details have saved vigilant viewers some level of unwarranted stress and disappointment. It has led them to make better business decisions.
I do understand that most people reading this are not only doing so to satisfy their curioisity but also to seek for justice on the side of the aggrieved, whether they are requested to do so or not.
Some people are born to be fighters of what is right, whether it involves fighting for their relatives or for strangers, they stand for justice.
And for people that are born so, let them be.
They mean well.
I still stand on the side of extreme caution regardless, as this fraudulent business deal with the offender was initiated based on trust, and sidelining vigilance.
Lesson Learnt.
I do not have any form of discontentment towards any member of this thread except for the offender Inspired autos.
This thread would not have arisen if he had abstained from Illegal activities during the course of our business transaction.
Plans are in place to involve appropriate authorities in this case as he is yet to comply with the car refund within the deadline presented to him.

I plead, Let NL memebers not misdirect their suspicion or grieviances on other fellow memebers, it causes unnecessary distraction and anarchy towards well meaning people.
Thanks.

@ Op,

Thank you for letting us get to a conclusive end. I hope we can stay focused on our resolve and give an opportunity to give your money back. We are ready when you are.

Once that's achieved, my time here is no longer necessary. I hope it can be sooner than later.

Allow me to assume that you are one of Inspired autos moniker or an actual mediator to inspired autos, for sure I know you are contact with him and well updated by him about recent outcomes. From your posts also, I am sure you are following all processes involved in putting a closure to this case and getting the perpetrator(inspired autos), to refund me my money within the set period of time.
I have been focused on having us reach a conclusive end to this rather unfortunate event that was induced by inspired autos.
However I would like yo u to know that I do not wish to be subjected to any your CONDITIONS before this payment is made to me.it is my money and I wish to have it back without further deliberations on terms of repayment. You cannot be on the offending side and still give conditions to the aggrieved about repayment. I gave no conditions to inspired autos when he asked me to pay for the car. The full payment was made to him in cash and with trust.
You primary aim should be to act wisely, cap in hand, do as requested, refund the money at set time, assuage the proponent and the case will be closed.
You have my money, you have the car.
You cannot keep both.
The message is clear, I am more than ready to get my full refund within the time period I have given.
You have 3 days and 8 hours left.
Thank you.

I am listening, and have heard you. The MOB didnt do nothing wrong yet, they simply exercise their freedom of expression. They have no stake in this issue, the Op does. They have no real emotion but just e-emotion but the Op does, her feelings, anxieties, turbulence are very real. If the MOB steers things to a no more comment except through law court, the bulk of the court appearances, gathering documents, feeding lawyer for appearances, heartaches, liabilities of slander and libel, intimidation and expressed written planning of ambush and bodily harm of a business opponent/debtor will be accounted and answered for by the Op, not the MOB.

In the eye of the law, they are both equals. The only difference is that one owes the other money. Falsification of documents if proven is an offence against the state, that may/may not be prosecuted by the state, but that is another matter.

What you feel are facts and actual provable facts are like day and night when it comes to actual litigation. If it gets to that, which I doubt, am saying, its not wise for Op to allow Inspired autos to have loopholes to say, "these are facts why I have to protect myself". When you openly plan ambush against a man, or business, and calling on FBI and CIA to intervene, does it occur to you that no federal officers with an active badge in United states will "touch" the dirt you are rousing here? You did not follow the clean way to allow them defend you.

When the innocent allows emotions to force him/her to behave in certain ways, do certain things, he/she can become the guilty. Litigation is not based on emotions but facts. Not any probable facts but provable facts beyond all doubts. And to establish that, you will need a burden of proof. When you establish a burden of proof, you will need to prove this is indeed a financial coercion, not business, then you have a case that's got teeth.

If you admit this is business, it is a contractual breach and emotional torture that you can stick to, and speed up your financial reimbursement, which will be awarded to installments based on capacity to hide what can be paid by Inspired autos. Why will anyone want to do that when you have something more potent to get your money, without lawyers, or MOB.

It is your common sense. Your wit.
Who is at the mercy of who is not what is competed for here. At the risk of sounding cocky, I seem to have an opinion that line of reasoning is childish.

Fact, is Inspired autos able to pay the Op?
My opinion is, Yes, he can.

As long as am sure of that singular fact, I will polish every avenue to keep communication going. I wont let him off the hook by backing him up to a corner, nor give him reasons to have a bandage on his neck in court and have his lawyers slammed me with counter suit of criminal assault of bodily harm or worse.

I come in peace.
Like I have said before, the main reason why this thread was opened was to pre alert people about the pros and cons involved in my car dealings with inspired autos. This thread is not meant to incite any malice towards the primary offender in this issue but considering the various similar client complaints towards inspired autos, a similar thread as such will likely evoke unpleasant reactions among readers.
I do not support violence neither do I wish to exert unwarranted violence on the offender.
People commenting on this thread are entitled to their own opinion, which I believe is their basic human right, and it is my own discretion to handle this issue in my own capacity and appropriately.

I have been very civil with inspired autos since I made an order for this car in February till inspired autos decided to disappear with my money and the car, leaving his whereabouts untraceable.
He only surfaced when this thread came up. But let it be.
I have exerted 5months of patience and uncertainty in this issue and all I want is a closure.
If inspired autos actually wants this dust to settle, he should refund the said amount within the time period given and all cases will be laid to rest.
Leaving this issue to keep prolonging, keeps everyone in suspense and feeds people's anxiety.
He is advised to settle the payment so all can draw a curtain to this rather unprecedented strenuous event.
Thanks.

@Op,
Is it right to assume you have never met Inspired autos personally but decided to trust and do business based on online advertisements and goodwill?

Is it right to assume you have no personal interest/motives with inspired except commerce which in this case is payment of money in exchange for a car?

Is it safe to assume there is nothing else hidden or half hidden you and Inspired Autos have other than purely business transactions?

Is it safe to assume that you still have phone access to Inspired Autos up till the point you posted his phone dialogue on last conversation and subtle/warning/threat to you on NL? After that posting, Inspired Autos ceased all further communications with you?

Is it safe to assume that so far, you have 2.7m naira of your personal funds remitted to Inspired Autos and, up till this point, no car has been delivered nor funds refunded?

Is it safe to assume that the "ONLY" motive of this thread is to get your money back and nothing else? It appears you have suffered from long wait, aggravation and worries in the manner of customer service breach in the hands of Inspired Autos. Is it safe to assume that you also intend to get a pound of flesh and incite a hate campaign, death to the bad guy, in this case Inspired? Do you wish to punish, let him have a taste of what you went through by this thread and same time get your money back?

Lets reason together as men, it is impossible to have both. To gain something, you always have to let go, or lose something else. You cannot kill, maim, incite a campaign of terror, malign, debase, attack, aid attack against Inspired Autos and still get your money back. Not in this world, or the next.

It will not happen.

Actions and reaction are always equal and opposite. This is a business marriage. Before you can ask for divorce, you need to map out your strategy properly. You cannot kill a husband first, then ask for 50% of his estates. You need Inspired Autos communication. You need to be civil even when you're raging mad!
You must keep line of communication with him open at all times. Even when you confirmed or believe all is not well, you still need to keep communication open.

I will, without asking for your consent, refute all allegations made against Inspired Autos to be Untrue on your behalf.

I am saying that you the Op, do not say or declare any of these allegations, that everything you have written is based on emotions, not facts. That Inspired Autos should not view any postings by supporters or you the Op, as factual statements of facts, but simply pure online tantrums with is biased and not proven by any established authorities or bodies in any part of the world as of yet.

So, on behalf of you, the Op, I am saying Inspired Autos is not a thief, nor fraudulent.

I am saying on your behalf, that Inspired Autos has caused you grave Customer dis satisfaction, breached your terms of contractual business relationship, and emotional harm. This is your new bone of contention with Inspired Autos.

Every other hateful allegations hereby dropped.

If you read this post from the onset, you will understand that my primary purpose of opening this thread was to make people aware about the pros and cons surrounding doing business with inspired autos. I personally would not want anybody to pass through the hell I have experienced in the hands of Inspired autos.
I also mentioned that I am not here for sympathy. I am not here to incite any hate or maim his character, he has already maimed his character by producing fake customs papers and planning to deliver to me a car which i did not order. Is this not fraud.

Inspired autos after taking all my money seized communications with me, not replying emails, not picking phone calls and not knowing his whereabouts.
It was only after this thread came up that inspired autos reappeared after weeks of not communicating to give all sorts of reasons which u can read in my previous posts.
If not for this thread,up till now I will not even have had any idea about the fate of the car or the money I paid inspired autos.
This thread made it possible because he eventually communicated.
Every statement I have made here is based on facts I went extra lengths to prove, and confirming with the CUstoms office in Benin.
Inspired autos showed fake customs papers for a car I did not even order in the first place and the car is presently seized as government property.
I have all the documents to prove this with appropriate authorities.
You are entirely wrong to assume that this thread was created to display online tantrums, this thread is built on solid facts which inspired autos is very much aware of and yet fed me with lies for 5months.
Inspired autos has erred, not once ,not twice, If I had read other client complaints about inspired autos, nothing would have ever made me deal with him.
Inspired autos should do the needful and refund the funds I paid him within the set period of time and the case will be closed.
Thanks.

Like I said previously, I'm totally not happy with the whole process.... But my main priority right now is to make sure the OP is refunded or have his car delivered.
As things stand now, I am not opting to have any car delivered to me by inspired autos. I have explained my reasons in my previous post after I made my chilling discoveries about the car in question.
What I want is for a FULL REFUND of the car I paid for, so that this case can be put to rest.
Thanks.

BREAKING NEWS !!!

INSPIREDM HAS BEEN CAPTURED BY FBI AGENTS, WITH THE HELP OF 26 US MARINES, AND 18 NAVY SEALS FROM THE RED SQUADRON.

IN A COVERT OPERATION SIMILAR TO THAT OF OSAMA BIN LADEN CODE NAMED NEPTUNE SPEAR, INSPIREDM WAS CAPTURED ON THE 26TH FLOOR OF HIS LUXURY HOTEL ROOM IN WINTER PARK, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER CAPTURING HIM, HE WAS AIR LIFTED WITH US MILITARY CHOPPER TO THE PENTAGON FOR INVESTIGATION.

WE CANNOT ASCERTAIN WHETHER HE WAS CAPTURED WITH ANY CASH AS AT THE TIME OF FILING THIS REPORT.

A US SECURITY OFFICIAL WHO SPOKE ANONYMOUSLY SAID THEY WERE TRAINED FOR THE OPERATION UNDER 6 HOURS FOLLOWING A PHONE CALL FROM NIGERIA'S FORMOST FORENSIC ANALYST DAMOGUL aka 4EVERGOD aka NAIJADEYHIA aka EXCALIBUR.

THE OPERATION WHICH LASTED FOR LESS THAN 30 MINUTES SAID IT WAS THE MOST CRITICAL YET IN THE HISTORY OF THE FBI AND IS A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY.

MORE DETAILS LATER.
If are one of inspired autos various monikers, be informed that this thread is not a playground. Do not derail the purpose of this thread by posting absolute nonsense.
Give yourself in and pay the money you owe.

@revlution,

While you are at it, please send Linda Ikeji an email with a link to this thread telling her of your sad experience as a result of an advert she placed on her blog. She might also be of help since she is well connected and has once bought an SUV from inspired. I am very sure he also swindled her, because she got her second SUV right here in Nigeria instead of making a preorder from him.

She has been notified. The scammer inspired autos needs to be stopped.

Inspired autos has just contacted me through email and still insists contrary to the alleged investigation reports. Apparently you have been liaising with him concerning the trip to Benin customs office.
He has also copied the email he sent to me to you also.
If I have your permission I can post it here too.
I have asked inspired autos, that whatever is wrong with the car is non of my business at this stage that I want a full refund of my money. He has clearly breached all forms of contract pertaining to this case.
He has refuted all allegations made against him saying he is not bothered and does not have time for such. That's arrogance on top of fraud.
He has not commented on refunding the money.
Since he communicates with you, Just remind him, that I give him 7 days from today for full refund of the money or face consequences.
A word is enough for the wise.

Inspired autos I know you have been following this thread since it was opened because you even call me on the phone to update me about the latest posts and warn me about information I should put on NL , Yet you have failed to comment openly here about your messy car business deal . Probably hiding underneath with your various monikers. What are you ashamed of, of being tagged a criminal? Your reply should be on this thread by the time you finish reading this.
Chelseabmw , this information will also need your attention as you liaised with both inspired autos and me at some point about this issue.
Latest update.
The last time I spoke to inspired autos on the USA phone number he gave me,(he is not picking up again ) he insisted he sent me some paper works to this car, that I should check my mail properly, I ransacked my email, trash ,spam and I saw an email he sent with an attached document on 15/05/15.
In this document was the clearing document of a certain Benz ML350 car
The VIN of this car is 4J************04. The date this car was cleared in Nigeria (according to the document ) was 20/02/15.
However I ordered my Benz ML 350 car with vin 4J**********68 on 19/02/15.
You informed me that the car will leave USA once the 40% deposit reflects in your account. You confirmed receipt of payment on 26/02/15 and thereafter the car I ordered from your website was marked as SOLD.
On 1/05/15 you informed me that the car has arrived Lagos and was due to be cleared by customs.
From there it was one story to the other which delayed the delivery of the car, from lack of fuel, to bad fuel spoiling the engine and now to this present stage of seizure by the customs department in Benin due to issues with customs papers. You told me the issue was due to underpayment of the car customs duty
Inspired autos, I know you are reading this, if I had seen the clearing documents u sent , I will not have even bothered wasting time to send my agent to Benin customs office to check the state of this car.
Because as it stands now, you delivered a car I did not order . A car that was already in Nigeria the same month I ordered the car. A car with a different VIN compared to the advertised car I preordered from your website. Good thing I noted it down prior to ordering. This is complete fraud inspired autos and total breach of contract. You are nothing but a heartless dubious trader who rips people off their hard earned money. Shame on you! . But the story unfolds.

Now about the update from Benin customs office,
When my agent arrived Benin, he spoke to a customs officer. The customs officer asked to speak with me directly, he asked me when I was informed that the car was under customs custody, I told him.
He now said he will go through the cars file and get back to me.
Minutes later I was called back and informed that the Benz ML 350 was kept under customs custody because of FAKE CUSTOMS PAPERS which inspired autos presented to them.
I was also informed that the car had been SEIZED PERMANENTLY by the customs department and is now GOVERNMENT PROPERTY.
The said car is irredeemable and will never be released again to inspired autos or to anyone.
So what may have happened (my own opinion)is that inspired autos may have presented to customs officers the clearing papers he sent to me(remember I told you the VIN on the customs clearing paper he sent me is different from the one I ordered) thinking that customs was not going to find out, only for it to be found as fake.
Imagine what would have happened if inspired autos delivered this car to me, and after a while of me using the car I ll be accosted by customs officers on the highway and the car will be seized forever. I would have lost completely.
Inspired autos your game is up. Shame on you.
So all the lies you were telling me on the phone that I shouldn't worry that you are 80% through the process of getting the car released from customs custody is a big fat liar. You knew u had fake customs papers for this car all along and you kept stringing me with fallacy.
You took my money for 5months without giving me a car I ordered.
You lied to me about customs papers.
You told me that the car is coming out once you complete the outstanding payment.
You breached the contract of our agreement for car delivery.
You caused me unnecessary expenses to track information about this car.
You ran away to USA, for nearly a month now, u said you will be back this week, now you have changed it to next week.
You do not pick up your USA phone number anymore.
Shame on you inspired autos, you are a confirmed scam artist, a con man.A dubious fraudster.
The lowest of the low in the business world.
With all this facts, I hereby declare to you inspired autos that I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THE 2.64million naira I paid you plus other expenses, WITHIN 7 DAYS OR FACE THE FULL CONSEQUENCES.
