Please guys, I have another question. Can the JD below fly with NOC 6221? Maintaining and improving relationships with existing customers by ensuring that customers are not either under or over billed. Ensuring all houses especially new houses in developing areas are captured on the network and adequately metered. Check for meters bypass so as to prevent theft/loss of electricity. Assist customers by reclassifying their tariff plans. Provides customers with costs of installing meters, transformers or connecting to service lines. Provides support for new and existing customers and assist to resolve any complaints. Enhance customer relations and improve the company’s commercial field operations by educating customers on how to reduce electricity’s consumption. Ensures customers are billed fairly in order to reduce non-payment and complaints. Educate customers on the reasons of over-billing either through lack of proper earthing, faulty wiring or meters. Detection of wrongly installed prepaid and analog meter tampering. Determination and reduction of electricity losses. Sharing of bills and collection of payment. Educate customers on the value and objective of energy distribution in Edo State. Troubleshoot complaints relating to emergencies such as wire cuts to the appropriate quarters. Enumeration of customers premises via digital mapping Thank you. |

Good day everyone. Just got ITA and need some assistance with the following questions. 1. Is there any problem if your job overlaps with your education in personal history? If yes, I believe a LOE will suffice? 2. Under Travel History - I was asked if any of my family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. (required) - My elder sister is currently based in Ivory Coast, is that a yes? Thank you. 1 Like |

Good morning all. Please can someone advise if probational period of a job counts too as part of the experience? Say I was given a job for a 3 months probation, and was confirmed by another letter some months later, can I add the 3 month probation to make a year? |

Ethelia: Well, I have never evaluated any degree before nor applied for EE. I asked just to be certain if the Passport number is written on the evaluation result or not. |

Good morning all. I sent my degree to Iqas for evaluation; however, I am yet to send that of my wife because her passport is not yet ready. My question is can I evaluate hers using her National ID Card as stated in Iqas website. I also called and I was informed that any form of National ID card will be accepted. Is it ideal I go via this route? |

Gurus in the house please assist with this query. 6) Work Experience i. In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have? It must have been paid and full-time (or an equal amount in part-time). Note: In Canada, the National Occupational Classification (NOC) is the official list of all the jobs in the Canadian labour market. It describes each job according to skill type, group and level. "Skilled work" in the NOC is: managerial jobs (NOC Skill Level 0) professional jobs (NOC Skill Type A) technical jobs and skilled trades/manual work (NOC Skill Type B) If you aren’t sure of the NOC level for this job, you can find your NOC. Does the above translate to my relevant experience in general or in Canada only? |
