VACANCY
ADDS, an upwardly mobile Christian FBO founded in 2008, and located in Edo State with a track record of innovative and effective work, has a vast portfolio of completed projects.
ADDS projects and programs which are highly impactful, are known for their high quality and have significant scale.

ADDS is now seeking for a Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager/Program Officer.
Main duties and responsibilities.
A. LEADERSHIP
- Work under Project Director to oversee day to day running of organization
- Responsible for strategic planning, progress, reporting, program development and M&E
- Oversee and monitor baseline survey, design and implementation, administer indicator monitoring processes in accordance with program design
B. COORDINATION AND RELATIONSHIP
- Work closely with PD
- Build and nurture working relationships with authorities (local and national) and communities to facilitate the effective implementation of programs.
- Interact with various donors; identify needs and write proposals to various donors
- Build links with target communities and raise their awareness about ADDS projects.

C. MANAGEMENT, MONITORING AND EVALUATION
-Responsible for Program budgeting and financial monitoring
- Prepare budgets based on detailed work plan
- Conduct regular, independent monitoring of project activities
- Follow all financial policies and procedures
- Supervise subordinates
- Prepare final evaluation of programs
- Conduct other related work

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-University degree or HND
-5 Years minimum experience in a similar organization
-Ability to work independently or as well as in a team, think strategically, conceptualize new ideas, digest and analyze complex information and present coherent work plan
-Excellent interpersonal skills, English speaking and writing skills
-Possession of valid International Passport
