Most banks I visited don’t have the registration pin. Has anyone here gotten the registration pin?

Hello gurus, when I'm operating my laptop usually 15mins after booting it, it will shut down and display the blue screen. Sometimes it will display, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, sometimes it will show, CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION.
Please assist me
