This has been occurring since last year and I've been silent about the whole thing but I think today will mark the end of this looting.

Airtel has ceaselessly refused to let my airtime chill in my account. what I get everyday is a crazy notification telling me "you have been charged 10. 00 for value added service " and when I check my remaining balance, what I end up discovering is a zero balance. Sometimes I get this notification like four times in a day but even if it's once I receive it and I have up to N200, the end product is always a zero balance.

within the past few months, I have called their customer care lines but the peeps over there never seem to see anything causing the deduction to occur in their system (trust me, I don't blame them cos they don't even know what airtel is all about but that's story for anoda day). they keep telling me to call back knowing fully well that I would be referred to a different agent.

fast forward to today, I decided to switch plan thinking that would solve the problem but hell no, when i was about making an important call, those peeps did the needful (in their interest).

I dunno if I'm the only one experiencing this tho but three things are for sure right now

1 I'm going to so frustrate that dude/babe in charge of airtel's Twitter handle

2 I'm so going to bash all the freaking customer care agents back to back

3 those in their office always forming busy, get ready for me

From what i have discovered, the blackberry 1K for 3G only works on legacy blackberry devices. You can dial *141# for data plans that can be used on the BB10 devices. More so, you can contact Airtel online representatives. Follow @airtel_care on twitter or post to Airtel Nigeria on facebook for assistance.

Something unusual has been happening on my Airtel line. This particular number 014407021 calls me at odd times during the day. It calls for 3 seconds and hangs up even without me picking. If I call back, it picks up without anybody saying anything. It calls every other day and I'm beginning to feel creepy. I kinda feel like someone is tapping my line. I've called airtel and they said I should bar the line. What other thing can I do about it?

I received three texts within a time frame of 10 seconds from Airtel this afternoon informing me that N120 has been deducted from my balance this afternoon for a service I was not aware exists nor subscribe to.N120 is something I can afford to give away but when this occurs regularly from Airtel and is done to other Nigerians then I just have to speak up. I made a call to Airtel's customer care; the rep told me there was nothing he could do about it. Can someone please tell me if we have an agency in Nigeria where our complaints can be addressed?

Ppl, wots up wit airtel My airtel 1+1 subscription has simply refused to continue browsing after the first half of my 1+1 2gb data got exhausted. I have approx 2gb of data left, but it has simply refused to connect on my pc. I now have to substitute with my phone which is not so cool.

@ Mofetemi - No , i think activating the plan twice will only accumulate your data while the validity will be for 30 days from activation.
