SooCute: My people there is something i am seeing that seem not asked here. I noticed some schools round off there degree courses in 3 years (about 180 ect) while othere do in 3.5years (about 240 ects). Question is, since they both award Degrees at the end of the day, whats the difference?
Thank una. Ask Ur self this question Why some courses like medicine, Law round off in 5-8 years while Manangement courses like Accounting round off in 4 years |

[quote author=Adeolaraji post=61920959]What's the advantage of starting a BSC afresh in Germany. I have HND in Electrical engineering with distinction. How many years will I have left to complete the Bachelor's program. And also can someone please explain uniassist application. Do I need to pay application fee for the school after paying uniassist and do I have to evaluate two different transcript if I want to apply for two different schools or one will do thanks[/quote
Firstly Bsc in Germany will take u 6-8 semesters I.e, 3-4 years. Secondly u only pay uni-assist a fee of 75 euros for the first school, consecutive ones is 15 euros each. U only needs to submit one set of ur certified transcripts and other supporting documents just once even though u are applying to 2 or more schools. |

Abita: All my ogas, Jigba, honourableseyi, justwise, Eke40seven I greet una... Please I have a question to ask or just words of encouragement, this journey of going to Germany for my masters program started since 2015, then my school in nigeria submited my transcript late to uni-assist, I wrote to uni-assist that they should keep my documents till 2016 wintersession. In 2016 I paid for the evaluation, my result came out, i had a low cgpa, after the evaluation i got a German grade is 2.75, I didn't pass the minimum of 2.5 needed for TH Köln - Master - Automation and IT, so this made me to give up since I'm still working and making a living but mehn the future prospect in nigeria and raising a family is hard. Now I'm back trying to get other options for 2018, so asking my ogas, if a German grade point of 2.75 with impressive work experience and motivational letter I can stand a chance of getting admission to a university in Germany? The current school I want to apply to, I don't need to pass through uni-assist will this increase my chances? or is the anything like taking some prerequist courses in Germany or PGD? I've read oga Eke40seven post were he said that anything less than a Nigerian cgpa of 3.0 you may not get admission how true is this? Also can I just come to germany and do some certification courses? can i stay back and hustle for a job, can one just move to germany and get employment as an engineer? U need to know that with your grade, u can secure Admission(s) but firstly ur motivation letter needs to be in good shape and secondly try to apply to non popular schools. Can u kindly let us know what u studied previously |

Jigba:
Even if it's submitted online. photocopy, certify and then scan Your wrong. She's talking about online application. Some schools don't request for hard documents. So how do u expect her to certify and send documents when d school didn't request for it |

niyeee:
The application and all documents are to be submitted online.
I was thinking of scanning the original, then send online since requirement doesn't say 'certified'. But since you said its a must for it to be certified, will I scan the certified photocopy and send?? I need a guide pls
If it's online, then u don't need to certify ur documents. Just scan ur documents and upload but if there is need asking u to send the scanned documents by post to them, pls do well to certify the photocopies and send. Danke |

niyeee: I want to apply for post graduate studies in germany and would like to know if its a must to send a certified copy of transcript and certificate. Though in the admission requirement, it was stated 'a copy of transcript' without the word certified. U must certify the photocopy of ur transcript and certificates and send |
