1. POSITION: FINANCE/ADMIN.

Requirements

• Must possess a first degree from a recognized University/Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) in Financial Accounting.
• Must be older than 30 years of age and Post NYSC with a high level of quality content and character.
• Expected to be intelligently in-patience with status quo.
• The candidate must have experience in managing accounts, Tax, VAT, ideally within an arts organisation.
• S/he must be able to work with accounting software packages (Sage & Excel) and be able to prepare and present budgets, as required by the Council of Management, the Director or other staff when required.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping
1. Enter into Sage all purchase invoices, payments, sales invoices and receipts for
Spacex
2. Reconcile all bank accounts
3. Ensure that all sales are reconciled
4. Maintain nominal codes records

• Management Accounts
1. Prepare the monthly management accounts

• Budgeting and Planning
1. Assist the director in the preparation of budgets
2. Provide staff with financial information they need to help them monitor their budgets
3. Prepare and update cash flow

• Cash Management
1. Ensure all cash is reconciled to takings and banked

• Invoice Management
1. Payment of correctly authorised invoices
2. Prepare sales invoices as instructed
3. Exercise credit control on sales invoices
4. File all sales and purchase invoices

• VAT
1. Ensure VAT is correctly analysed in SAGE
2. Preparation of VAT return and payment of VAT

• Communications
1. First point of contact with our bankers
2. Supervision and maintenance of all bank mandates
3. First point of contact with Charity Commission and Companies House

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Candidates must possess a minimum of an OND/ HND/ B.Sc. in relevant disciplines
• Must possess previous internship exposure in chosen field
• Verifiable evidence of initial hands-on exposure in chosen field
• Skill in both verbal and written communication and presentation
• Have an idea of ‘how to’ with Corel Draw x5, Picture Editing, 3D, Quarkxpress and Adobe Creative Suite, especially In Design and Photoshop (Graphic Artist)


2. POSITION: RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER.
Requirements

• Must be a holder of ND, HND or BSc. with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) or lower credit in any Social science or management course.

• Must not be older than 30 years of age with a high level of quality content and character.

• Expected to be intelligent, bold, outspoken, result driven and adventurous.


3. POSITION: EXECUTIVE TRAINEES (Graphic Art, Creative Content & Business Development).
Requirements
• Must possess a first degree from a recognized University/Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) in the Social Sciences.
• Must not be older than 28 Pre or Post NYSC with a high level of quality content and character.
• Expected to be intelligently in-patience with status quo.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing creative designs
• Assist in developing editorial contents
• Assist in developing web page designs
• Assist / Supervise production and sourcing of materials
• Supervise BTL productions
• Assist in Business Development Initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:

4. POSITION: COPYWRITER also needed for our Lagos And Abuja office.

Responsibilities:
• Come up with ideas that win businesses
• Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs
• Working in account teams
• Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the art director;
• Presenting ideas to colleagues and clients
• Writing clear, persuasive, original copy
• Updating digital media with snappy, timely content
• Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
• Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients
• Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion
• Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
• Casting actors for TV and radio work, and listening to voice tapes
• Liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers
• Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends
• Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum qualification Degree
• Required experience 1 - 3 years
