VO'My first interview in the American Consulate in Lagos came up sometimes in 2002(i cant specify the actual month),the interview was package for me with a date of birth that was my actual date and month of my birth but the year was slightly difference(actual-1970 but 1969 was used cos the agent did give the information to the passport officer way back then,i just took my photo capture and due to desperation and economic hardship made me to joined the group going for a paper presentation or conference in New Orleans that year eventually we were denied visa.
Somethings in the year 2008,i pressurize my father who is a citizen in the U.S to help me file a case at USCIS in which the Appeal was approved and consequently i appear with another name and date of birth(just out of desperation and economic hardship),at the end after my DNA my visa was approved and was to pick up the visa up in 3days after. The second day after i was given slip to pick up my visa a call came in from America Embassy in which i was asked to return back to the Embassy to clarify some isuse relating to my approved visa. Eventually, my visa was revolked and after interrogation by the Consular and i acknowledged my wrong, he approved a Waiver for me and we pursue the first and was refused and the second that was file by a lawyer in the U.S and mailed directly to Ghana was also denied. Since then i had resigned my faith to stop pushing till September 2015 when the file-in my junior brother who is also a U.S citizen had filed-in for me since 2003 was approved and has my original names and real date of birth on it.
My present predicament is that since my past record is not too good with this alteration here and there in my previous appearances at the American Embassy please can you tell me what to DO on this new file-in that had just been approved in other to make my dream of living in America become fulfill.
