This kind of toilet is common in the south n not just Bayelsa. Its built on water. Trust me when I say its the best kind of public toilet. No fear of infection cus the tide always washes away the deposits. Its also airy and smelless.
Children wud do their thing outside while adults have their own private enclosure

One hell of a fun toilet especially when the tide has come and also @ night grin

No no No, Esther did no leave, she did not resign, she was the last person to ever give up, I mean, her part looked rossy if promises were to be fuffilled. While most of us would always drop CVs here and there and also collect customers contact, Esther wud always say the Job was Gods will hence she cannot leave until she gets divine approval in her words. That's a determined person and some times it was really annoying how she carried on as if all was well on her side even when she was dealing with A major personal disaster.

It was really so annoying when I heard she was sacked after being ill and missed work for some days. Worst off is she still continued working and didn't even know she had been sacked until recently as I heard. That's the height of injustice and I'm just so angry she won't talk or voice out but would just be acting like all is well..

Pls let us face the real issue I posted and stop making my post look like its all about Esther Akpan. Access bank staff and E-dogs have b eing coming here to maim her character , and avoiding the real issue. Its a Pity. Some extremely stupid people are saying she paid me to write, I'm wondering at how dumb people can get

Heard the so called toba is a nice person that strives hard to carry everyone in his team along. Mr writer before you were contracted to write on a topic like these you should have done your findings properly, the ipads approval was signed in January and was issued to the DSA's just this week which was also what toba said to some DSA's that once the appraisal of the full staffs are over they would start appraising the DSA's performance. Why did you just start writng just a day after they started sharing the ipad and Esther too started sending messages trying to justify her claims to toba. To everyone following these thread, all I want us to do is to sit back and continue following and let's see if this DSA's would be elevated from their present status or not then if they don't that's when we'll start crucifying the bank and it's stakeholders because I know no one of the mD's would advice their children to work as a DSA for just 35k and yet they pay their ET's over the bars for the same job a DSA knows best. The bank should work on its promises to save their reputation and whoever that was paid to do this like I said should have done enough findings. Mr stone say so

The point is , Access Bank never ever fufil their promises to any one especially contract. They used and dumped the first set of DSAs they had and others. Go tru the thread and see what ex staff had to say. I was in the system and so I have first hand knowledge of what actually transpired, The whole Project ART thing was actually corrupt trust me, the proffessional staff who handled it played a lot of tricks I can proove but that's not my intrest. You say Toba Olusola is a nice man and blah blah!, I totally agree but there are many buts to that.I don't care about his niceness though, I care about his tranparency on the project. Let's not open up can of worms. If Esther has been following him up like you said which I doubt consedering she neva ever talks about her battles, but if she has been following him up, it means she has been choked and I think I like that. Its her right, she worked for it, I know what she deals with and dealt with. Imagine not being paid since March

I have a little question for the writer of this script as I would call it.
You said the so called DSA was ill and was ask to stop work without being paid or given an ipad? Was there a proof from the hospital stating that she was ill from her doctor? If NO, that means she is not serious with her job.
My second question is ** when other DSA's resigned and moved maybe due to they got another job which they considered as a better option " didn't you get a share from their performance? Cos you said the patience ones were all junks that got elevated with others performance" with my observation she is just feeling sorry for herself just because she was told she won't get an ipad. In addition I would say she was negligence to her duty and un serious which made her not to tell her superiors that she was ill.
** another question is the whole people she mentioned in the write up as performers are they still working as DSA's with access bank? If yes, that means she is a big liar and just writing because she didn't get an ipad. In life patience is KEY. If I understood her very well in one of the paragraphs she said " they heard d promise from the horses mouth? If the project ended by December 2014, and they approved d purchase of the ipad that means the management would keep to their promise. My dear you were just impatience. You need to move on and stop slandering the image of the bank and your other colleagues still working there performance don't hide.

Your write up is really centered on a whole lot of irrelevant things, e.g, Ipad. The ipad is not the bone of contenetion hear or rather not the major bone of contention here. The major issue is the Bank not fufilling its promises as listed earlier. The very things they have failed to fufil are the very things that kept DSAs motivated to work hard.

The so called ipad was suppose to come in October and it just came now, I mean in May, and then witholding it from those who qualified for it months ago before leaving is another Breach. How about the incentive that has not been paid since October?, again people's sweat. I've read people saying that the bank has started fufilling its promises, after how long?,So we should pardon them for not fufilling a promise that they wwhere bounded to over six months ago, if we can cook up excuses for A bank, why can't we cook up excuses for those who resigned and say they left cus they lost hope?. This picture is really broad and I don't want to say a whole lot. I pray I'm not pushed to

The more reason I said those who are left are junk heads, just see ur grammatical construction, no form of organisation at all, The stupid part is you are A DSA too, the proffessional staff are pushing you guys to do the jobs for them, I mean the dirty jobs, at the expense of your rights. Why has Acess bank not come to refute the claims and let's proove, why send DSAs?. Pick up your grey matter sir,now put it in ur empty skull. The patience dog eats the fatest bone.Esther its pity u had to loose everything cos of pride and disrespect to ur superior. Y r u now looking for who to blame.The Bank has began to fulfill its promises,ipads and phones have been given to some DSAs while some are yet to collect their's and i know that all promises made to us by HERBERT WIGWE will be fulfill. i am also DSA and i no very soon we will be asked to go to training school.
SMH, I keep quoting all of you one by one just so you cannot modify ur posts again, I'm equally taking screen grabs for evidence just incase google looses their records. Keep prooving me right, I'm just so sorry for all of you who claim to be patient DSAs that waited. For ur records, I'm not missing A thing, My business is yeilding good returns, thanks to the contacts I made..

If this post can induce A letter from Herbert Wigwe's pocket for you guys to go to training school,But only the Most deserving will go cus not all of you worked. I even recall how some of you remnants would mock the hard working ones then that they were wasting their time doing hard work, you people use to gossip Esther then that she was killing her self for nothing because the bank will use and dump her and all those who worked hard. Meanwhile I will be happy if the real hardworking ones would end up in training school because we hustled together. Miss Esther , I know you have been following up on this thread, you too will get your dues, keep holding on as you always have. You are strong!!!

Good goodday everyone, I am so happy to reply to this post because the person who posted dis story who goes by the name Esther Akpan kowema who is a DSA of access bank has just cooked up a fictitious story just to backup her mischievous acts. I will start by highlighting all d mischievous acts she did before she was sanctioned and dismissed. Esther who calls herself national best opens account for fictitious customers. I remember a time wen we were given targets to open a particular sum of account (100 to be precise) wen esther broght her account and dey were opened. Few weeks later our supervisor Mr wale asked us to call our various customer to fund dere account cos d bank was complaining of too many zero balance account opened by people like Esther, so Mr wale took upon himself to assist call does customer while we do oda tinz. Only for him to dail d first 3 number and as he dailled d 4th person Esther who calls herself national best number popped up To our greatest suprise...Esther was given d privilege to workout from whereva suits her and she comes to work only2 times a week. Dat was still not enof for her. Wen d project ended indecember. We were deployed in january to assist a new team for the main time dat our appraisal Wud be done. Dis faithful week Esther refused to come to work for a whole complete week which got d new supervisor pissed who den sent a mail dat he cud nt work with her after several warnings which sha promised Wud neva happen again. She kept on with d truancy which den warranted d new supervisor send a mail dat he cud not work with her. Days later management replied and ordered she was deleted and withdrawn from all application and phones. Which automatically meant she has been bounced from the organisation. We were all aware dat d bank was yet to conclude appraisal for the proffessional staffs which was why dere was delay in our appraisal. But to our greatest suprise we dat Esther called junk in her previous post who were patient enof got our ipads worth 130k 2day..I know u Wud be regretting u posted it cos I know u Wud be aving d had I known tot in ur head...Patience is really a virtue... i will keep d rest of ur mischieves till wen u reply dis post. But I will keep it at dis till i hear from you again... I will let u know wen we r finally sent to training school...
From this picture, I can see familiar faces, I can see Otaigbe, Uzor and don't know the last face. This poster, do you even realise this is a public forum, its obvious Access bank wants to cover some track!. I was really discreet in my post but I see you really want to go the expository side. Let's bring it on. I told Esther to speak up a long time ago but she won't, she won't call Toba and she won't use her experience here to talk. I will talk on our/her behalf until she snaps out of her Let God judge mentality so bring it on.

So far, the bank has not said these are lies I wrote. But rather had been sending E-dogs to come and attack!!!. Go on and keep prooving me right. I mean look at the bad record this bank has on the media

I read his narrative. While I feel his pain on the sad experience of his brief engagement with Access Bank, we may need to see the perspectives from the looking glass (since there is no available argument from the bank side).

Observations from his narrative:

1. In-between his service, the bank reduced his salary by 12.5% for health insurance - shows the bank did not consider health of the DSAs before putting them on the pedestal - evidence of gap in the HR role;
2. The bank increased targets without increasing incentives - shows the bank leadership tends towards task-oriented style;
3. The bank delayed payments - again shows the bank may not be people-oriented;
4. The bank should pay any accrued dues to the DSAs
4. etc

But I find the @OP lacking on the behavioural balance.

1. The @OP received bad treatment from the bank (sadly) which informed his departure, but does his leaving make him more superior to 'the junk heads' that patiently stayed? - The @OP may need to review his ego and how he see others;
2. The @OP is a hardworking man. But does his super-star achievement within this period in this project depreciate the inner value of the 'the junk heads'? - Humble yourself;
3. Many organizations prefer disciplined and detailed personnel to the arrogant type. Why do applicants hide their arrogance during interviews?
4. Teachings on discipline and perseverance have continued to teach us to be patient in long suffering. But the @OP left. ”Having done all….stand.” There are times when that's all you need to do. Be guided.
3. Did the @OP address his grievance to the management of the bank? His narrative does not show he did. Instead the @OP chose the online media to accuse Wigwe et al (the management the Bank), of lacking integrity!

@OP, you will get another job soon (if you are still searching), but learn to mix your skills with humility and patience.
This issue was brought to public notice after about 365 days, That is to give you an idea of how long we shouted without being heard. You Have no idea. You points are noted though.thanks

@OP

I share your sentiments on a couple of things, unfortunately not all.

I am not a fan of bankers and Access Bank ranks way up on my hate list.

It's no news that Access Bank is a slave driver. From their recruitment process with a 2 year bond to the 10 accounts you must open with deposits.

I however do not agree with OPs notion that they should be given iPads after they have left the bank.

There are terms and conditions before you sign a contract. Do we even bother to read these? Some companies clearly state that you lose some benefits once you are no longer in their employment. This might be the case.

Another point about the lazy ones getting all the credit. There is something called luck. If you happened to be in the group with the best person in the crew and that person left, Im sure you wouldnt be complaining.

That said, its sad what our labour market has turned propective employees into. They accept anything, some even go months without being paid and are still grateful for having a job.
Actually, that's a wrong perspective, we are not talking of future benfits but rather, we talking of Benefits they should have gotten because they stayed long enof till the time it was suppose to be disbursed. It was suppose to be given in six months buts was given A year later, and most of them who were denied it stayed long enough to qualify. Meanwhile, The co-perate world doesn't believe in luck, if they did, they would not give new staff fresh Targets, rather, they will just let them continue from where an old retired staff stopped
