The SSC Delhi Police Constable Recruitment 2019 has been announced. Staff Selection Commission DP Constable 2016 notification indicates 3151 (revised) vacancies for Constable (Exec) Male and 1571 (revised) vacancies for Constable (Exec) Female. Overall there are 4669 vacancies in the revised pay scale after seventh CPC pay matrix. Notice of Examination, the conduct of Computer-based written examination and preparation of merit list would be handled by SSC. Whereas, vacancies details, the conduct of PE&MT, Detailed Medical Examination, Review Medical Examination, Police Verification of candidates will be handled by Delhi Police. This is the first time that such a change has been implemented for the Delhi Police Constable Recruitment. The SSC has also released a notification stating to consider those candidates whose candidature were not considered by the Delhi Police during the conduct of PST/PE&MT on the grounds of not having valid OBC Certificate.
