Its called delusion of love(Erotomania); he probably believes u guys are in love even though u dont share such feelings.
Its gone on for too long, he has taken several steps to be with or near u, he has pestered u not minding u're in a relationship,
It could get messy, thankfully he is not physically aggressive, for now!
If this is what it is, he could go to any lenght.
He needs help, but not from you unfortunately.
You need ur peace, give him the benefit of doubt and talk to him one more time explaining things, he may be getting a vibe from u(wrongfully), and if need be get a barring order against him.
Relocation has been advocated as a last resort in severe cases for security purposes but I dont think it has come to that

I'm a Nigerian guy living outside the country. I work hard and spend a reasonable length of time on the internet when I'm back home up till late at times. Need I say its bc of boredom at times, lol, but that's the truth.
I am fun loving, down to earth and currently not hooked.
I wonder if I could get naija babes, either at home or in diaspora, who are happy to link up and chat online via mesenger whenever we can, especially at nights. If you have a cam, its a bonus as we can chat cam to cam when we get comfy with each other. If you are hot and daring, even better!
