I agree that walking increases your life span as it prevents you getting diabetes or heart diseases. A daily walk for about thirty minutes can keep your body and organs healthy. It controls your cholesterol level and purifies blood circulation.

It's all due to our mistakes that our body goes out of shape and gain much weight. The main reason of getting fat is that many people go to sleep right after taking their lunch or dinner, which is very bad to health and causes weight gain. We should eat much but converting your big meals into small meals can give you health as well as quick digestion. Adopt the habit of walking and exercises.

It's about tea so I want to add something about green tea, it plays very vital role in our health. The poly-phenol found in the green tea works to intensify levels of fat oxidation and the rate at which your body turns foods into calories. All the fruits are beneficial to health, but I love eating mangoes so I would state it's benefits. Mango is a fruit of summer gift, it keeps our immune system healthy and strong. It purifies blood circulation and good for diabetic patients especially for those who have tendency of low sugar. It prevents us from cancer, good for eye sight, improves reproduction and it is rich in vitamin C and vitamin A.

There are many daily activities that could reduce your weight but you have to increase their duration. When you leave for office, park you car at a near distance so you can walk for at least 10-15 mins, prefer climbing up stairs instead of using elevators and escalators. Avoid eating over time and quit your snacking habit. Make usage of vegetables and fruits in excessive amount and drink a lot of water.
