The maintenance + school fees money will be in your account for 28 days before which application? Visa application? Or your actual interview date?

Also for someone that is applying for a two years masters, is it also compulsory to show both IST year and 2nd year tuition together?

More reason you should go through this thread.
Even if an applicant is commuting from Buckingham palace so long as she is not sponsored by any Government or International company the person must show maintenance fee that must have counted 28days in his or her account.
Your cousin has to show that and if you doubt it go ahead with the application

I and my sisters live in the uk and we are looking to fully sponsor a cousin to come and do a masters with the hope that she could stay back obviously. My younger sistsr has the financial capacity to put in the applicaton so to avoid stories that touch she will be the sole sponsor. We have never done sonething like this before. Here is our dilemma, the course starts in three days.
We applied on friday and got the admission today. My sister just paid the full fees. How can we prepare this lady for the interview. The course is not in line with her first degree and cos we have limited time to work with i need to know the best way to go about this.

Hello House the long wait is over, after so many sleepless night, lot of fund invested and stress from getting my underground transcript and othe genuine documents, TBS and finally submitting my application for a tier 4 visa, Friday 11th mark the end of the 15 working days as I got an email from TLScontact that my documents are ready for pickup.

Since I wasn’t in Lagos, I have to travel down to Lagos from Port Harcourt on a night bus on Sunday night, to pickup my documents..but the worse happens after I got my passport back without a visa and I found a letter explaining why my visa was refused, House am just confused right now as The school am to attend resumes today.

Please can the house advise me on what next to do?

What about this: who is sponsoring you?: my parents.

How do they got the funds?: Part of rent of one of our properties. It was arraigned through our lawyer incharge of the properties (name of the depositor) since they were out of the country at that moment.

My dad is a chartered accountant and also into real estate.
My inlaw is our personal lawyer in truth who made the deposit.
So i think i should just stop there.

I think i just gave to explain why his name apeared and not my parents.

Its too late to adjust that statement.

You will not be asked how you raised the money, you may be asked who your sponsor is but remember that only your parents can sponsor you, brother, sister or brother inlaw can't sponsor you.

You can book Royal Air Morroco, it makes a stop over at Casablanca, faster than going through Dubai, cost is about 404 euros (about 165k naira)

Super priority could be useful after previous refusals mostly because of the credibility interview that is omitted. All that's needed is to submit all the required documents correctly.

Yes, they wrote that it is advised not to use it after a refusal but that applies when you are particular about the urgency of getting the visa. For me, extra few days wait is not a problem provided he/she gets the visa this time.

Mind you, I'm responding to this to encourage someone and because SPV (tier4) got me my visa after 3 previous refusals for visit visa.

*disclaimer: The circumstances of my application were totally different the 4th time. So like they say.. they assess every application individually.
