gusto12: You can send it to your spouse and they back up with a little explanation that you liquidated some investments. You don't need a fixed deposit thingy and it will still kinda need an explanation if it is so new anyway. Some will suggest you do a gift deed and have the funds transferred back to you guys by a parent or sibling but I think that's unnecessary. ...Your choice. 1 Like |

fadeofresh: Why couldn't you book on their website? If your card isn't working, book on hold and pay at their office. For some reason, their site has been doing that for years... You can also pay by transfer online instead of using a card, this way, you avoid having to go to their office. So, pick the transfer option when you get to the payment page, I don't believe you can book on hold in this case though. |

Adex2442: Yes, you should upload the certificate as they describe on the website. Some people never did that or had to. It depends on the institution involved. For number 3, the ball is in WES' court and there is no further action from you or your institution |

ireneayeni: I am not entirely sure what they will require if you don't have the biometrics slip. If you aren't sending the documents through the Lagos VFS office and instead directly to Accra then you will definitely need to pay the transmission fee. If you did give your biometrics in Lagos and decide to send your passport through Lagos, you could send them what you have (without the biometrics slip) and they may or may not request the transmission fee from you. I believe @Dimple10 has covered everything else. |

Bibitayo2: Mention both the Master's and the first degree when creating your WES profile and application. Go ahead and process your transcript, when you eventually finish the other degree, request for the transcript to be sent to WES. WES will wait to receive both transcripts before completing your assessment. If you don't include both qualifications at the start and decide to add the second degree later, you'd have to pay more, but your assessment for the first degree may be ready before January if you can get the transcript (and verification) to them in good time. 1 Like |

Teluv: It is the fee one pays for their passport to be transmitted by VFS. Usually, you won't have to pay if you send your passport to the same VFS office where you had your biometric details taken (you would need to attach the receipt you were given when you did the biometrics thingy). |

imarrpopson: Assume I know nothing about NYSC and decide to compare your reference letter with your submitted account statement. If you think I'd question the claims on your letter and maybe reduce the period I think you worked there then maybe avoid creating such a possibility. You can show other months instead, it must not be six months. That said, I don't think you'd be in problems if you go ahead and submit it the way you mentioned but if you are the kind of person who analyses things and asks these kind of questions you have asked, for your own peace of mind, show other months. |

Jacknn: State the pay (allowance) from the government. You don't have to say "NYSC paid me 15000 naira per month". There are a thousand ways to have that drafted into the letter without saying, "We at Ore Grammar School did not pay him directly." You can be resuming at company A daily, and yet have Company B as your employer who pays you your wages. You can even suggest bullet points to the school Conditions of employment: Employment period: Hours per week: Salary: Be smart and yet honest 2 Likes 1 Share |

CokeBar: No, it was never stated that this was a necessity. However, most people include statements. If you want to, go ahead and include the statement, especially if it makes you sleep better at night. A few stories on here involve ADRs for statements but I have never come across a refusal based solely on an omission of statements (something that wasn't asked for in the first place). |

I see people are 'stimulating' their CRS scores. Everyone yet to create an account should make sure they do this. Those in the pool can also do same to better their chances of an ITA. 1 Like |
