What two weeks assessment please? It should be the 10 working days account opening.. It sums up two weeks.. Never told you, you have entered training school, you have to get the 10 accounts making ng up to two million in 10 working days vis-à-vis two weeks assessment. You're right. However, its not training school yet. You have to successfully complete this then do something about guarantor before proceeding to training school.

(You can get people to open the accounts from anywhere not just Lagos.

I did TMI 15th July, and just got a mail inviting me for 2 weeks accessment (final accessment) tomorrow. Anyone else got the invite. Also know what that's about?

yes, some people were called for medicals. Its actually 1 top mgt interview, a friend that scale thru d process till d #2m stage and later withdrew from d recruitment himself, did only 1 top mgt interview and others i know in training school now.

Ok. I will attend the interview and see if they made a mistake or some people actually have to do two interviews

Hello guys. Anyone got called for an interview with top management on Saturday 15th July. Am confused as I already had top management interview sometime in Feb and assumed I didn't make it. You'll be asked to pick qualities that people describe you as and then qualities you think you have... it wasnt like a test.. stuffs like caring, honest, aggressive, competitive etc

Hello Rupe,
A stage is always an elimination round during any interview process.
People were eliminated after verbal and quantitative test. That should be just a stage, isn't it?

Now lets go from the known to the unknown, you will be required to open some accounts with amounted sum, if one doesnt meet up, s/he cant move to training school. -- 5th stage (Account Opening)

One has to pass medicals before account opening, if medical test result is poor, one cant move to next stage -- 4th stage (Medicals)

Now there is a promised interview on saturday -- obviously 3rd stage

Essay and PDA should decide who comes on saturday -- 2nd stage.

The invitation email stated that it was a 5 stage process, quantitative, verbal, essay and pda makes it 4. Please did anyone do a fifth stage or did anyone do the pda twice ?

not really. I work @day, only went thru it just lastnight.. but the questions were more from the back...those practice questions and then a few frm the verbal too... I saw like 40% word for word from dere sha. maybe i was jus lucky
