Cheating is never the answer. If you feel that you can't continue because there just isn't any love there again, then you should make it known to your partner and then move on. Staying with the person out of fear and pity will only make you hate them and bitter. You should try to part now when you can still remain at least friends.

I think men have reasons for not helping out. I actually wanted to avoid it because although I'm a very traditional woman, I think that a man should help sometimes. And sometimes appreciating the woman is help enuff. I don't mean sitting on a chair and saying "you're doing a good job honey." But staying with her in the kitchen, chatting with her while she works.
Keeping her company and helping her to get things from the cupboard and helping in cleaning up. Or setting the table.

Any muslim who understands the teaching of Islam knows that they aren't supposed to terrorise people. One of the most important things Islam teaches is that muslims should be merciful and compassionate and not force anyone to become muslim. It's sad that some people exploit others for their own wicked ends and make it seem like Islam is a violent religion when it really isn't.
