It's just really fustrating trying to pay not even millions and it's so much hassles

I just made a payment yesterday with barter, and it went through. I use their virtual card on the playstore without issues. Also, I receive payments and pay bills with flutterwave seamlessly.

I guess a lot of factors could affect your experience with them, such as your network and the bank you use.

As for me, flutterwave is the best and simplest way for online businesses to make and receive payments in Nigeria. Nothing comes close.

What do you mean by normal account? When I used it, everything went fine. Just topup your balance and click on create new card. The amount for the USD card would be deducted from your barter balance. I don't see any issues there.
