Sports / Re: Which Football Club Should I Support And Why? by Sadman(m): 10:49pm On Nov 17, 2007
Falling in love with something cannot be premeditated, it has to happen spontaneously. I fell in love with Arsenal at first sight, but if you want to be guided you've come to the wrong place because all these guys want to add you to their fanbase, but i'll like to help you.
If you are looking for free flowing, skillfull, beautiful, great-to-watch football then you have 2 clubs to choose from; one is arsenal and the other is barcelona. These clubs are so pleasing to watch that they will make you forget about the objective of the game - winning. Arsenal is best team in the Europe not to have won the champions league, but that shouldn't discourage you because they have a good record at their national league and they are improving in the champions league (they reached their first final last year). They have the best crop of youngsters in the world and they are the second richest club in Europe in terms of profit made this year. The future looks great for the club and that is all that counts. On the other hand, people are complaining of too much youth in the side recently but the guys are so determined to succeed that pressure will surely not be a factor for them.
Barcelona have good players and play good football. They are having problems lately because of too much concentration of expensive players.
If you want clubs that are not pleasing to the eye but deliver results then you can check-out clubs like manchester united, chelsea, liverpool, ac milan, juventus, inter milan, bayern munich, lyon, real madrid, valencia, porto e.t.c.
However, you have to watch these clubs and see which one you fall in love with. I hope it's arsenal because you are going to make a good fan.

Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Do Muslim Guys Prefer To Date Christians Girls? by Sadman(m): 12:07am On Nov 17, 2007
You guys are just talking sentimentally, but i don't blame you, cos the one that started this topic did it too.
I will tell you exactly what is happening, but before i do, i need to clarify something. All religions welcome newcomers and they usually give them a fresh start, so islam allows muslim men to marry (not date) christian women because wives and children tend to follow the faith of the head of the family as a result increasing the number of muslims through one ex-christian woman. If however a muslim woman marries a man from another religion, then she and her children will tend towards their head of the family's faith.
        HERE IT COMES.
Most of the muslim guys that date christian girls want to date the christian girls' style (popular belief of the christian girls style), but those girls only bear the name christians because they go to church and the guys bear the name muslims because they go to the mosque. They cannot represent their faith because all they do is go contrary to their own faiths.
Unfortunately, the christian girls are more known for the hip-lifestye because they do things more in the open while muslim girls that do these things don't.
The main difference lies in the number of individuals from these groups that take part in those God forsaken acts, and in this respect the christian girls are more known to do those things than the muslim girls.
This is my view in this issue of yours which i think is so obvious to the normal guy that it shouldn't have been mentioned.
The pessimistic, naive, and paranoid guys can continue to ponder over this issue though, but i live you in peace.
                                                    cheers!!!!!!
Investment / Re: Effect Of Naira Redomination On Stock Market Investments? by Sadman(m): 12:19am On Sep 07, 2007
I am not an economist but i think the value of shares will be reset, because 0.5 kobo (which will be the new value of shares after dividing 50kobo by 100) can be said to be insignificant in money terms, so the value will be increased and the amont of units one owns will diminish, but i don't think the value of your investment will be affected. What do you guys think?

A new category has been created called DIAMOND CATEGORY 'A'. This category is the best so far, because it is not as expensive as the gold and more than the silver, it is a compromise reached to achieve the fastest growing category.
For more information on the diamond category, contact me at el_saddiq22@yahoo.com or +2348065938990 (but only text please).
Information on it is not even available on their website.
Politics / Re: Kano State Has The Highest Population In Nigeria? by Sadman(m): 4:03pm On Jan 13, 2007
Nigerians just amaze me. Everyone (and i mean everyone) is sentimental about everything. The southerners don't like the census result because Kano has the highest population and the northerners like it because Kano has the highest population. When will we ever change? Personally i think the census wasn't perfect, but since it was the work of all Nigerians, then we should all accept it and move on. I will like to remind the southerners though that population of the north cannot be estimated by the people on the streets because most of the women and children are usually indoors.
