The disparity between the actual weight and your usually proposed chargeable weight is nothing short of arm-twisting. I saw the screenshot of another user in my previous post where the actual weight of his items were 1LBS while you billed him for a chargeable weight of 7LBS for just two bra. Is it an eternal bra?!

All the three times I have shipped through you (both sea and air), you exhibited the same arm-arm-twisting act. Your customer-care is a waste of time as they all sound rhetoric and blame your cut -throat attitude on how your system was designed to over charge people.

I normally don't write good reviews because I believe I deserve good service for my money no matter how small. Through this forum, I have tested quite a few shipping companies and majority of them gave me high blood pressure with little or no profit on the goods I imported through them.

1. G-importer is honest: they didn't approximate or unnecessarily increase the weight of my goods
2. Swiftness: You don't have to worry if they receive your order because sometimes your order maybe be left at the gate or at the door in an alley. I never had any issue of missing order with them.
3. Responsibility: Where there is any issue, they calm your mind and take responsibility for it. About two of my items spilled and I got paid for it without stress.
4. Good judgement call: when I opted to ship my goods through sea and there was the issue of Suez Canal, they made a good judgement call by shipping my goods through air otherwise my goods could have taken up to five months on sea.
5. The best of all is that you won't have to pay until your goods get to Nigeria.

Note: if G-importer logistics is reading this, I give you four stars and in other to get my five stars you need to replace whoever is handling your WhatsApp on importation of goods. In reality, they deliberately delay to update your orders so that their supposed promised free 14 days can elapse and then they can begin charge you at a geometric rate for storage. By the time your orders get to their warehouse, you will realise that they don't charge per weight but rather from their own imagination of what the price of your order is (when it is not precious metal). The staffers are not in sync and often clueless. The warehouse team are notorious for letting received orders to sit by without update and sometimes orders delivered at their premises get missing. Whoever knows the CEO, Nduka Udeh, should tell him to look into this review and make the necessary adjustments.

1. You lied that you have a warehouse/office in Lagos. Upon visiting the address you gave, Camry Car Park along Airport Road, I was shocked to discover that your purported warehouse was an old abandoned accidented blue Van. I could see people's goods being piled up in the Van like cabbage and the rest left out in the Sun.
2. Despite the fact that your charges are outrageous compare to others, you also add extra kg to people's goods. We discovered that in some cases, from the goods we shipped from China, you added 1kg, 0.6kg 0.5kg, etc.
