you know its a long process of healing , about 2 to 3 weeks .. so for now i cannot say anything , but i have started eating garlic and onions with rinsing of nose with salty warm water

Is garlic and onions part of your prescription? I ve heard of salt water solution but never tried it. Pardon me but i am not sure what the two does. Please educate me.
Also how long are you suppose to be on the medications after been on medications for 2 to 3 weeks without a definite sign of improvement ?

You are welcome. If the loratadine suppressed it. That means it worked. Please note you don't need antibiotics for white catarrh. You only need antibiotics if it's yellow, indicating it's infected.
I think identifying what you are allergic to and avoiding it may mark the end of this condition.

From what you said, "walking in the sitting room clears your nose', maybe the allergen is in your room e.g dust

Thank you again (bebe77), i meant walking within the rooms and back to bed not necessarily the sitting room, i only need to get active by walking around or just getting active instead of laying still and when i get back to bed the blocked nose gets cleared like magic and i get a few hours of sleep. The blocked nose sometimes wake me up or when i wake up naturally in the morning i find little dry catarrh within or around my nose. Also the catarrh is not white but yellow sometime with particle like but not always.
I sometime get temporary relief after inhaling vicks inhaler for a while, the blocked nose gets soften and i am able to blow my nose.
The genesis of it is that the walls of my formal apartment absorbs a lot of water during raining season where i sleep and i thought things will get better but i ve left there now for 3 years and i still have this condition every raining season and it last for the duration of the season.

Nd y not see an ENT doc instead of d self medication u indulge in, especially when u know its actually an ENT specialty area.
Anyway, u likely have Rhinosinusitis may be allergic nd antibiotic shouldn't be d first line therapy.
U likely need decongestant eg otrivin, maybe steam inhalation too, antibiotic, nd surgical procedures like trephination etc if d medical treatment doesn't work...
Go see an orthorhinolaryngologist brother...

Thank you for your suggestion (heykims)

Sounds like a case of allergy because the blocked nose occurs only during the rainy season (Allergic Rhinitis). There's likely a trigger factor. Do u also sneeze?
You need to see a doctor to have a discussion and identify the likely trigger factor so you can avoid/ control your exposure to it.

However, an anti-histamine like Loratadine could be helpful to control your body's response (note- this is not a prescription, I'm just giving you an idea of what could be wrong). Don't be too worried

See a doctor and it does not have to be a specialist. If a general practitioner can't handle it, he will refer you to a specialist.

Thank you (bebe77), I ve used Loratidine and the week i did use it with ampiclox and vitamin c. The blocked nose was suppressed but later continued. Also i dont sneeze unusually. I dont cough and do not have headache either.
I also notice when my nose gets blocked at night and i take a walk within the living room and bedroom for few mins and return to bed the nose clears up almost like magic and i get to to catch a few hrs sleep. In the past few days i ve been having 5 hrs of sleep unlike before but when i wake up i may not be able to go back to sleep or i have to maintain a position when the nose is clear while in bed..

Over the past 4 years i ve been having issues with catarrh which always last through every raining season irrespective of the medications i take. My nose gets really blocked that i have to breathe through my mouth and can barely find sleep at night. I ve tried all forms of cold medicine with antibiotics without relief.
I need advice and recommendations please.

Exactly sir, for that building the numbers of blocks I stated will take it to the level but you must do lone thing for which is you must get this blocks little by little cos that way it will not be destroyed cos if you have bring them to site the worker will mismanage the blocks in the process some will be destroyed.

For the workmanship it not will be more than 700-800k depend on the person managing the project.

any other question do not hesitate to write on the tread and
I will answer as soon ass I visit the tread.

Thank you very much sir, you ve been very helpful..
I am looking at using 9 inch blocks for the foundation and 6 inches to raise it up to decking level.
Also can i get an idea of what it will cost to do the decking ?

eghosajohnny:
Good morning all I have a little contribution on this tread and as it stands the building is going to take 4500 blocks to the decking level considering the fact that the land is leveled and if not it will be more than that I am a builder and I know what I'm saying and below is a 3d of the building on a 30by120 plot though this one is just a 2bdrm flat not 2 flat but the back can continue the other flat.

You can call this number if in need of more assistance.

07014709098.

Thank you eghosajohnny: So 4500 blocks will take the 2 flats to decking level ?

the number of blocks depends on the design of the structure to be elected. we can discuss.

Thank you Ejikeme.. It will be s simple design of 2 bedroom with 2 toilet and a living room for the 2 flats up and down.
Thank you
