Fashion / How I Use Hair Mousse On My 4c Natural Hair For Bomb Twist Out by Saintdupsie: 3:47pm On Mar 19, 2021
Hello beautiful people!
I used Nova Gold hair mousse for a defined twist out on my 4c natural hair. This Nova Gold hair mousse gave me my best twist out on my 4c hair than some curly products. This mousse on my 4c hair gave me a defined twist out, good hold, and no flakes. This hair mousse also gave my 4c natural hair some shine. Nova Gold hair mousse gave my 4c hair both volume and definition. It is also not drying and mousse on 4c hair didn't weigh my hair down.
Tips: Make sure to moisturize your 4c natural hair before you apply hair mousse.

Does mousse work for 4c hair? YES
Do you apply mousse to wet or dry hair? Apply on damp hair

Hi Beautiful people,
I tried using Ambunu in my 4c natural hair to detangle my hair after a protective style but instead of the Ambunnu to detangle my hair, Ambunu gave me a lot of tangles, my 4c natural hair got locked, my hair broke badly and I spent 2 days detangling my natural hair after using the Ambunu. I have seen so many good reviews about this Ambunu herb and it breaks my heart to come up with the experience. So I'm hoping you watch this below video to learn from my experience and also let me know where I got it wrong if you have used it before.

Family / Re: Is My Perception Of marriage Wrong Or Am I Making A Mistake? Advise Me by Saintdupsie: 6:39pm On Sep 27, 2020
Finances is a major partb of relationship. A part of me want to say she probably said that so you don't think you can demand money from her or get used to her taking up finances in the house (since she earns more) on the other hand, what if she is really serious about it? What more is she bringing into the union? What if things becomes tight and you really need support, would she watch you struggle to pay rent, other bills, and other family reponsibilities (parents etc)? Would she rather prefer you get a loan from outside when she can singlehandedly take care of some things?

I think you really need to have a serious conversation about this.

Thank you so much for your response.
It is only one kitchen however I requested for one cooker unit and other points for "fridge, microwave etc" and they decided to use two. According to them, other appliances are powerful as well.

Based on your reference, D4 is apparently wrong to use. Meanwhile we paid for a D16. It's time to drag him.

twinskenny:

Never heard of that brand before..

Looking at number if Ac and water Heater you will definitely need a D8 3phase dB

How many kitchen do you have? Why two cooker unit?

Could someone please help?
This electrician quoted a 16Way 3phase distribution board for our house which they already mounted but looking at the carton now I am seeing:

AP*Bstar.....does anyone know this brand? Can't find it on the internet.
4 Way Jultipole Distribution board....does this mean he got 4 way instead of 16way?
Additional info:
With 100A TP main switch.

The house is a 4 bedroom flat and a waiting room.
1. 5 AC
2. 4 water heater
3. 2 cooker unit (I don't know why they did 2)

I would like to know:
1. Is the AP*Bstar a good brand?
2. What is the price of AP*Bstar 4way 3 phase?
3. Do we actually need a 16way?
4. Will the 4way work as well? If not please recommend with a brand.

Thank you all.

My natural hair grew in 4 weeks using Ayurvedic herbs!

Hi, beautiful people,
I recently included herbal hair mask into my natural hair regimen fully and the result has been amazing. Though this means one more step added to my washday and herbal mask are obviously messy to do however, the result is enough of a compensation. I have used this herbal hair mask for 4 washdays and my hair loss reduced drastically.

Are you trying to grow your natural hair? do you have stunted growth? do you lose so much hair to shedding and breakage? do you have scalp issues? have you tried so many things that did not work?
If you answered yes to any of these, maybe it is time to embrace nature and switch to ayurvedic hair care for natural hair.

Before I started this ayurvedic hair care journey, I did quite a research and watched some videos to have a smooth headway and also as a contribution, I have explained extensively on my ayurvedic natural hair routine, the herbs I used to grow my hair in 4 weeks, and my full experience (the ups and downs).

Fashion / 4c Where? Why Do People Think Their Natural Hair Is 4c? by Saintdupsie: 10:18pm On Jun 12, 2020
Hello beautiful!
I guess it's time to finally start speaking up about these things that surround 4c hair type in the natural hair community. While I do not think the hair typing system is the most important thing about natural hair, I cannot deny the fact that 4c hair has received so kind of stereotypical views. It still doesn't look that was enough about 4c hair, just about anybody with looser curl patterns is now labeling their natural hair as 4c. This I think is where the frustration is for true 4c hair queens who genuinely are searching for other people with the same 4c hair type as them but always landing on videos of people with no 4c hair but labeled their videos as 4c hair.

This is a conversation that should hold, I believe and here I am sharing my thought and leaving a positive message for everyone finding it hard with their natural hair in this video

Fashion / How To Make Avocado Powder And Use It For Your Natural Hair by Saintdupsie: 1:56pm On May 09, 2020
Hi Guys,
It's Saintdupsie with another money-saving DIY product for natural hair. I recently made avocado oil with about 4 avocados and it was a little struggle because it was my first time. Then I thought, what can I do with the remaining leftover after I squeezed out the oil with cheesecloth?, so I decided to dry that avocado leftover with sun and turn it to powder. and I have been using this avocado powder for hair mask/deep conditions my natural hair and the result is a banger...lol.

This powder is as good as the fresh avocado we use for deep conditioning natural hair and the beauty of making avocado powder (especially for avocado lovers) is that you will always have avocado to use for your natural hair even if avocado is scarce and out of season.

Check out this video to see how I made the powder and how well my natural hair responded to it.
You will love it, I promise.

Nairaland / General / Facebook Tracks You On Your Other Phone Apps And Websites You Visit!!! by Saintdupsie: 10:43pm On May 01, 2020
Guys!
I wanted to share my new discovery with you. It was a shock to discover that there is a thing called off-facebook activity which is a feature on Facebook that monitors the activities you perform on other phones you have installed on your phone as well websites you visit. I found out that these apps and websites use Facebook business tools which allows them to share their users' activities with Facebook without you knowing it! Even apps that you did not link with Facebook and websites you only just visited.

So yeah I was surprised to see that any.do, which is the app I use for my to-do list has been sharing my information with Facebook. Finally, there is an answer as to why I always see all these ads or recommendations on Facebook that always make me feel like someone is creeping in my thoughts.

Now let me share with you how to see which of your phone apps is sharing your data with Facebook, how long it has been going on for, and how to turn this OFF-FACEBOOK ACTIVITY feature off on your phone.

Fashion / Make Your Own Easy Homemade Body Butter And Hair Butter by Saintdupsie: 10:05pm On May 01, 2020
Hi guys!
When I make a DIY product for my skin, I like to make it in 2in1 such that it works perfectly for both skin and my natural hair. The ingredients are well researched and will nourish both my skin and natural hair. The exciting part of this is that if used as body butter, it will treat skin conditions, heal it and leave dry skin moisturised and when used for natural hair especially dry natural, it will help lock in moisture and leave the hair healthy and super juicy.

Homemade body butter recipe/Homemade hair butter recipe
1. Mango butter
2. Avocado butter
3. Shea butter
4, Flaxseed oil
5. Neem oil
6. Vitamin E oil
7. Castor Oil
8 Lavender oil for fragrance.

My method put temperature into consideration as it passes through the hot and cold phase, and the end result is a soft butter that melts right into the skin and spread easily on the hair.

Saintdupsie:
Hi guys, I have been natural for almost 5 years now and I never really gave Ayurveda hair care a thought. Well, it turns out the chinese and indian women we see with long hairs either incorporate or have a full scale Ayurveda or herbal hair care regime.

Many months ago, my hair started falling seriously I somewhat thought I was going bald. It was pretty scary guys, I was having more than a handful of hair every washday and some bothersome amount when styling my hair. But today the hair shedding has reduced to 5% I mean I barely have hair breakage or shedding during washday. This is actually tremendous.

I started my herbal hair journey with a herb that is as good as a shampoo. The Shikakai herb powder. Shikakai not only cleanse, it comes with additional benefits.

Why Shikakai herb is good for your natural hair:

Shakakai adds shine and softness, gives you stronger,/thicker hair, delays grey hair, fights dandruff, soothes your hair. Shikakai gently detangles hair, soothes your head, and also prevents dry scalp. According to my findings, I found that Shaikakai helps to heal minor wounds and strong enough to get rid of hair lice.

Ultimately, Shikakai (Acacia Concinna) even though does not lather, it gently cleans the hair without stripping it of its natural oils. It’s also a great conditioner, and helps to reduce scalp dryness and makes hair soft and bouncy. Shikakai is rich in vitamin C and many essential phytonutrients that nourish the hair follicles and promote hair growth.

As per my experience, Shikakai didn't make my hair dry, it feels conditioned and I recently noticed I haven't experienced any scalp pain or soreness and my scalp doesn't feel dry like it used to.
