It's usually cause by your traffic source, most especially traffic from social media like Facebook:

It's considered low quality traffic as most visitors from this sources (Page/Group) more often than not are repeated visitors who may sometimes click ads without the intention to buy or convert for the advertiser.

Unfortunately, most Nigeria traffic from social media network convert poorly. Traffic from search convert better for advertiser.

Work on your traffic source or perhaps attract new visitors to your website and you will be fine.

Overview
• President's Malaria Initiative for States (PMI-S) is a five-year PMI/USAID flagship malaria project implemented through a consortium led by Management Sciences for Health (MSH). The project is supporting the Government of Nigeria through its agencies at the federal, state, LGA and community levels to reduce under-five and maternal mortality by delivering quality services for management of malaria, its complications, and prevention.
• PMI-S project focuses on strengthening the capacity of the National Malaria Elimination Program (NMEP) and State Malaria Elimination Programs (SMEPs) for the implementation of the National Malaria Strategic Plan 2014-2020. PMI-S will target eight states of Nigeria, namely: Akwa Ibom, Benue, Cross-River, Ebonyi, Nassarawa, Oyo, Plateau and Zamfara.
• MSH seeks to recruit Drivers for Zamfara, Plateau, Benue and Nassarawa States. Under the overall supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration, the Driver's job is to provide transport support services to all technical program areas.
• The driver is also required to drive MSH vehicles while transporting staffs, which include Employees, Chief of Party, Country Directors / Leads and VIP visitors. Drivers are also responsible for overseeing vehicle maintenance.
Specific Responsibilities
• Drive project staff to activities and meeting within and outside of the state.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to individual vehicle use.
• Ensure all aspects of vehicle policy are being followed and enforced during your assignments.
• Inspect vehicle prior to travel to assure all fluids, tires, wipers, belts etc are in good working order.
• Signal any sign of need for maintenance or other problem with the vehicle to the supervisor.
• Keep vehicle health log updated.
• Ensure the security of the vehicle when outside of the office.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers.
• Submit all expense reports in a timely manner to accounting, properly completed.
• Ensure that appropriate staff members are aware of and understand laws, contract / award and donor requirements, and MSH policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance.
• The responsibilities and duties are indicative only. They are subject to change to meet the needs of the project, the organization and the donor.
Qualifications and Experience
• High School Degree. University Degree preferred.
• 5 years of related work experience with International organizations in Nigeria.
• Sound judgment, non-aggressive driving style and good communication skills.
• Valid Driving License.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Good knowledge of standard driving practices.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to travel to other states if required.
Competencies:
• Mental programs for interpreting and responding to events automatically; and motivations which activate and direct safe behavior and anticipate problems
• Ability to organize and complete manual and routine tasks as assigned.
• Ability to perform at an acceptable level of control skill.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and active listening skills.
• Fluency in English and dominant language of Nigeria.

Purpose of the Consultancy:
Under the overall guidance of the Health Manager, P4 and direct supervision of the Health Specialist, NOC, Emergency Health Consultant will be accountable for effective technical and programme support to facilitate the application and adaptation of UNICEF policies and strategies to achieve strategic priorities and objectives and expansion of UNICEF Emergency Health interventions in North-East Nigeria. He/She will support the UNICEF Health Section in Borno Field Office by providing technical guidance and work with the relevant Government partners, as well as health partners to boost UNICEF emergency response in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States.

Key Assignments/Tasks:
Under the guidance of the Health Specialist, the consultant will be the overall supervisor of the 3rd party consultants in the three states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe and undertake the following tasks: * Formulate clinic goals, objectives and intervention strategies to improve access and quality of care.

• Development of weekly, monthly and quarterly work and travel plans of 3rd party consultants and ensure continuous deployment of 3rd party consultants in duty stations

• Provide update on the humanitarian situation and Integrated Primary health care services being provided for the IDPs both in the camps and health facilities in host communities.
• Identify gaps in the delivery of health services or emergency interventions, and recommends to the Health specialist the appropriate actions and innovative approaches to improve the situation.
• Work with Adamawa SPHCDA, Borno State MOH and SPHCDA, Yobe SMOH and SPHC
• Management Board and other health partners to ensure quality of health care is being provided in all the UNICEF supported health facilities in the IDP camps and host communities in Borno and Yobe States.
• Work in close collaboration with the SPHCDA, to support a primary health care package of preventive and curative activities, with regular presence on the field.
• Support the revitalizing and building the capacity of state health systems to deal with preparedness, mitigation and response to emergency health needs of IDPs in Camps and in the host communities.
• Participate in capacity building of emergency staff on health emergency response including disease outbreaks.
• Ensures that all statistical reports are accurate and submitted weekly, monthly, quarterly and as may be required and monitor closely morbidity and mortality trends together with all the other health indicators.
• Monitor, support and coordinate activities of various 3rd party field supervisors and facilitators.
• Deploy in a very short notice to support health intervention in the various Newly Liberated LGAs of Adamawa, Borno or Yobe States
• Perform any other emergency related duties (as required to strengthen SPHCDA's capacity to provide quality PHC services) which may be assigned by the Health Specialist Team Leader and the Health Specialist NOC.
• Support in field supervision and provide coaching and mentorship to field-based personnel.
• Support the collation and verification of data and its processing.
Key Deliverables:
Monthly report of accomplishment of tasks under section 3 above. The report shall include deployment of 3rd party consultants, provision of services at health facilities, improvement in quality of care and availability of data as well as reports for reporting to donors, partners and for UNICEF programme improvement.
Qualification, experience and skills required:
Minimum Requirements: * Education:
University degree in medicine or public health * Work Experience:
• Five years progressively responsible experience in designing, implementing and evaluating of humanitarian health programming.
• Sound knowledge of the humanitarian and development sector.
• Clear analytical skills and the ability to assimilate and process information on humanitarian and other issues
• Familiarity of the context of health programming in North-eastern Nigeria
• Competencies:
• Ability to make timely and quality judgments and decisions and very good training skills.
• Excellent computer and data analysis skills with ability to use internet navigation and various office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Epi-info or other relevant software).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization,
• Commitment to continuous learning for professional development.
• Patient with good negotiating and diplomatic skills and able to work in a multi-cultural setting and culturally sensitive environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.
• Energetic and able to work and live in insecure and hardship conditions when in the field
• Willingness to travel to remote regions of the country
• Initiative, passion and commitment to UNICEF's mission and professional values.
• Language Proficiency:
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Knowledge of another UN working language and local language (Hausa, Kanuri, etc.) is an asset.
Working Conditions:
The consultant will work from UNICEF offices, with frequent contact with Adamawa, Borno and Yobe State SPHCDAs and other health departments. The consultant will report to UNICEF regularly. The work requires field work as per rules and regulation of state MoH, UNICEF, public, or Federal Government
Duration:
11.5 months from the date of signing of the contract.
