No, the Italian Consulate in Nigeria no longer legalize any of those documents that you mentioned.

The family income document can however be legalized in Rome. And this is only possible for those who have received a visa and can travel to Italy to get it done, because it cannot be done by proxy.

Please can we use our brother as sponsor.....The same Surname. It's urgent please.

My non academic documents were rejected due to dat. And i was told to go and book a fresh appoitment. And also Check your translations very well line by line, the lady is very sharp in detecting errors. Please from my own mistake, imagine the pain and annoyance when u are not book again and haven't known that u can get date earlier than late september. God bless

The truth is that the process for this Italian thingy is arduous. I can feel the pain and disappointment. Even in my translation, the recommended agency still made a slight mistake. Though the luck i had was that the embassy didn't detect it, but the Italian guys in Italy saw the error! Infact, na only God fit help person for this kind journey

Yes I got the remita printed receipt and also that of Zenith bank with another small one as proof....Thank you...

did your agent give u the receipt of the remita generated during the authentication process? if yes, that can serve as ur payment receipt. He is right, the ministry of education don't give a receipt, even the receipt given at the ministry of foreign affairs, I paid an extra 500naira at the ministry before the madam issuing receipt at the 4th floor could give me one. U could see the level of corruption in Naija

Yes it’s age restricted....I tried applying but I couldn’t proceed to the next stage as they clearly told me I did not meet up with their age requirements.....

I believe they only ask for your MFA receipt. After legalization, you will be asked to come back a week later for your DOV. No need to fill any form as long as you have pre-enrolled on the Universitaly website, and printed the summary.

I have receipt for Ministry of Foreign Affairs but it’s only sticker attached to my docs I have for the Ministry of Education.. The Agent I used said they don’t issue for Min of Education and non of his client has ever had any issues with their legalization.... The he agent was introduced to me by the official translator at TBS in Lagos....And they assured me...

Everything looks set.... Just to be double sure of all my documents.

For the DOV...I meant if I would fill a form on that day before going back there to pick it up.....

My questions. I'm done with Abuja and Translation.... I'm booked for August to legalize my documents at the Italia Consulate. Please for the sake of double confirmation. 1-What are the documents that I will be legalizing.....
2- Am I also getting my DOV immediately at the consulate or there is a special application for it ?
3- What receipt of legalization do they ask for ….. Ministry of Education or Foreign affairs
