I know guys who know little to nothing about programming, yet they make millions annually from programming. All they do is go get programming job, assemble developers, manage the project, and deliver.

I have worked along side them, when we go for a meeting or presentation they talk business and I talk technology, they do follow up with clients, I focus on best technology for the job, everybody does what everyone like doing best and everyone win.
Another area is business of software, build a solution for businesses and rake in cash from sales and usage. I developed some FinTech products for some guys to go promote it to microfinance banks, with the hope that if we can get like 10mfbs we are looking at a revenue of at least 10millions annually.

It all boils down to trust, agreement, business, and money.
