Holuwarnipheme:
I’m supposed to view and pass, but I might blame myself for not saying anything. Though my comment isn’t scolding or referring to anyone.

I don’t know why we Nigerians can never be satisfied and appreciative, I could still remember vividly how we used to complain about our Nigeria Yoruba movie, not only Yoruba sef, even African magic/epic. We complained that they were not good with this, we’ve already know the ending of the movie even before it ends….. This and that. Here we’re again, still complaining about the new advanced set of production. Kilode now.

Honestly, it’s not easy to write a story. If you’re a writer, you would understand what I’m trying to say. The Americans we’re always comparing our movies with, spend more than enough in the movies. I even heard that the government there sometimes helps in the production, how many government does that here in Nigeria?? Please let’s try and embrace our stuffs here and appreciate them.

Someone will sit down, think, strategies, and do all sort of things to write a story, production gan sef na another thing. Before you see sponsors and others.

Make unna dey calm down, Nigeria is trying Abeg, despite the difficulties we’re facing. We’re still trying to make it better, so stop all these hatred and annoying comments Biko.

No one should come for me oo lol 😂

Lol this Arrewa guy is funny.

You strategically tried to blame Yoruba for rising up to defend their territorial integrity the other time with respect to Lagos. You were busy pandering to your Ibo friends.

Now suddenly you woke up and understood they are trying to divide you guys and the middle belt too from the Northern tag.

The truth is that, there is truly middle belt but within those belt, there is North also. So things are greatly intertwined.

I don’t have anything to add to this thread. Middle belt people themselves should come out and take charge of their own destiny. I guess the political term for middlebelt now is Christian North.

Mrshape:
There are several reasons why a mathematician might be employed in a bank job rather than someone who studied banking:

Analytical Skills: A mathematician is trained in logical and analytical thinking, which is an essential skill in the banking industry. Banks deal with large amounts of data and complex financial models, which require a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.

Quantitative Analysis: Mathematics is the foundation of quantitative analysis, which is used extensively in banking. A mathematician's expertise in statistics, probability theory, and numerical analysis can help banks make informed decisions about investments, risk management, and other financial activities.

Innovation: A mathematician's approach to problem-solving can bring a fresh perspective to the banking industry. They are trained to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.

Transferable Skills: The skills learned in a mathematics degree are transferable to many different fields, including banking. Mathematicians are known for their ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations, making them a valuable asset in any industry.

Overall, a mathematician's skills and expertise can be highly beneficial to the banking industry, especially when it comes to complex financial modeling, risk management, and innovative problem-solving

Nonsense.
There are so many departments in Banks.
I studied economics

You as a mathematician. I'm very sure you don't even know banks engage in Mortgage banking and some finances.

Do you even know banking laws? Do you know corporate banking? Do you know development banking? Islamic banking?

Census will be worse as long as data are not collected and recorded via a secured biometric system like the NIN and BVN to prevent double counting.

The 2023 Census is scheduled to last for 5 days 😂. The figures for election results reduced because party agents of different political parties from the same tribe wouldn't permit the inflation of figures against their own party.

Census is different. It determines a lot of things. For instance, it forms part of what is used to decide the financial allocation given to states by the Federal Government. There are also trivial reasons as basic bragging rights 😂😂😂 Igbos will not want to be fewer than Yoruba. After 5 days, the North will release their figures to maintain their lead 😂

Nobody will be there to checkmate the rigging of census figures. They NBS may return a 300,000,000+ as Nigeria's population.

You capture everything correctly.

LegendHero:

Population figure in Nigeria is a big lie.

We are not up to the 250million people alway say.

As per this BVAS, it helped reveal some of the issue with the voters registration figures. Aside the fact of multiple registration and etc, most politician in their states inflate the vote figures by writing it which explain why states churn out massive vote in the past compared to the current low votes.

Our population is over hyped and I’m sure without biometric census, we will still have the same problem of politician and states inflating the figures.

If no biometric will be involved, NPC should not bother conducting any census coz it will be waste of money and resources.

Exactly... Census will be worst

SLAP44:
Nigeria population figures are all fake. No way can we be up to 100 million in this country. They said up to 20 million people live in Lagos, not up to a million voted?

To be Honest. I don't think we're up to 150 million in Nigeria.
Total number of NIN registrations is a little more than 100 million. from (2011 till date).

And yes, they will inflate CENSUS. in fact I'm seeing 300 m populations. So many things are involved.

1. it'll give Nigeria bragging rights among other nations. 😂😂

2. Many Nigeria states will also want to increase their figures as bragging rights. I'm sure they'll allocate 30M for Lagos which I'm definitely sure Lagos no reach 15 M.

3. I don't see any difference in our census. The states from the highest populations to lowest will remain the same but wit significant allocated populations

There's so much corruption in the oil industry and Nigerians cannot afford to be wasting money on some people eating fat on it.

There has been so much money pumped in fixing and building new refineries but a certain group of people decided not to... Rather, they want Dangote to be incharge of oil production in Nigeria....

Yeah, you're correct. I'm aware of that.

Dangote refinery should be fully ready before government remove subsidy.

Imagine, the crude oil we have here, we take it outside the country to refine, then they sell it back to us. angry sad

Once dangote refinery is ready, govt should try to use the subsidy money or by all means make all available refinery to be active and functional.

I have the assumption I'm arguing with someone who is enlightened that's why I'm taking them time to explain my statement.
Let me ask you this

⚫If Adelabu of the APC had won Oyo state governorship, would he have continued with GSM's legacy projects?

⚫ Can all the opposition party chieftains (APC, SDP etc) in Oyo state attend Oyo state function anchored by GSM ?

⚫ Can Ganduje attend ,the current NNPP governor inauguration?

⚫ Can Akpabio attend gov. Udoms project inauguration invitation?

⚫ I'm from Delta state, can Omo Agege attend any state function organized by Ifeanyi Okowa etc.

When I say Anambra is playing mature world class politics, don't argue with me, I know what I'm saying.
OBI ousted Ngige, but the same Ngige called him his friend and brother on national Tv and even attended OBI's daughters wedding.
Can Emeka Ihedioha do same with Gov. Uzodinnma?

Soludo fought Obi's Presidency but the same OBI attended Soludo's function.

⚫ Can Tinubu attend any state function organized by Gov. Adeleke ?

DeJoeee:
On a serious note, the rest of the country and indeed West Africa need to learn politics and governance from Anambra state.

Despite their different political views, their seems to be this common template among Anambra leaders aimed at developing the state.
Starting from Ngige to Peter OBI ( who laid solid economic and infrastructural foundation) to Obiano who continued the Anambra development agenda and handed over to Soludo

This was what you said! Which I bluntly responded to.
But then, I'll reply all your questions above.

1. Kindly note that calling someone brother or sister or whatever on a national TV doesn't translate to Development

2. attending your ex governors or whatever doesn't translate to development

A. If Adelabu of the APC had won Oyo state governorship, would he have continued with GSM's legacy projects?

Yes he will, even the current governor is carrying out the previous government legacy project (AJimobi) despite political differences which was initiated by A former PDP governor.

(ibadan Circular Road)

B. Can all the opposition party chieftains (APC, SDP etc) in Oyo state attend Oyo state function anchored by GSM ?

Definely Yes. if he called them. Even Mimiko (a former governor) of Ondo dey attend functions anchored by Aketi. (Current Governor)

C. Can Ganduje attend ,the current NNPP governor inauguration?

this I can't say, he may and he may not if invited

D. Can Akpabio attend gov. Udoms project inauguration invitation?

Akpabio commissioned a fertilizer facility invited by Emmanuel in 2018.

E. I'm from Delta state, can Omo Agege attend any state function organized by Ifeanyi Okowa etc.

I don't know about this

F. Can Tinubu attend any state function organized by Gov. Adeleke ?

But I can tell you for free, OGD as a governor of Ogun in PDP invited tinubu to commission projects
Even obasanjo commissioned projects in lagos despite the fights between both.

Lastly.
All past and present and future governors of anambra attending functioning doesn't mean all is well.
