Breaking news! grin

Information just reaching me now indicates that the 600 meters of stone coated roofing tiles I bought has completed the roofing of this house and the security post! That is as against the 715 sqm the roofing installers asked to buy. A difference of 115 sqm.

I asked them, how come? They said it was a typographic error when they were inputting the data into the phone before sending to the man that summed it up.

I am happy, at least we are not going to buy more roofing tiles.

I like your thoughtfulness. It paid off big time.

This kind of story happens for real.

A woman met and married a man without traveling to the man's village, the marriage was attended by few supposed families of the man. They had 3 boys and lived in peace but the woman's only concern was the man's refusal to visit his hometown though to a claim of disagreement with his family over land.

The woman was adamant in asking for the visit, her husband told her that any day they get to his village, they won't return to the city.

On the scheduled day, they arrived the village, the man pointed out their family house to the wife and told her to the driver to drive them there while he quickly get something from the store across the road.

The woman got to the family house with her kids carbon copy of the husband. They were asked who they were and who they were looking for? After introducing herself and the kids, they waited for the man till nightfall he didn't return.

That was when the woman was told that the man died over 10yrs ago and was shown his grave. His pictures was shown to her which she confirmed to be her husband and the children said he was their father. No trace of the man again.

The woman up till now is still living in the village with her 3 kids.

Greediness is not an English word.
Greed is the correct word

Don't mind the dude. He is looking for drugs to make them blow up. I have replied him to go and eat his cancerous birds. Don't waste your time responding to such nasty person. Always finding short cuts. 10 weeks and his birds are 1.5kg. Instead of him to ask for good feed brand and how right to feed them, he's looking for drugs to pump them up. Many people deserve slaps. He is one of them. What one should not even think or imagine. Greediness will kill him.
This is a seperlatively good advice

@atutupoyoyo2211
I am impressed!! You saved $7,000 in roughly 3 months, if that is not impressive I wonder what is.
If you don't mid I would like to give you some tips. Rather than save $120,000 have you thought about entering real estate?
Instead of paying a landlord $1,300 a month, you can buy your own house and start building equity. So basically you are paying yourself $1,300 a month.
Secondly and don't take this the wrong way but why are you paying for a new car? $500 every month for 8 years is a lot of money and I think you are better off driving a clean used car than paying for a new car. I drive a 2007 Hyundai which serves me well but I own my own house (mortgage). I honestly don't see the essence of a new car as it loses value immediately you drive it out of the lot

Now, I had a very long reply for this comment, but then again i do not want to stop watching my movie, its very interesting. I will only make one statement.
Well, i think i am gonna write up a bit. First of all, it is unfair to compare hard working folks with Abacha and other african leaders, that is disrespectful. Second, There is no study that has proven 6hrs sleep, 5 days a week is detrimental to ones health. Third, i have no intentions of working even 8 hrs a day till i am 65 like the "most white folks" you talked about. Lastly, your circle is very small, try not to generalise on a whole race, just by talking to a few people. Hard working folks dont work for money, they work for a future. I've got a lot more to say, but i will leave it here. Cheers Bro[/quote

I read this 10x, just trying to know why she was arrested. What is the job of EFCC again? I didn't see where she committed any fraud. Why parade her when all these are allegations? Why not do your investigation like FBI before arresting and parading her? If her offense is simply a case of malfeseance or negligence; not having the appropriate license from SEC to raise and invest public funds, does that warrant this? Most Nigerians don't even know why we have SEC. Lady, lawyer up. Or pm me, my law firm can handle this pro bono.

I decided to point this out because some of us can't read, and will start shouting "rot in jail" like the one below me.

Soliciting deposit from members of the public and operating interest yielding accounts is a banking business and doing so without licence from CBN is an offence under BOFIA

Take heart your money is gone you mistakenly pay to Wrong Account which is interview waiver even though u did not qualify and as such they will not be able to release your MRV receipt and you have to purchase another Visa fee and make sure u take ur time and read it many times befor click anything .this only happen in naija non refundable

I did not pay into wrong account. I went to GT and told them that I want to pay for b1b2 visa. I never applied to waive an interview or even to schedule an appointment before I made the payment.

MY PROBLEM IS THIS, EVEN IF I PURCHASE ANOTHER RECEIPT, WHAT WOULD I DO DIFFERENTLY FROM WHAT I HAVE Done ALREADY.?

My people have a saying that he who does not know where rain started beating him will not also know where it stoped beating him.

I don't see anything you did wrong from the point where you created your profile, but did you fill out your DS 160 form first? You didn't state that you filled your form. According to your narrative, you created a profile and logged in to book an appointment.

So did you fill your form? I'm asking for the sake of clarity.

I did and was given a barcode number

Travel / Re: USA Visit Visa Part 3 by Samsamjaja: 10:59am On Nov 12, 2018
I am writing to express my displeasure at the unfair treatment meted out to me by the US Embassy. On the 6th day of November 2018, I paid the sum of 57600 for a B1b2 visa at GT Bank and reference number was generated for me. Thereafter I went to Ustraveldocs.com and clicked on schedule an appointment. This page took me to cgifederal.secure.force.com where I was requested to create a profile.

I created a profile and logged in and clicked on new application/ schedule an appointment and the following promptings came up
STEP 1: I selected non immigrant visa as my visa type
STEP 2: I selected Abuja as the post where I would like to schedule an appointment.
STEP 3: I selected all other visa categories including tourism.
STEP 4: I selected b1b2 visa for business and pleasure.
STEP 5: I filled in my personal information including my passport details, my contact information and my mailing address.
STEP 6: I was asked to add by name or add existing applicant if I have a group or family who needs to apply for a visa with me which I declined because I was traveling alone.

At step 7, I was asked whether I am a Nigerian passport holder or a Nigerian resident which I answered yes. I was asked whether I am 80 years or above which I answered no. I was asked whether I was previously issued a two year b1b2 visa which I answered no.

Thereafter I was asked to specify document delivery and I clicked on pick up and selected Abuja.

At step 8, I was asked to enter my MRV receipt number which I did and I got this response,"no valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for"

At this point, I contacted support@ustraveldocs.com and complained that I am having difficulty booking a date for interview. I got the shocking response that I have applied for interview waiver even though I did not qualify and as such they will not be able to release my MRV receipt and that I should purchase another receipt to book a regular appointment.

I have painstakingly enumerated in details the steps I took to book a regular appointment and did not see where I applied for waiver of interview. I answered truthfully that I have not been issued with a b1b2 visa in the last two years and that I am not 80 years and above. I know that I was not entitled to waiver and never applied for it.

I hereby reiterate that at no point in the process did I apply for a interview waiver. I applied to schedule an appointment and not to waive an appointment. It is therefore absolutely unjustifiable and unacceptable to withhold my MRV receipt and render me incapable of scheduling a regular appointment on the strength of that MRV receipt.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR INTERVIEW. I CANT SEE WHERE I WENT WRONG. I HAVE WATCHED A LOT OF YOUTUBE VIDEOS ON HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT YET I CANT SEE WHERE I WENT WRONG

Hello Samsamjaja,

It may be a little difficult to list everything accurately as many materials came from the remnants from the last stage. I think this list will do for the decking;

1. sand 5 trips
2. gravel 6 trips
3. 16mm 50 lengths
4. 12mm 240 lengths
5. 8mm 40 lengths
6. binding wire 1 roll
7. 1x12x12 wood 210
8. 1x6x12 wood 30
9. 2x3x12 wood 150
10. Bamboo 250

Cheers..........

If you can afford granite chippings, they are better, and they are more expensive. I do not have their cost details, especially in Aba.
A ten tyre tipper of granite cost 75k in Owerri. it may be slightly different in Prize in Aba.
