Did one of the email you got said “your application status has changed “ if yes it’s like the first 2 emails are bvl and refusal letter.. speaking from experience though and have you checked your tracker to see if you have document number and expiry date?

Two things involved either they have denied your visa application or not yet making decision.

Can you login to your IRCC Account? If you have received bvl that mean your application as been decided.

Be cautious on how many times you try, because there is a limited times you are to try once you exceed it, the account will be locked or revoked.

I wish what I'm thinking it's not true. Let it not be that your agent saw the decision and it's not favourable then he reset the account or whatever he did.

The reason it says they can't find your application is because the information you entered are NOT COMPLETELY CORRECT.

Be very sure with the information you enter or hold your agent to undo whatever he or she did.

Go to add application to your account at the bottom of that page. You can use your surname, UCI, application number and location to re-add your application. Just like what you would have done to add a paper application to your online profile. It will definitely work!

Yes, if you meet the new requirements for the new application and if not, then your application stays on the queue. You don't have to do anything.
