yes you are right,I applied for four positions in four different ministries

Yes, it is possible to apply for more than one, but that will guarantee your disqualify on all the post you applied.
please do not misinform the public,you can apply for more than one vacancy but must not apply for the same vacancy twice. read the instructions carefully
