Good to hear. Prepare yourself very well on the CV you submitted for the recruitment. Let them be aware of your current job and how it can best fit into their organisation values (PIILOT, if I am not mistaken). Best wishes �

I think I said this before. I felt we just don't want to accept it. Some got a rejection message for the test while others did not get. Now, some are getting called for physical interview. I remember I also said that none have done documentation yet aside for submission of Updated CV. There are forms to fill and documents to verify before successful message. My advice still remains the same, spread your tentacles and I assure we will all win.

Well, from experience, FMN is unpredictable and mostly they don't compromise. You are yet to receive successful interview message. You are yet to submit necessary documentation of O levels and so on and we are here waiting for Offer letter. Be hopeful and moreso, while waiting, use this period wisely.

I remember on this platform some of us here were talking about recruitment delay of a government job to that of FMN���

Well I don't have an answer to that but is there any among us that they have sent an interview successful message to apart from the few that got reject message?

Well, maybe it is true. It is still clear you don't go through the trends. The attached profile you said are set of people I know. They did GT Power Plant. They were the one I said who started the recruitment process in 2018 while they resume August 2019. I think March, 2019 another GT program came up which is for Production. Those guys received a postponement message on that same August 2019 till the next GT program is open which Is this current one. No information anywhere said it has been cancelled. Read trends, such things have happened in the past. I rest my case. Don't give yourself pressure please.

I think we should not start putting unnecessary pressure here. Go through trends, there is no time any GT program was cancelled. Their recruitment can take a while even years but so far they have you on their pipeline, they will eventually call you unless you don't want again.
What I observed is that they also carry out recruitment ahead of time.
Some did recruitment in 2018 while they were called August, 2019 for the power plant. During that period of early 2019, another GT recruitment for production was carried out which was postponed.
They will surely call you when they are ready. But while waiting, add values to yourself. That alone can be an edge in our future endeavours.

Maybe your response was because you guys did virtual throughout. FMN is a place of equal opportunity. If you meet requirements and pass every stage, they have no reason to opt you out just irrespective of wherever you come from.

For those that did today's interview, how was it?

If you meet the requirements for the first stage, you will be called for the next stage. Nothing like most preferred course.

Well, in as much as you can see that some have passed through second stage and interview stage, everything should tell the recruitment process is almost coming to an end. I wish everyone the best in your job search and good luck to those who will be successful for the interview stage.

I did my 1 hours interview as a Production Work Preparer. A week after, I noticed on my LinkedIn page, there was a security check from SPDC INC. whereby like 2 or 3 department check my profile. My account is still on "Review in progress".
