hi,I have applied for tier 4 visa on 10th september at chennai VFS,India.Still my status showing application under process.My classes have started on 24 the september.I have mailed regarding this to VFS and in-turn they replied it all depends on BHC.....now its almost 13 working days ,,plz help me wat should i do ??shoukd i mail BHC regarding this ...........everyone who applied in chennai VFS got almost at 12 working days........

Hi everyone,,

I have applied for tier 4 visa on 10th September at VFS Chennai,India in their application center they have mentioned that processing time for tier 4 visa is 8 days and tier 5 is 14 days.And my visa status changed to "forwarded to BHC" on the same day.On Saturday 15th September my visa application statis changed to "Visa application is under process at BHC".And my course class start date is on 24th september.Will i get my visa on time or will it delays

Documents submitted:
VAF9 & app 8
Updated CAS statement (University of sheffield) and my course fee is 14450GBp and i have already paid 4500 Gbpin advance against my tuition fee and the CAS statement is also updated.
And 18500Gbp of educational loan sanction letter.
And 4200Gbp in my personal account help upto 28 days.
Birth Certificate with translation.
My Ielts score sheet and my graduation certificates as mentioned in CAS statement.
My current employment certificated.....

Guyz can you predict when i will get my teir 4 visa for what I have submitted. Here's all I submitted:

1. Print-out of mail showing CAS number/unconditionl offer letter
2. Documents stated in CAS: Degree cert and ielts
3.Education Loan sanction letter of amount 18000Gbp
4. 4200Gbp in personal bank statement held for 28 days and also my birth certificate
5.I had paid 4500Gbp (total course fee is 14450Gbp) school fees in advance and it was stated in cas.
6.I have submitted my current employment letter also with it.

The aabove documents are submitted to visa service (VFS) on 10th September and my course class start date is on 24th September...

You don't have to write any statement mentioning your uncle, you could be refused by indicating that your uncle contributed. Just pay [b]3500GBP and get your CAS updated.

Please don't resign your job, take a study leave, though the UK embassy will not ask for your resignation letter.

\hi everyone,i got an offer from university of Sheffield to do my masters programme.Course date starts on 24th sep 2012.My queries are
1.i got an educational loan of 18 lakh inr = 21000pound (course fee is 14450pound) and also i have 6lakh inr = 7000pound (living cost 7200pound) in my account for 28 days.Do these financial support is enough for student visa?

2.Presently i'm still working(i have planned to resign after visa approval).my question is will uk consulate ask for my resignation letter of my current employment?
