I agree with you bro, thought I'm the only one, I swear I'm regretting using Tugrow to bring in orders for me, paid since 24th of March, this is my first time of trying them, uptil now no update as regards my order, they are not even replying my chats either. Orders I made 4th of April after then on AliXpress has arrived since last week.

Worst customer service ever. I have never experienced any like this before, both on their chat platform and whatsapp, when you ask question after their so called "commitment fee" everything goes numb as long as the conversation is not in their favor. Go and hire good CSR ,change your image
