Hello House,

I would like to submit my CDR + Experience assessment for a chemical engineering role to Engineers Australia.

The problem is that the job designation in my employment letter and payslips does not match with the Chemical Engineering Profession.
designation in my offer letter and payslips is Procurement Engineer (Production/Process) while my job experience for 5 years is Process Engineer (Which is also a chemical engineer). I was given the role of chemical engineer in the procurement Dept without changing the designation in my payslips and offer letter for about 5 years now. Please how can I claim the 5 years of experience, please how do i clarified to EA regarding my chemical engineering experience? Are there any documents I can use to replace the Offer letter & Payslips?

Please someone with experience should help and respond to my questions

Hello House,

Please someone with experience and knowledge should help and attend to my question.

1) Is it possible to use my uncle's Bank Statement or someone I didn't share a similar surname as a sponsor when presenting MY POF to the University or Embassy?

2) what are the possible documents to present to the embassy to support my claim that I am related to the sponsor and that he is a genuine sponsor? Also, what should be the validity period of the bank statements?

3) what are the additional documents from the sponsor that can support the application apart from the bank statements?
NeuroToby:
My candid advise is to use someone who has same surname with you. People have used this your kind of arrangement and have worked in the past, but with the recent development with visa grant delay and refusal, you want to make sure that everything is right on point.

For whoever it is that you'd be using their bank statement, you will need to back the statement up with proof of income source. For instance, if they run a business, business certificate, 'director's form', and tax clearance should be fine, if they work someone, pay slips(salary statement) would be required.

If you insist on using your uncle, the you must be ready to prove your relationship with him beyond any doubt, and also proof that he has significantly catered for your need in the past. That is the only thing that can convince VO that you truly have access to the funds.

Thank you so much for your contribution

Islam for Muslims / Re: Ruling On Celebrating The Birthday Of The Prophet by sdabo(m): 3:32pm On Sep 30, 2022
k4kenny post= How can the date in which the best of mankind was born is unknown to the people? are you kidding people? We all knew the date on which the best of mankind was born and several scholars and historians have prove it right, if you don't know the date, simply ask those who do to let you know, if you're saying this for argument purpose then you should please prove the otherwise first not just to argue blindly.. Your hatred for the prophet will never let you have peace in your deen. Please allow people to be happy for the birthday of their prophet and you may choose to do the otherwise since you don't want to be happy:

How does not celebrating mawlid Nabiyy translate to hating the Prophet(S.a.w)? Have you ever stopped to consider how celebrating this bid'ah would be presented on yawmul qiyaamah? Would Allah punish you for not celebrating it? Absolutely not!

PS: no one knows for certain what month the Nabiyy(saw) was born, only his death was recorded to have occured on Rabbi'ul awwal. Are you people then celebrating his death?

Why schedule an interview with him when you know you won't comply with his requirement? Who is forcing who? He should be in the right position to complain Not you. And I wonder why some senseless people here are complaining about Islam simply because of this.
