95% of today's successful men in all fields of life; were servants yesterday to others. Often time(s) tomorrow successors (are very quiet today growing with steam, but humble and patient enough to be consistent in their practice as they confidently wait for their time and turn), if you doubt me, go ask ASAKE.

There are too many lunatics, too many imbeciles and too much poverty in Warri (Delta State) Nigeria.

Hunger can shrink one's joy for the service of Jesus.

Many people go to Church today to find motivation and inspiration, they are not there for the gospel or God's Kingdom. They attend service to mingle, interact and find solace from this bitter system of governance. Without the Churches many Nigerians would've been totally cruched emotionally and psychologically.

Maturity can literally blind a grown up; maturity can blind him/her from seeing the beauty of trends. All that most mature pair of eyes can behold is responsibities.

If we involve God in our affairs, he will feel involved enough to react in our favour. Don't isolate God from your affairs.

If you can't ask from God, be ready to ask from men. It is either God or man.

If you can't ask God for help, you will certainly ask men for help. It is either God or man.

A believer that cannot FAST and pray, will be PLAYED and PREYED on by amateur demons.

God's relationship with us is that of a father to children, friend to friend kind. If his affair with us were to be like that of a general and his soldiers; where he will be commanding us to obey his orders (as master do their slaves). We for de serve am in spirit and in truth without excuse(s).

A faithful and fervent believer is (normally) more disciplined and steadfast than a military officer.

Slow success develops character, while fast success builds ego.

He said to me tonight, son "I am invincible, yet accessible." I mean God our father.

Reality is not magical or illusory, it is what we know will happen (...outcome well anticipated). But I wonder why we look and act surprised when we realize the outcome of reality in our lives and society.

Religion / Judging The Anointed ? by kpakpandoN(m): 8:57am On Apr 08
Yesterday, I made it clear that the anointed is not to be dishonoured for any reason. Now, the question someone may have in mind is, “What do we do with ministers of God who we believe to be erring?” This is a very delicate situation that requires God’s wisdom and direction. for example, in Numbers 12: 1-6, Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of something they believed he did wrong. At the end of the day, Miriam became leprous and Moses had to pray to God for her to be healed.

It is not in your place to judge God’s servants; leave their judgments to their Master. In Romans 12:19, the Bible says clearly that vengeance is His, just report the matter to God, and He will deal with His anointed as He pleases.

Anointed ministers of God cannot hide under the canopy of being God’s anointed and begin to treat His sheep the way they like. Hebrews 10:31 says that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God; believe me, a fellow should not experience God dealing with him or her Himself. The reason we discipline erring workers is to shield them from God doing it Himself. When a pastor misbehaves, and the General Overseer suspends him, it is so that the Consuming Fire Himself will not be the one to do it. So, if a pastor overlooks a fellow’s wrongdoings because of his or her contributions to the church treasury, that pastor is doing more harm than good because God Himself will come in, and nobody wants to fall into the hands of the living God.

In 2 Samuel 11, David used his position to snatch another man’s wife and also got him killed. Nobody could punish him as there was no one who was superior to the king. God had to step in to punish him. From that point on, there was no peace in David’s home. Not long after, one of his sons, Amnon, raped his half-sister, and then another son, Absalom, killed him. Later, Absalom rose up against his father. To date, the sword has not departed from Israel on account of the Lord’s judgement over David (2 Samuel 12:9-10).

When a person is anointed by God and uses that anointing to cheat others, when God punishes that fellow, the punishment might last throughout his or her lineage from generation to generation.

Sports / Ogun SWAN Commiserates With Segun Odegbami Over Son's Death by Ainaolusegun: 6:46am On Apr 08
The Ogun State chapter of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) received with rude shock news of the death of former Nigeria international, Chief Olusegun Odegbami's son, Oluwagbeminiyi.

The former Nigerian international announced the death of his son who passed on to glory in the early hours of Good Friday, 29 March 2024 after a brief illness.

The SWAN Chairman in Ogun State, Michael-Azeez Ogunsiji in an emotional condolence message personally signed said the association deeply shared the pain with Odegbami over the loss of Oluwagbeminiyi to the cold hands of death.

According to Ogunsiji, losing one's son who has grown up to be a highly gifted and multi-talented young man would be an incredibly painful experience to bear for a father.

He said, “The Ogun SWAN shares in the pains of our dear Olusegun Odegbami and his family are passing through now.

“Please know that the entire Ogun sports fanatics are here for you during this difficult time. However, surround yourself with loved ones who can provide comfort and understanding. They can be a source of strength and support as you navigate through this challenging journey.

"Remember, you're not alone in this, and there are people who care about you and want to help you through this difficult time.

"Healing takes time, and it's a personal journey, we pray Almighty God in His infinite mercies receive the soul of the deceased and grant him eternal rest," Ogunsiji said

Religion / God's Word But Your Mouth by FrankB1: 6:00am On Apr 08
Hebrews 10:23--23 Let us hold fast the profession(confession) of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promisedwink

Hebrews 4:14--14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the son of God, let us hold fast our profession(confession).

Romans 10:10-- for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

The word confession is a combination of two greek words #3674 hom-oo the same and #3056 logos something said. So, together it means-saying the same thing. So, the scriptures are saying keep saying God's word. Notice, it says with the mouth confession is made unto salvation so it's not just a matter of saying God's word just to be saying God's word you confess unto salvation. And we have limited that word salvation to mean being born again, but it means much more than that. Salvation means--deliver, heal, preserve, make whole. So, there are benefits to saying God's word. Understand when you speak God's word you are putting spiritual principals into operation. Like, Isaiah 55:10,11--for as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but waterth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Notice, God said as the rain and snow comes down from heaven and does not return so shall his word be, what does He mean. Any word that comes out of his mouth He will not take back. Psalm 89:34 my covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. God can't say one thing and do another, once it passes his lips He's bound to it. And then He said his word will not return void, how does his word return to him when you speak it. And the word void means--not producing any or desired effect/not sufficient to produce it's effect. So, speaking his word is suppose to have an effect. And notice his next statement, but it shall accomplish that which I please. So, the effect of the word you speak is to accomplish/bring to pass what it says. Remember the word will not return void-without producing any or desired effect.

Another spiritual principle is what Jesus taught in Mark 4 The Parable Of The Sower in verse 3 it says, Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow. So, this man is sowing seeds and verse 14 tells you what the seed is, the sower soweth the word. So, the word of God is the seed. And in the next verse it tells you were the seed is sown, And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts. So, the heart of man is the soil where the seed is sown. Notice, what Jesus says in verse 22 for there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad. for years I thought this verse was referring to someone trying to keep a secret and people finding out, but I found out that's not what this verse is talking about when I looked up the words. Because, sometimes people use words differently. What words meant then they might not mean the same thing now.
In The Strongs Concordance verse 22- that word hid means hidden inwardly/to conceal by covering #2927
that word manifested means visible/appear #5319
that word secret is the same word hid (to conceal by covering) #2928
that word come one meaning is grow #2064
that word abroad means appear, manifest,be seen, (outwardly)#5318
Remember everything up to this point is only about sowing seed, it's not about hiding secrets. So,what is Jesus saying: for there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested/The word you put inside will be seen outside. Neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad/The word you put inside will grow and be seen outside

You can't hide what's been sown because all you have to do is wait and see what comes up. And what you put inside the ground will be seen on the outside. That's what Jesus said in verses 26-28: And he said, So (in this way, referring to what precedes it) is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; 27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. 28 for the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. What Jesus is saying is the word that you speak at some point you are suppose to see. Because, the way you plant the seed of the word is by speaking Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach. In the natural if you put a rose seed in the ground and gave it water and light at some point you will see a actual rose. And you expect to see an actual rose. Well, according to the word-the word is seed(Mark 4:14), it's also water (Ephesians 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word), it's also light (Psalm 119:130 The entrance of thy words giveth light.), and the heart of man is the soil. So, everything you have in the natural you also have in the spiritual, seed, soil, water, and light it works the same way. What do you think the scriptures mean when it talks about the fruit of your lips, fruit is the product of seed sown. Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 12:14 A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth. Notice, what Jesus said in Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. That's where the fruit comes from out of you.

When you speak the word it's going into your heart and the seed, water, and light of the word is in there working. The word is working on the inside for something to be seen outside. Think about this a rose seed is a rose it's just in a different form. Take all of us in our mothers when we were in there we were not in the form we are now, but we were just as real in that form as we are in this form. Inside we were in egg form, are we in egg form now, no. What happpened when the two things came together there was a activation and what's inside starts a process that will bring it on the outside. The same thing with the soil and the seed in the natural. And in the spiritual when the word makes contact with your spirit there is an activation of that word seed. The word has the ability to change form John 1:14 says, And the word was made flesh. The word is spirit and the flesh is physical. In John 4:24 it says, God is a spirit. And yet in 1 Timothy 3:16 it says that God was manifest in the flesh. So, the seed which is spiritual can be manifested physical. If you look up the words (thing) and the word (Word) in the old and new testament they are the same word. Because, words(which are spiritual) can become things (which are physical). Remember, Romans 10:10- for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Notice, you receive something by saying something. So, salvation is a product or manifestation of your words. You can bring what is inside(word form) to the outside into (manifested form) that's Luke 6:45. You can do that with any word/seed of God. Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. What is that good success the word in manifestation.

In the case of the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5:25-34 it reads 25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, 26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, 27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. 28 for she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. (AMPC) says she kept saying 29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. 30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? 31 And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? 32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. 33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. 34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague. What thing did she do, she brought forth the word she had on the inside to the outside. She did what we're talking about and Jesus preached about. Notice, verse 34 thy faith hath made the whole (that's the same word for salvation). Thy faith hath made thee whole, what is faith-the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. That's the same things a seed is, a seed is the substance of the thing you plant it for and it's the evidence that it exists because if it didn't you can't have a seed of it. A seed only produces a copy never an original. So, it's not just speaking, the faith(the substance of the thing has to be in you.) Just like a seed if you don't put the substance/seed of it on the inside you will not have the thing outside. You can't have the thing outside without the substance of it inside.

What did Jesus tell the centurion, "Go thy way, and as thou hast believed so be it done unto you. He did the same thing as the woman with the issue of blood. He said, just speak the word only and my servant shall be healed he had the faith/the substance of that thing in him and he spoke it out. That's Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. Remember the woman with the issue of blood, what did she have inside {if I may but touch his clothes I shall be made whole}. See, your mouth tells you what's inside, out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. So, what she had inside is what she got outside. How did she bring it from the inside to the outside she said. When your mouth speaks what's inside then what's inside will be brought to the outside. You see the same thing with the centurion what did he have on the inside, "Just speak the word only and my servant shall be healed." And what did he get outside the same thing he had inside. How did he bring it forth, he said. Your mouth tells you what's inside. And when you speak what's inside it will be brought to the outside. Remember when the disciples came to Jesus and asked how come they couldn't cast out that devil, and Jesus told them because of your unbelief. What was he saying when you spoke you didn't have it inside so you couldn't have it outside. Then he said, for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. What was he saying, if you had it on the inside when you spoke you would have had it on the outside in manifestation. Because, the scripture says, he gave them authority over all devil.

Another principle you can do that with is your healing. Your healing can come from the inside-out: 20 my son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Notice, it's the same principle Jesus taught in Mark 4 the word is the seed, the soil is your heart and the word is also the water and the light. So, what the scripture is saying is plant and water the seed. So, theres healing in the word. That word life is taken from a word that means-to revive, make alive, nourish up, quicken, recover, and repair, restore life to. And that word health is translated--medicine, healing, remedy, and cure. So, life and health are in the seed of the word. Example: God told Abram(before the name change) in Genesis 17:4,5,15 -- 4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. 15 And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be. But in Romans 4:19 it says, And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb. So, his body was dead and hear womb was dead so what did God do, He changed their names from Abram-high father to Abraham-father of a great multitude and from Saria-my princess to Sarah-princess of the multitude. He changed their names to in agreement with his word. He had them speak(confess) in agreement with his word. Their names were a seed, a seed of life. And that seed produced the life they needed because they did have a child. Where did the life come from the seed/word.

And you see in Acts 14:7-10--7 And there they preached the gospel. 8 And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked: 9 The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, 10 Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked. Notice, what happened seed was planted and watered. 1 Corinthians 3:6,7 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. 7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. So, seed was planted and watered and that seed produced healing. Nobody prayed for him, no one called on the name of Jesus, just him and the word. In John 5 they had the pool of Bethesda where when the angel came down at a certain season and stirred up the water the first one that stepped in was healed of whatever they had. In Mark 5 they had the hem of Jesus garment when the woman with the issue of blood touched it she got healed. We have something better, we don't have to wait by a pool, we don't have to find the hem of Jesus garment we have the word. I don't need Jesus to come back to get healed, Romans 10:6-8 says: 6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from abovesmiley 7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach. Those things worked from the outside in, but the word works from the inside- out. I can put the word in me and take it whereever I go. It's the word you put inside that you will see manifested in your life. In 1 Corinthians 3:9 it says, you are God's husbandry--that word means farm(soil) make sure you sow God's seeds. Get the word in your heart because the word you get in your heart if you stick with it you will have on the outside/manifested.

It is not God's will that any should perish. And I wouldn't want to end this article without giving someone the opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It's very easy just pray: Dear God- I know I have sinned and I now turn from them and I invite Jesus to come into my heart (Revelation 3:20). He died for my sins and you have raised him from the dead and I now confess that Jesus is my Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9,10). I thank you for saving me, Amen

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name (John 1:12). 1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Politics / Why We Profess Islam Despite Discrimination In S’east – Igbo Muslims by Paraman: 5:38pm On Apr 07
AMARACHI OKEH writes about the growing popularity of Islam in the South-East and how Igbo Muslims are coping in a region largely dominated by Christians and adherents of the African Traditional Religion

It was about 49 years ago when Eze Amara 1 of Ovungwo, Yusuf Onumaegbu, a native of Isiala Ngwa South in Abia state, was transferred to help build schools in Kano State that he found salvation in Islam and embraced the religion.

It was simply a matter of coming to accept the religion after he read the Quran and interacted with the adherents in the northern state, he said.

Quitting his orthodox church and religion, a religion he had known for almost three decades of his existence, was not a difficult decision for him as the conviction he had about the Islamic faith was too strong for him to ignore.

“When I was in the northern region working, I associated with a lot of Muslims. Then I bought a copy of the Quran. After reading it, I saw facts that attracted me and I saw how people showed that Islam was an honest religion.

“The adherents were very honest in their dealings and never overcharged. When they tell you yes, it is yes and when they tell you no, it is no. So, I decided to embrace Islam,” he said.

The traditional ruler, who was already married at the time, said embracing Islam was a personal decision for him that he didn’t force his wife then or any of the two more wives he married later to adopt.

After 10 years of living in the North and practising Islam, he said he returned to Abia to relatives who didn’t understand his decision. They were muddled at ‘the strangeness’ when he finally returned to the South-East as a Muslim, but with time, they embraced him just as he is.

Being an Igbo Muslim in a society where the major religions practised are Christianity or African Traditional Religion was not without trials, he admitted, but chose to remain undeterred, having chosen a part he was convinced was the right path.

He said he faced a lot of discrimination especially as most people did not have a good understanding of what truly Islam is.

“In a community where all persons are predominantly Christians, they look at you as a misfit but for me, I don’t care what people think about me, what I care about is what Almighty Allah will provide me with and make me strong.

“It was a herculean task. I faced a lot of criticism. I was called Boko Haram, Miyetti Allah. People kept telling me that Islam is a religion of war but it is not like that. When they say that, I try to convince them but some of them who are mostly ‘blind’ still stick to their own beliefs and what they think is right.”

Choosing Islam was a personal decision that Onumaegbuna made but two of his wives are Christians while only one followed his religion. He also gave his children the liberty to choose their religion and considers himself a liberal.

“Everyone should go their own way. As long as Islam is concerned, if you are convinced it is the true religion of Allah, you follow, if not, you follow what you think is good,” he said.

Being an Igbo Muslim and a traditional ruler is an uncommon combination in the region, but Onumaegbuna believes he wears the two caps with competence.

Speaking about Ramadan, a period where a Muslim’s faith is put to the test, he said, “It is a period where you ask Almighty Allah to assist you in whatever you are doing and forgive your sins. Then it is a test of your faith in Islam, the period where you have to give whatever you have as much as you can to the needy.

“As you do that, Almighty Allah will pay you back in 100 folds but you only do as much as you can. Don’t do more than you can do.”

‘Islam gave me freedom’

This is the fourth year Amaal Oluchukwu will be observing Ramadan. Choosing Islam at the age of 20 was a decision that matured after years of admiring the religion, their festivities, and way of life.

“Nobody preached to me. It was my choice. I decided to become a Muslim in 2020.

“I had always loved everything about Islam from when I was younger, then I travelled to Abuja to stay with my aunt, and there, I decided to convert to the religion when I was 20,” told our correspondent.

To her, there were similarities between Islam and Christianity that helped her to make that decision. Her family, she said, supported her decision and helped her to feel welcome among them.

“When I was a Christian, I didn’t like exposing my body and I reasoned that since both of them are similar and I loved Islam, I decided to go become a Muslim.”

“I love the idea of becoming a Muslim. It is no different. It is not hard being a Muslim girl because they (Muslim girls) dress decently and cover their bodies.

for me, that’s the idea, being the girl you want to be and wearing all you want. Islam gave me liberty and peace of mind to be the kind of woman I want to be. I love my life as a Muslim woman.”

Although Oluchukwu told our correspondent that she had not faced any form of physical discrimination by the Igbo and others because of her religious affiliation, it is not the same on social media, especially on X (formerly Twitter), she said.

“I have never faced any discrimination in real life but I experience it a lot on social media. In real life, people are amazed to see an Igbo Muslim.”

Nothing special about being Igbo Muslim – Lawyer

Uthman Isa Tochukwu from the Igbo Eze South Local Government Area of Enugu State, who was born into a Muslim family, believes there is nothing strange about being a Muslim of Igbo extraction.

The 33-year-old lawyer said, “As we know, religion is a free thing. We are surprised that when people see Igbo Muslims, they wonder because religion is a free thing.

“Tribe is one thing, religion is another. You can be from a tribe and be free to subscribe to another religion,” Tochukwu remarked.

“I was born a Muslim; I was never a Christian at any time. All my family members are Muslims even though we are from Enugu.

“There are other Muslims in my community; there are Muslims in all other eastern states; we can argue that the percentage is low, but there are Muslims,” he added.

Like every other Igbo, his life has been pretty normal, he said, except when he tells people his name and they express surprise at the combination.

Like Oluchukwu, he said the major discrimination he contends with comes from social media and people of south-eastern extraction.

“When I introduce myself, people ask with amazement about my name; it has become part of my life. Apart from Twitter (X) where I am bullied by some section of Igbo people who claim that my family was not originally Muslim but converted because of money.

“However, at home, we don’t get any sort of discrimination because I have family members who are Christians. People should know that religion just like any other free thing is a constitutional right and you mustn’t be a member of a tribe to subscribe to it,” he added.

Islam in South-East

Nigeria is a secular state and freedom of religion is guaranteed, according to the Nigerian Constitution. However, some religions are more commonly found and practised in some regions than others.

The 2018 CIA data, as quoted by the European Union Agency of Asylum, found that Islam was the religion of 53.5 per cent of Nigerians and was the dominant religion in the North, with Christianity (45.9 per cent of Nigerians) dominant in the South.

The entrance of Islam into Igboland is thought to have been through Nsukka in Enugu State, considered the cradle of Islam in South-East Nigeria, with claims that the religion was extended to Nsukka in the 19th century, Prof Egodi Uchenna from the Department of History and International Relations, University of Nsukka, wrote in a paper titled, ‘Evidence for Islam in South-East Nigeria’.

It was recorded that around 1909, a Hausa Muslim trader from Bida, Ibrahim Aduku, introduced Islam to the eastern region.

Uchendu wrote, “Some myths have developed around Aduku with some alleging that militarily and with superior weapons, he conquered Enugu Ezike and its 33 villages, settled there against the wishes of the indigenes, and became their Eze or ruler.”

During the launch of the Igbo translation of the Quran by Muhammed Muritala Chukwuemeka in Abuja, 2022, Uchendu, in a paper titled, “Islam has a small presence in Nigeria’s Igbo region: what a new Quran translation offers,” disclosed that there were over 10,000 Igbo Muslims.

Yoruba make up about 21 per cent of the country’s population – estimated to be over 216 million – and about half that number are Muslims. The Hausa-Fulani make up about 29 per cent of Nigeria’s population and are predominantly Muslims.

“It is remarkable that Igbo has joined them because the Igbo population is estimated at 98 per cent Christian. There are only about 13,500 Igbo Muslims,” she wrote.

Delving into how Islam became established in the Igbo land, Uchendu wrote in an article published by The Conversation that in 1958, the first known group conversion to Islam among the Igbo occurred in Enohia in Abakaliki division, south-eastern Nigeria.

“Okpani Nwagui, a Roman Catholic Christian who had converted to Islam a year earlier, mediated this conversion. He assumed the name Ibrahim Niasse Nwagui.

“By the outbreak of the Nigeria-Biafra war in July 1967, the population of Igbo converts to Islam stood at roughly 200. In 1984, the scholar, Abdurahman Doi, wrote that there were 3,450 indigenous Igbo Muslims.

“The latest figure, collated from hajj records in 2013, puts the number at 13,500. With the rise of Boko Haram and its war against Christianity in Nigeria, Islam in Igboland faced a crisis and began to record desertions. But while some are leaving Islam, others are joining,” Uchendu, who is also a researcher, said.

Tolerance in the South-East

for a religion that has seen extremists threaten the truth and its core beliefs, Igbo residents in the South-East are understandably concerned about its presence.

But religion is dynamic and should remain dynamic, a professor of Comparative Religion at Ebonyi State University, Isidore Nwanaju said.

The growth of Islam in the region is not something unusual, Nwanaju said. To him, there is no guideline on the tolerance of another religion in the region.

He said, “Christianity is also growing in some other places but this growth depends on the condition of the growth and how the growth is accepted.”

“I don’t think there will be any general guideline as to how it would be tolerated in the South-East. Some of these things are personal encounters occasioned by factors like marriage, cultural influence, political domination and economic domination.

“These things should operate in a personal realm and should not involve any kind of coercion.”

Prof Nwanaju further noted that dynamism and the absence of manipulation or coercion made any religion true and acceptable to foreigners. He noted that a bone of contention in Islam and its presence was the misrepresentation of the religion.

“There’s no compulsion in religion but when you feel it must go in one direction, you are getting it wrong. You should be able to distinguish between the correct teaching of Islam and the fanatic and fundamentalist teaching of Islam; they are two different things.

“When fundamentalism, fanaticism enters anything it is an extremist position, and when you derail from the normal situation of things, you cannot say this is real Islam. when you meet true Muslims, they are people who are truly enlightened and see religion as a way of attaining salvation but when you use the sword, the gun and other forms of manipulative means, it is not true Islam,” he added.

As Igbo Muslim, it was difficult for me to become traditional ruler – Abia monarch

Eze Amara I of Amaano Ovungwo Kingdom in the Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State, Yusuf Onumaegbu, talks to AMARACHI OKEH on his faith and reign

Can you share your journey into Islam?

I am Yusuf Onumaegbu, Eze Amara I of Amaano Ovungwo in the Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State. I embraced Islam about 49 years ago, I am 78 years old now but still very strong moving about. I performed hajj between 2009/10. Some of my children are Christians, I don’t object to that but six are Muslims like me.

What made you embrace Islam?

When I was in the northern region working, I associated with a lot of Muslims. Then I bought their books and a copy of the Quran. After reading them, I saw facts that attracted me so much. Then the Islamic religion was the most honest religion. You’d see the adherents, they are very honest with you, they can give you their bicycle, motorbike, or horse to use for one week and when you come back, they won’t charge you more than what they have taken from you. When they tell you yes, it is yes and when they tell you no, it is no. So, I decided to embrace Islam.

Was it an easy decision for you and were you married at that time?

I was married by then. I had my daughter then but even now, my daughter is still a Christian and I don’t object to that. One must fight their way so I am fighting my way just like everybody is fighting their way.

Did your wife join you in becoming a Muslim?

No, my first wife didn’t, but my second wife did. I brought her home on a Thursday and the next day, she followed me to the mosque. Glory be to Almighty Allah for that. my third wife has not embraced Islam. She is just about 35 years old, but she dresses in an Islamic pattern when going out, though she has never been to the mosque.

What was your job in the North?

I was involved in the establishment of schools in northern communities. During the time I was based in Kano, I travelled to several communities, even to Katsina, to establish schools.

How many years did you spend in the North?

I was there for almost 10 years

Can you speak Hausa?

Fluently, even better than I speak Igbo.

Why is that?

It is because I was living with people who couldn’t speak a word in English. I was forced to learn the language (Hausa) immediately

Are all your wives Igbo?

Yes, they are all Igbo.

How many children do you have?

I have about nine children.

Are all your adult children Muslims?

They are not. Everyone should go their own way. As far as Islam is concerned, if you are convinced it is the true religion of Allah, you follow, if not, you follow what you think is good.

Are you concerned that your daughters may be limited in the choice of husbands for them?

I have mostly boys. my daughter should be around 52 years old now, a senior civil servant. Then the three others are the latecomers: one is three years old; another is five or six years old, while the other is 11 years old. I don’t think about that, what I plan for them is that as soon as they finish (attending school in Nigeria), I will gather my resources and move them abroad. Whether someone is married or not does not matter.

Are your children treated differently at school?

They are strong-willed like me. I have very tough skin against criticism, they are like that. my first son is a medical doctor in Australia, then my second son is an engineer by profession. He read Atomic Physics; he is in Scotland lecturing. The one following them now is trying to gain entry into the Police Force although he is a tailor by profession. The other one is learning automobile mechanics. The others are still in secondary school.

Would you consider taking a fourth wife because it is allowed in Islam?

Yes. I know that Almighty Allah is going to keep me even in the next 50 years. Then when (my wives) become satisfied with me and look at the children as what God has done for them, I can go in for a fourth wife.

What is it like being an Igbo Muslim?

You will face a lot of discrimination. Before I was made a traditional ruler, it was a herculean task. They wondered how a Muslim could become a traditional ruler over Christians. I told them not to worry.

From the time I ascended the throne till now, many of them are even now adhering to the Islamic religion when they look at the way I handle things. The way I patronise everybody with my meagre resources, they feel it is necessary and wise to adhere to the Islamic religion but one will face a lot of criticism. One would be called Boko Haram, a member of Miyetti Allah, and say Islam is a religion of war but it is not like that.

I try to convince them but some of them who are mostly blind still adhere to their own beliefs and what they think is right but it is not like that because even in Christianity, there are fanatics. In Islam, we have fanatics. It is just because of political rancour that they say that. my subjects are happy with how my administration in the community is, so there is no problem with it.

Did it affect your ascension to the throne?

It was a battle and many attempts were made to eliminate me but they failed. I am strong-willed and asked Allah for protection. Whoever tries to kill me, I even beg Allah to forgive the person. Some of them even came to me to confess. At one point, three armed boys were sent against me, they fired shots against me and none went off.

Since I went into the circle of traditional rulers, I know what I have suffered. I have suffered terrible feats but Allah has not allowed me to quit rather those who try to terminate my life terminate their own lives for themselves.

When you returned to the East, what did your family say?

They saw me as a strange fellow altogether but gradually, they started adapting to my pattern of life. Even as I am now, we are in the fasting period. Now that I am fasting, they feel it is very cumbersome but it is not. I learned a lot when I went to Hajj. There, you will see elderly people trekking long distances and coming back. This is what I have incorporated into my life now. Every day, I walk, sometimes I cycle, I even leave my cars and walk. Some people even follow me to do what I do, though they are not Muslims.

The major thing about it is that in a community where people are predominantly Christians, they look at you as a misfit but for me, I don’t care what people think about me. What I care about is what Almighty Allah will provide me with and make me strong.

At 79, if you see me in person, you won’t believe I’m up to that age. Even now, I have a baby who is three years and five months old. I am still physically alright, I’m sexually okay. I don’t eat what people eat. my food is mostly fruits, and little white meat. I eat plantain and all that.

Where do you live?

I live in my village, Okpuala Ovungwo.

Is there a mosque in Isiala Ngwa?

Yes, we have. I contributed very well during the construction. If I make reasonable money, I can build a mini mosque in my compound so that every jummah, I’d go there and pray and not travel far again. Sometimes, I go to the naval base in Owerrinta to worship. Sometimes, I go to Aba, sometimes to Umuahia to worship.

Have you suffered any discrimination from fellow Muslims?

No, not at all. I have not experienced that.

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I was told that my mother went to help my sister with farm work but it was a very hot season. I was born premature, just six months, three weeks, and four days. Almighty Allah made it very possible for me to be alive. I was told an old woman took me, applied palm oil on my skin, and folded me with plantain leaves for another three to four months before I started acting like a normal human being.

Were Some Prayers Meant for God's Ears Alone?

Hannah in this occasion poured out her heart to God in prayer after she had endured much ridicule and provocation from her rival for being barren:

1 Samuel 1:10-11 (KJV)

And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.
And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.

But this was what Eli, the priest made of her prayer:

1 Samuel 1:12-14 (KJV)

And it came to pass, as she continued praying before the LORD, that Eli marked her mouth.
Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.
And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.

So because Hannah was praying in her heart to God, and her voice was silent, Eli who didn't understand her pain and what she was going through, just because he couldn't hear what she was saying while pouring out her heart to God, hastily assumed she was drunk and started immediately rebuking her for that.

However, this was what God made of Hannah's prayer which Eli didn't hear or understand.

1 Samuel 1:19-20 (KJV)

And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah: and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her.
Wherefore it came to pass, when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived, that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I have asked him of the LORD.

So despite the fact that no one else, including Eli the priest, could hear or understand what Hannah was saying while she prayed to God because she prayed silently from her heart, God heard Hannah's prayer and consequently granted her request.

This proves that God doesn't need any man, including a priest, to hear or understand what you're saying when you pray to answer your prayer.

God bless.

Religion / Who Is God? Part One by AbundantLife05: 5:42am On Apr 07
ABUNDANT LIFE VISION
Who is God? Part One. Acts of the Apostles 17:16-28
While Paul was waiting for them in Athens, he was deeply troubled by all the idols he saw everywhere in the city. [17]He went to the synagogue to reason with the Jews and the God-fearing Gentiles, and he spoke daily in the public square to all who happened to be there. [18]He also had a debate with some of the Epicurean and Stoic philosophers. When he told them about Jesus and his resurrection, they said, “What’s this babbler trying to say with these strange ideas he’s picked up?” Others said, “He seems to be preaching about some foreign gods.” [19]Then they took him to the high council of the city. “Come and tell us about this new teaching,” they said. [20]“You are saying some rather strange things, and we want to know what it’s all about.” [21](It should be explained that all the Athenians as well as the foreigners in Athens seemed to spend all their time discussing the latest ideas.) [22]So Paul, standing before the council, addressed them as follows: “Men of Athens, I notice that you are very religious in every way, [23]for as I was walking along I saw your many shrines. And one of your altars had this inscription on it: ‘To an Unknown God.’ This God, whom you worship without knowing, is the one I’m telling you about. [24]“He is the God who made the world and everything in it. Since he is Lord of heaven and earth, he doesn’t live in man-made temples, [25]and human hands can’t serve his needs—for he has no needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and he satisfies every need. [26]From one man he created all the nations throughout the whole earth. He decided beforehand when they should rise and fall, and he determined their boundaries. [27]“His purpose was for the nations to seek after God and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him—though he is not far from any one of us. [28]for in him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’ NLT.

Good morning dear friends, I welcome you to this morning’s teaching. It is going to be in two parts, I pray that God will teach us his word as we go through the series in Jesus name. God is a name that many people are familiar with in the world. Across many religions, people believe in the existence of a deity that either serves as a small god that connects to the most supreme God or the most supreme God himself. According to Ipsos (2023) survey, across 26 countries surveyed, 40% responded that they believe in God but not as described in the Bible. Also, 21% of the respondents responded that they do not believe in God or a higher spirit while 19% of the remaining respondents were unsure of what response to give.
The name God is very popular in the world but we have a lot of people who cannot describe Him accurately and this happens even among those who believe in Him according to His representation in the Bible. God is around us but to a lot of people, He remains unknown as He was to the people of Athens. Acts 17:22-23. It is our mission in this teaching to unmask the unknown God and present Him to people the way He truly is. From our scripture in Acts 17:16-28, we see some attributes of God that will help us understand who He is.

1. He is the creator of the world: Acts 17:24
The bible tells us that God created the heavens and the earth. There is no confusion about the creator of what can be seen here on earth. God is the creator and because He is the creator, he owns everything in it. Genesis 1:1: In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. NLT. Psalms 24:1: The earth is the lord’s, and everything in it. The world and all its people belong to him. NLT.

2. He is the source of life: Acts 17:25
The one who created the heavens and the earth gave life to all that is on earth. Nothing has life on earth without the making God. John 1:4: The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. NLT.

3. He made all nations from one Man: Acts 17:26
All races and nations are a product of God’s creation. He lifts nations and determines when they fall. Therefore, nothing happens without the knowledge of God. We have heard a lot of criticisms when it comes to the nation of Nigeria, some people call it a mere geographical expression and all, but the word of God here says that God allowed that to happen for a purpose because it is in His grand agenda.

4. He made nations so that they will seek and find Him: Acts 17:27
The ultimate purpose of God is for the nations of the world to seek, find, and serve Him. God is never far from us because He is close to us and He had to make himself known to us. In the Bible, He has done this in different ways but they can be made into two classifications; the knowledge of God according to the law and the knowledge of God according to the gospel of Christ. The law was given to show us our sins and the standard God wants from us. Romans 3:19-20: Obviously, the law applies to those to whom it was given, for its purpose is to keep people from having excuses, and to show that the entire world is guilty before God. [20]for no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply shows us how sinful we are. NLT. However, Jesus did what the law could not do by making us right with God through his blood. Therefore, to know God perfectly, all you need in this dispensation is to know Jesus because He came as the express image of God. Hebrews 1:1-3: Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. [2]And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his son. God promised everything to the son as an inheritance, and through the son he created the universe. [3]The son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven. NLT.

5. He is our father: Acts 17:28
Even the idol worshippers in Athens believed that the supreme God is our father. He created us for us to serve Him willingly and for Him to be our father. Romans 8:14-15: for all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. [15]So you have not received a spirit that makes you fearful slaves. Instead, you received God’s Spirit when he adopted you as his own children. Now we call him, “Abba, Father.” NLT. As our Father He supplies us with benefits by taking care of us. Matthew 7:7-11: “Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. [8]for everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. [9]“You parents—if your children ask for a loaf of bread, do you give them a stone instead? [10]Or if they ask for a fish, do you give them a snake? Of course not! [11]So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good gifts to those who ask him. NLT.

Therefore, in answering the question; who is God? We can say that God is our father who created us so that we can worship Him. On this note, if you are yet to become his child by accepting Jesus who came as the perfect representation of God, I urge you to do so now by saying this prayer wholeheartedly; Lord Jesus, I confess you as my Lord and saviour today, please save me and be my lord and bring me into your fold. Amen. If you have recited the prayer wholeheartedly, I congratulate you and I welcome you to the family of God. Make sure you join a bible believing church as you start your journey in Christ
.

God bless you.

Is 56 : 1 - 8
1¶Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
2Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
3Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
4For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
5Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
6Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
7Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

14¶Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say unto Gog, Thus saith the Lord GOD; In that day when my people of Israel dwelleth safely, shalt thou not know it?
15And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:
16And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O Gog, before their eyes.
17Thus saith the Lord GOD; Art thou he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied in those days many years that I would bring thee against them?
18¶And it shall come to pass at the same time when Gog shall come against the land of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, thatmy fury shall come up in my face.
19For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath have I spoken, Surely in that day there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel;
20So that the fishes of the sea, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that areupon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.
21And I will call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains, saith the Lord GOD: every man's sword shall be against his brother.
22And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.
23Thus will I magnify myself, and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Religion / Praying Without Saying A Word by Btruth: 6:07am On Apr 05
Praying without saying a word

Fri, 5 Apr 2024

for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.’ Matthew 6:32

Jesus said, ‘"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”’ (Matthew 6:33 NKJV). You ask, ‘When I think about God, is that the same as praying?’ It can be. We’re all familiar with the power of unspoken communication. Many of us grew up with parents who didn’t have to say a thing to make their will known. It may have been a certain look in their eye or some other unspoken signal. But we knew exactly what was being communicated and how we were expected to respond.

Prayer works that way, too. When you think about God, it’s prayer; and when God communicates His thoughts back to you, it’s a form of answered prayer. A little boy wanted a bicycle for Christmas, and one night, he was praying at the top of his voice, telling God exactly what kind and colour of bike he wanted. His mother said, ‘son, you don’t need to shout for God to hear you.’ He replied, ‘I know, Mama, but I need to shout if Grandpa is going to hear me and buy me that bike!’

The truth is, you don’t need to shout for God to hear you, and you don’t need to try and conjure up answers to your prayers. Jesus said, ‘Your heavenly Father knows what you need before you even ask.’ (Matthew 6:cool So, why even take the time to pray? Because God wants you to approach Him with confidence, trust Him with all your needs, and build a relationship with Him. That’s what it’s all about!

Religion / This Is Why Satan And His Demonic Spirits Are Obsessed With Blood Sacrifice by Spirit247: 9:44am On Apr 04
Accept JESUS AHAYASHA YASHAYA as your Eternal LORD and SAVIOR today! There is no more Time!

Do you know why Satan would not give Humans anything great unless Blood is Sacrificed to him? Have you ever asked yourself why can't Satan just give those that go to him for things what they want without demanding for Blood Sacrifice? Why is Satan so fascinated and Obsessed with Blood Sacrifice?! Has it been revealed to you? I will share it here to the Eternal Glory of AHAYA ASHAR AHAYA (I AM THAT I AM) Our CREATOR that Opened my Eyes to see why:

The most wicked Deception that Satan and his Demonic Spirits did against Humanity is to have made many throughout all Generations of Humanity to think they need his help whereas, it is Satan and his fallen Angels that really need the Help of Humanity. They would have been forever docile, useless, functionless as Dead Spirits if Humans refused to Help them. Scripture didn't just called them Dead Spirits for nothing. Throughout Generations of Humanity, whenever anyone that go to a Witchdoctor that the Demon Spirit such is serving should help, the Satanic Spirit often demand Blood Sacrifice because they hang around (wherever Human blood is shed whether by Accident or any other means) to suck-off and feed-off the Life-Energy that is in the Blood. However the most ferocious of the Fallen Angelic Spirits that have been wasting away in the deepest part of Abyss needs far more Human-Life-Energy for them to fully recover from the massive wounds and Damages done to them during the War in Heaven when they brutally fought but were Conquered by Higher Ferocity during which they sustained unimaginable Damage, dethronement, trampled upon, tied up like chickens, brutally Kicked out of Heaven. The massive force with which they landed to the great below under the Earth further did more damage of rendering them Deader and completely Incapacitated.

The only way they could ever Recover is if Satan their leader(who also eternally lost one of his eyes in to Battle in Heaven, yes Satan has only one eye now because the other one was brutally pieced by Angel Micheal's Sword before mercilessly trampling upon him) is that if they find a way to successfully Deceive large % of Humanity to massively Sacrifice Human Life's Energy for them to Suck-in. After long-term strategizing, this is why Satan finally gave the End Time Humanity the Internet (his human tools deceived you to think they Invented the Internet by their own Super-human Wisdom and Intelligence, it's a Big Lie!) Just as they lied to you that they have landed on the Moon, they lied to you that they Invented the Internet all by themselves yet they are forcing the whole World to Align with the bisexual Androgenous Satanic god/spirit that aided the modern Civilization for them by Enforcing Homosexuality/LGBT Agenda on Humanity. They teach Children in School that they came from Monkeys instead of our CREATOR, and so many other proofs that confirms them to be Satan's worshippers. Have you ever wondered why the major guy that popularized Internet through his "Windows" introduced himself to Humanity as a Computer Wizard?! Do Wizards serve JESUS or Satan?! Why are Christians and Muslims pretending as if they don't know the Truth that this World is fast being taken over by Satanic Entities! Better give your Life to JESUS son of your CREATOR today and seriously pray that HIS Ever Pure SPIRIT should Take Permanent Control of your Thoughts and irreversible Ownership of your Heart: the Source of your Thoughts. This is the Key for you to discover your Divine Original Glorious Destiny that I AM THAT I AM sent you to this World to Fulfill for for HIS Kingdom as Blessing to Humanity.

Search YouTube for the Video of the girl that was ritually sacrificed to Satan there, and even the Public Satanic Rituals performed during the Opening of the Tunnel few Years ago. They deflect the truth and deceive many to think they are just joking with all those things. If you still don't know that CERN is a camouflaged Satanic Organization opening Abyss gates for Fallen Angels and Demon Spirits to flood the Earth in collaboration with the Anti-Christ that was CORONAted in 2020, then you are wallowing in Spiritual Slumber! Have you asked why the bodies of those that have taken the 3 Full Doses of the VaaSin are Transmitting and showing as Mac (Mark) Address on your Bluetooth? Go to HosPit where many that have taken it frequent and try to send out Picture through Bluetooth, you will be shocked as you see Humans showing up strange Mac Addresses. The Depopulation Agenda is not just a Genocide but actually a massive Human Sacrifice to feed-off the Life-Energy of the massive number of Human Populations to the Fallen Angels that were rendered fatally useless after their Fall(that why they are called Dead Spirits, majority of them are almost useless till now that these Satanic Humans start Re-Enliving them by massively Transmitting Human-Life-Energy to them. There is even a Movie that shows how a weak Weak Demonic Entity comes more alive the more he successfully Sucks our Life-Energy from Humans. Leviticus 17:11 "Life Lives in the Blood!"

Just as their father deceived Adam and Eve to hijack Authority over this World from them, they told Humanity that they have landed on the Moon till lately when they have been exposed, they taught Worldwide that Humans are from Gorillas instead of our CREATOR, they are Teaching in Schools that Male can be Female and Female can be Male to get even Children to align with the bisexual Satanic god, they never told you the Truth that the Plandemic of 2020 was actually CORONAtion of the Anti-Christ, while growing up they told us that Internet was Powered by Satellites only to later be exposed that it's a big lie, what Power Internet is Sub-Marine Cables buried under the Ocean (not just physical but Marine Powers, that's why they initially lied that it was Satellites above. You may be too afraid to acknowledge why Evil spread like widefire all over the World after Internet came).

NASA(Means Deceiver in Hebrew), CERN, bGates of Hell, etc all work for same god of this World with focus on Capturing all Human Souls on Earth for Satan and making Humans unfit to Receive the Gift of Immortality that our CREATOR has Promised those that refused to bow to the Beast and it image(Internet).
The Book of Revelation is being Fulfilled before our Eyes in our Generation, yet many are too afraid to acknowledge the Truth. What they Present to you as Quantum Science and Internet of Things is effort to completely unify your physical Consciousness with the Satanic Negative Spiritual World.

HalleluAHAYAH ASHAR AHAYAH!!!!!!!

Religion / Wonderful Story Of Healing by MightySparrow: 6:08pm On Apr 03
This is a wonderful testimony from once skeptical preacher who had spent all his earnings on hospital. He switched from ignorance to knowledge, from doubt to faith. He got his healing and became a dispenser of healing.

Down in Texas several years ago,
a fine denominational minister had a very outstanding ministry. Many of
the denominational churches would sponsor him in citywide meetings. In
his evangelistic endeavors he became sick.
And by his
own testimony, within a couple of years, all of his own money
was gone. He had had
$10,000 in the bank, and that was a lot of money back then. But in two years’ time his
money was gone. He had to sell his automobile, his home, and most of
his books in order to pay his doctor bills. He had been everywhere, including
the Mayo Clinic to try to receive help, but was none the better; rather, he
grew worse.
Finally he
was hospitalized in California. The doctor said that he was
going to die. The minister
contacted his brother who lived in California to borrow some money so he could go
home to Texas where he could die. Their eighty-two-year-old mother lived in
Texas and he wanted to see his mother before he died. So his brother sent
him the money and he went home.
The minister
went to live with his mother at the old home place in Texas
where he grew up. His mother
was so glad to see him. He told his mother that he had come home to die. His dear
old mother had a nineteen-year-old boy who lived there with her who did
the chores around the place.
This
nineteen-year-old boy became the sick minister’s nurse; the boy had
to turn the sick man on his
bed and dress him. One day the boy said to him, “Why don’t you let the Lord heal you?
The Bible says that if there is any sick among you, let them call for the
elders of the church, and let them pray for you” (James 5:14,15).
Here was a
minister who supposedly knew the Bible and yet didn’t even
know that these scriptures
were in the Bible. He had gone to school and studied everything but the
Bible!
The
minister told the boy to get his Bible and find that passage of
Scripture, but the boy had
never learned how to read. The man asked him how he knew that passage of
Scripture was in the Bible. The boy said that his preacher had told him it was in
the Bible. So the denominational minister looked up the scriptures and read
them.
The boy
told the minister that his preacher was having a healing meeting
under a brush arbor and
invited the minister to come. Arrangements were made for the minister to come to the
meeting; someone brought an old Model-T Ford and made a bed in the
back of it for the minister. They drove up as close to the brush arbor as
they could, and after the service the preacher came out and anointed the
sick minister with oil and prayed over him.
It was
about midnight before the minister and the boy returned home.
When the minister got
home, he asked his mother to let the boy fire up the wood stove so she could fry him some
ham and eggs. He had been eating baby food and soft foods because he
couldn’t eat any solid food. In fact, he hadn’t had anything to eat except
baby food in two years.
The man
told his mother that he was healed. He told her the preacher had
anointed him and prayed
for him. The mother said later that as her son related this, she thought he had
lost his mind. He also wanted his mother to make some old-fashioned country
biscuits for him to eat too. She thought that since he was going to die
anyway, he might as well die happy, so she did what he wanted and made the biscuits
and fried ham and eggs. He ate that meal and didn’t suffer any ill
effects whatsoever; he was completely healed!
This
minister then began to write about his healing and send articles in
for publication in various
magazines. Calls began to come in for him to hold revival meetings. He arranged a
citywide meeting for Kansas City. The boy told him that before he went to that
meeting, he needed to get filled with the Holy Ghost.
The
minister said that by that time he was ready to believe anything
that nineteen-year-old boy
told him, so he asked the boy what he should do. The boy explained to him how to receive
the baptism of the Holy Spirit and invited him to another brush-arbor
meeting. When the invitation was given, the minister went to the altar, and
he received the Holy Ghost and spoke with other tongues.
That
minister has long since gone on to glory, but his writings have
been a blessing to many of
us, including the denomination he was a member of. How did that man get faith for
healing? He got it by hearing the Word of God.

Religion / You Too Can Work Miracles by kpakpandoN(m): 6:21am On Apr 03
Mark 16:17-18 tells us that as a believer in Christ, you are to cast out demons and perform all kinds of miracles. The question now is, are you a believer? If the answer is yes, then you too can perform miracles as Jesus did. You may then ask, “Why have I not been able to perform any miracle thus far?”

In Mark 3:13-15, Jesus’ disciples were told what to do. They were to keep Him company, preach, heal sicknesses, and cast out demons. The reason most Christians have not been working miracles is that they have not been following this order. How much time do you spend fellowshipping with God? This is the first step in working miracles. You must spend quality time studying your Bible and praying daily. The more time you spend in His company, the more His power will rest on you.

You are also required to preach the gospel. In Matthew 28:19, Jesus said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the son, and of the Holy Ghost.”

Many believers don’t evangelise. God will not give you the power to work miracles just so you can show off, He will only do so if you will use it to win souls for Him. If you get these first two steps right, the power to work miracles will follow duly.

Many people feel it is not compulsory for them to have the power of God. If I feel it is not compulsory to heal, then I won’t pay the sacrifice that will make healing easy. If I am not concerned when somebody dies, I won’t pray much before I ask the family members to arrange for the burial of the fellow. If you truly understand that God is expecting you to be the channel through which He will heal the sick and raise the dead, that it is a must that you cast out demons and that some demons won’t leave except by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21), your attitude to food and pleasure should change.

If you are His disciple, according to Mark 3:13-15, you are expected to heal the sick. Every now and then, God will send you to raise the dead, cast out demons, and cleanse people with incurable diseases (Matthew10:7-cool. Religion / The Spiritual And Physical Connection Part 2 by FrankB1: 6:18am On Apr 03
Notice, this spiritual act caused things to manifest in the physical. What he did (spiritually) had an effect on everything (physically). Which shows you that everything in this physical realm has a connection with the spiritual. In other words everything physical has spiritual roots. So, things can be dealt with on a spiritual level and not just a natural level. for example the Shunamite woman in 2 Kings 4 when her son died and it reads: And when the child was grown, it fell on a day, that he went out to his father to the reapers. 19 And he said unto his father, my head, my head. And he said to a lad, Carry him to his mother. 20 And when he had taken him, and brought him to his mother, he sat on her knees till noon, and then died. 21 And she went up, and laid him on the bed of the man of God, and shut the door upon him, and went out. 22 And she called unto her husband, and said, Send me, I pray thee, one of the young men, and one of the asses, that I may run to the man of God, and come again. 23 And he said, Wherefore wilt thou go to him to day? it is neither new moon, nor sabbath. And she said, It shall be well. 24 Then she saddled an ass, and said to her servant, Drive, and go forward; slack not thy riding for me, except I bid thee. 25 So she went and came unto the man of God to mount Carmel. And it came to pass, when the man of God saw her afar off, that he said to Gehazi his servant, Behold, yonder is that Shunammite: 26 Run now, I pray thee, to meet her, and say unto her, Is it well with thee? is it well with thy husband? is it well with the child? And she answered, It is well. And the man of God went with her and raised him up. Notice, she was not acting just on a natural level, she was seeing something past her natural circumstances. Notice, she was not going by what she saw outside, but what she saw inside.

Isn't that what the scripture says, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. Which means there is something more than what you can see physically. And when you learn how to operate on that level your natural circumstance will change. Notice, Abraham in Genesis 17:4,5 4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee. And yet Romans 4:19 says, 19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb. So, when God told him that He had made him a father of many nations his body was dead and his wife's womb was dead. So, when God told him that their bodies were in a condition physically where they could not produce a child. But, notice what the scripture says, he did not consider his flesh nor his wife's he only considered what God said He did. When you only look at your circumstances on a natural level you miss out on what God has provided for you. 2 Corinthians 2:9,10 says, 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. God can reveal to you what He has prepared for you. Notice, what God reveals to you is not something He is going to do, it says which God hath prepared. Even though they have been prepared they have to be received. God wants man back to where he fell from which is operating from his spirit and not his flesh.

Notice, in Genesis 2:25-3:11 it reads, 25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed. Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? 2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: 3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5 for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. 6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons. 8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. 9 And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? 10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. 11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? In Genesis 2:25 they were naked and not ashamed in Genesis 3:7 it says, And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked, what happened. The eyes of them both were opened, that word eyes is translated fountain and fountain is defined as the source or beginning of anything. So, what happened is the source of their knowledge changed from God to their flesh(senses).

That's why God asked him, "Who told thee that thou wast naked?" he knew they did not get that from him. There is another realm of existence just beyond the senses where God has things already prepared for you to tap into. And a lot of times people are praying for God to do things that are already done for them in that realm just beyond their senses. You occupy two realms at the same time. A flesh, material realm and a spiritual realm. Where did the material world come from, out of the spiritual. So, the spiritual realm has authority over the material realm. Now, in every situation man has to choose which realm he's going to go with. The realm of the material(physical) where things are fact or the realm of the spiritual where things are truth(John 17:17). The facts are what you pick up with your senses. Fact is basically something that exists, or is present in reality. Hence, these are things that can be seen visually, and these are the things that can actually be verified. It is not just something that you believe, but rather these are more or less the things that can be observed empirically, or by the senses. So, facts can be seen and heard, as well as proven by the other senses. So, facts deals with what can be detected by the senses. But, there's another realm outside of the senses where God has provisions laid up for you, they are not things that God is going to do, they are things that God has done. This is the realm of truth--Truth can be described as the true state of a certain matter. Now, truth is not always detectable to the senses. Truth has to be caught with the spirit. Jesus said, God's word is truth.

Understand God is outside of this physical realm and when He does something it's done in the spirit and has to be received into this material, physical realm. Spirit is the original form of existence. Before there was anything physical there was spiritual. And man is spirit and lives in a physical body in a physical world. But, man still has the capacity to function in the spiritual, by faith. By faith you access a higher realm were God has already laid up provisions for you. How do I know that, because that's what the scripture says. Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, if it's not a thing, if it doesn't exist how can you have the substance of it. That's why the other half of Hebrews 11:1 says, faith is the evidence of things not seen. You can only have evidence of something that has already occurred. And what has occurred in the spirit can be manifested here by faith. What God has provided for you is an act of his grace. And Romans 5:2 says, you access the grace by faith. Romans 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 4:16 CEB That’s why the inheritance comes through faith, so that it will be on the basis of God’s grace. In that way, the promise is secure for all of Abraham’s descendants, not just for those who are related by Law but also for those who are related by the faith of Abraham, who is the father of all of us. So, God has laid up an inheritance for all of Abraham's seed (Galatians 3:29 says, If ye be Christ's then are you Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise). That inheritance comes through faith(whose faith, ours), so that let's me know God is not picking and choosing who gets it and who doesn't. It's not based on God choosing, it's about us accessing or receiving. And too many of Abraham's seed are waiting instead of accessing. Remember there are things seen that you operate in by sight and there are things unseen that you access by faith.

Religion / The Spiritual And Physical Connection Part 1 by FrankB1: 6:11am On Apr 03
2 Corinthians 4:16-18:

16 for which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.

17 for our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

So, there are things seen(which are physical) and things not seen(which are spiritual). That can't be referring to anything physical because Luke 21:33 says, Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my word shall not pass away. So, that can't be talking about anything physical, because nothing physical is eternal. And people tend to look at the physical material world as real and the spirit world is just something that's out there, but that is far from the truth. Spiritual things and the spiritual realm has an effect on this realm. First of all Hebrews 11:3 says, 3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. So, the physical realm came out of the spiritual realm, God by his word. Not only that, but the spiritual realm God by his word is upholding the physical realm Heb 1:3 says, 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power. You see in Jer. 5:22 and Proverbs 8:29 22 Fear ye not me? saith the Lord: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? Proverbs 8:29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth. Notice, what it's saying, God made a decree from the foundation of the world to the sea not to cross over the sand of the shore and it can not pass over. No matter how much they toss and roar they can't cross that line. Something God decreed in the spiritual realm from the foundation of the world still has an effect in this physical realm to this day.

God is not limited to natural circumstances or conditions. In 1Kings 17 when there was a famine in the land God sent the man of God, Elijah, to a widow women to take care of him. In verses 8 and 9 it reads 8 And the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, 9 Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee. Now, back then widows were considered to be some of the poorest people. So, he gets up and goes and it reads- 10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink. 11 And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thine hand. 12 And she said, As the Lord thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die. 13 And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son. 14 for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth. 15 And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days. 16 And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by Elijah. Notice, in the natural she was in no condition to sustain him. She was a widow(poor), she had a son, and she was down to her last meal and that's who God sent him to to take care of him. But, notice what God told Elijah, I have commanded her to sustain you which means she has to have something somewhere. And she didn't even know what God had said to him that she was to sustain him, Elijah had to tell her.

But, even though she didn't have it physically at the time she had it spiritually. And because she did as the man of God said she opened the door for what she had spiritually to be received physically and sustain him as God said. That's what 2 Chronicles 20:20 says, 20 And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. You see in 2 Kings 4:38-44 with Elisha, 38 And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and there was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him: and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets. 39 And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine, and gathered thereof wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into the pot of pottage: for they knew them not. 40 So they poured out for the men to eat. And it came to pass, as they were eating of the pottage, that they cried out, and said, O thou man of God, there is death in the pot. And they could not eat thereof. 41 But he said, Then bring meal. And he cast it into the pot; and he said, Pour out for the people, that they may eat. And there was no harm in the pot. 42 And there came a man from Baalshalisha, and brought the man of God bread of the firstfruits, twenty loaves of barley, and full ears of corn in the husk thereof. And he said, Give unto the people, that they may eat. 43 And his servitor said, What, should I set this before an hundred men?(he knows what's in his hands is not enough to feed everybody) He said again, Give the people, that they may eat: for thus saith the Lord, They shall eat, and shall leave thereof. 44 So he set it before them, and they did eat, and left thereof, according to the word of the Lord.

Notice, it did not matter what he had in his hands, what mattered is what God said. And a lot of times people get focused on what they have or don't have, but what did God say. If you are just focusing on what you have or don't have then your focus is on the wrong thing. Like us today people are speaking of famine coming, but God said, In the time of famine we would be satisfied. So, even if it's not here physically we have to have something we can tap into spiritually. So, if it's not here physically it can be brought here. Don't bring God down to the level of your natural understanding, you can't figure God out, He's too big. What you should do is simply trust and believe. God has taken all the guess work out of the equation. What did Jesus mother say, Whatever he tells you to do just do it. See, don't try to figure it out or wonder how in the world can he do that, no, just do it. You can't tap into the spiritual with natural reason. Natural reason can't tap into it 1 Corinthians 2:14 says, 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. Just because something is in spiritual form doesn't mean it's less real than something in physical form. John 4:24 says, God is a Spirit and yet 1 Timothy 3:16 says, God was manifest in the flesh so is He any less real as spirit, no. Things might not look like what God said that's were trust comes in, You see in 2 Kings 6 When the Prophet Elisha was telling the king of Israel the plans the king of Syria was making so that they could escape his ambushes. After a few times of that happening the king thought it was his own people, so he asked, which one you are a trader and one of his men told him, It's not us it's that prophet in Dothan he's telling the King of Israel the plans you're making, so the king said, Go get him.

That's where I'm going to start reading: 2 Kings 6:14-17- 14 Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about. 15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. Notice, there was two different realms of existence at the same time, in the same place, and both of them were real. Doesn't Psalm 34:7 say, The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. Things that take place in the spiritual causes things to happen in the physical realm and the best example of that is Adam. In Genesis 2:16,17 it reads, 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. He didn't die physically, but he did die spiritually. Spiritual death is separation from God like physical death is separation from your body. Now, notice he did eat from that tree, you might see that as a physical act, but the scriptures says that it was a spiritual act in 1 Corinthians 6:18 it reads, 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. Notice, every sin a man doeth is without the body, in other words it's the inner man using his body to do it, that's why it says he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. Now, just as your physical body resides in this physical realm you spirit resides in the spirit realm, you are a spirit. And what this man did in the spiritual caused the whole creation to fall in the physical.

Aseyin Wades Into K1, Former Drummer’s Feud

……As Ayankunle Promises To Allow for Peace, Appreciates His Lovers

The Aseyin of Iseyin, Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola Ajirotutu Adeyeri 111, has intervened on the lingering misunderstanding between King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall (KWAM 1) and his erstwhile lead drummer, Ayankunle Ayanlowo, calling on them both to sheath their swords and allow for amicable reconciliation.

The monarch said this on Monday at his Iseyin palace when Ayankunle paid him a visit upon his invitation over the issue.

Ayankunle accused the Fuji musician of poor welfare package for his band members which KWAM1 denied.

While addressing journalists after the meeting, Aseyin hinted that because Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde and Ayankunle Ayanlowo have strong connections with Iseyin, one being an in-law while the other is a son of Ado-Awaye, a community under Iseyin local government, he had no choice than to wade into the crisis and seek peaceful settlement.

“I have heard what Kunle said about his experience at his work and also listened to the video made by his former boss, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde, all I will say is that both of them should allow peace to reign, I told Kunle to stop posting videos, abusing his former boss and has started efforts to reach out to K1 to speak with him and ask for peaceful reconciliation.

“I have read and listened to many angles to the issue from individuals taking sides, but as a monarch, I will want peace and not for this to continue,” Aseyin mentioned.

Meanwhile, the former lead drummer, Ayankunle Ayanlowo told journalists he had been asked not to do any confrontational videos or interviews anymore, which he would abide with, henceforth.

He added that he would rather start to appreciate and pray for those who rallied round him globally when the issue broke out, because they were his backbone.

“They said I should not attack anyone anymore through social media or live interviews and I have agreed with the monarch, I just want to start by appreciating all those that stood with me during my travail till now, those that heard my voice and have supported me morally, spiritually and financially.

“I pray that the Lord Almighty will not abandon them all, their children will never suffer in their effort to seek for survival,” Ayanlowo prayed.

Religion / The Blood Paid The Price by AbundantLife05: 5:54am On Mar 31
ABUNDANT LIFE VISION
The Blood Paid the Price. Colossians 1:11-14
We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, [12]always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light. [13]for he has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and transferred us into the Kingdom of his dear son, [14]who purchased our freedom and forgave our sins. NLT.

Good morning dear friends, I want to wish you a happy Easter celebration. I pray that we will receive the grace provided for us by the sacrificial act of Jesus in Jesus name. This teaching will end the teachings we have been making for the past three weeks about the reason why Jesus came to the world.

Like I said in the teaching titled; “crucified for us” Jesus used his blood to pay the price for our sins. He did it because the blood of goats would not do the job, neither will the blood of man do the job because God is not Molech, a god that demands human sacrifice. Therefore, God had to come in human form and sacrifice himself for the sins of the world. It was a man that sinned, it was God that cleared the debt because of His love for us. Romans 5:8: But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. NLT. The debt God cleared for us was not cleared by something cheap, it was the blood of Jesus that paid the price.

Therefore, as we celebrate this year’s Easter, I want to remind you of this selfless act by God and urge you to respond to this by giving your life to Jesus by saying this prayer wholeheartedly; Lord Jesus, I confess you as my Lord and saviour today, please save me and be my lord and bring me into your fold. Amen. If you have recited the prayer wholeheartedly, I congratulate you and I welcome you to the family of God. Make sure you join a bible believing church as you start your journey in Christ
.

God bless you.

"Easter 2024: High Chief Onuokaibe Calls for Unity and Renewal in Mburubu, Prays for Governor Mbah's Administration"

Christians all over the world have been urged to use this year's Easter celebration to reflect deeply on the life and sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Chief Executive Officer of Afro Villa Ltd and Mburubu Construction Company Ltd, High Chief Jerry Patrick Onuokaibe, made this call in his Easter message, which he sent to newsmen on Saturday.

He stated that Easter is a period of solemn reminder of immense love and selflessness as demonstrated by Jesus Christ, rather than just festivities and joyous gatherings.

He encouraged individuals to emulate Christ's virtues of compassion, forgiveness, and unwavering faith during this season of renewal and rebirth.

Chief Onuokaibe highlighted that the feast extends beyond historical events to practical application in daily lives, where selflessness and love for others are paramount, thus, urging for unity and collective prayer among the people of Mburubu for the betterment of their community, stressing the importance of seeking peace, prosperity, and positive transformation.

Additionally, Chief Onuokaibe called for prayers for Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah's administration, hoping for wise decisions that benefit all residents of Enugu State; citing scriptures such as Matthew 28:6, John 3:16, and Romans 5:8 to underscore the spiritual significance of Easter, emphasizing the hope and promise it brings through the power of resurrection and God's unconditional love.

Chief Onuokaibe, however, encouraged everyone to hold onto the hope and promise of Easter, acknowledging the ever-present love and grace of God in their lives.

He also extended warm wishes for a blessed and meaningful Easter celebration to Christians worldwide and the good people of Mburubu community in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The statement reads "
"EASTER MESSAGE TO CHRISTIANS ALL OVER THE WORLD AS WELL AS THE GOOD PEOPLE OF MBURUBU COMMUNITY IN NKANU EAST LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF ENUGU STATE."

As we celebrate Easter this year, let us take a moment to reflect deeply on the life and sacrifices of our Lord Jesus Christ. Easter is not just a time for festivities and joyous gatherings; it is a solemn reminder of the immense love and selflessness demonstrated by Jesus through His crucifixion and resurrection. In this season of renewal and rebirth, let us emulate His compassion, forgiveness, and unwavering faith.

The essence of Easter lies not only in commemorating historical events but also in applying the teachings of Christ to our daily lives. Just as He sacrificed Himself for the salvation of humanity, let us strive to be selfless in our actions, showing love and kindness to those around us. This period serves as a poignant reminder that through faith and perseverance, we can overcome any challenges that come our way.

In the spirit of Easter, I urge the people of Mburubu to come together in prayer for the betterment of our community. Let us pray for unity, peace, and prosperity, lifting each other up in times of need and rejoicing together in times of blessings. Our faith and collective efforts can bring about positive change and transformation.

Furthermore, let us not forget to pray for the administration of Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah. May our prayers guide him in making wise decisions that benefit all residents of Enugu State. Together, we can support our leaders and work towards a brighter future for our beloved state.

During this Easter season, let us remember the words of Matthew 28:6, "He is not here; he has risen!" This declaration reminds us of the power of resurrection and the hope it brings. John 3:16 emphasizes the depth of God's love, stating, "for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." And Romans 5:8 beautifully expresses God's love for us, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

However , let us hold onto the hope and promise of Easter, knowing that God's love and grace are ever-present in our lives. Wishing you all a blessed and meaningful Easter celebration.

Yours sincerely,

Chief Jerry Patrick Onuokaibe

Politics / Disquiet Over Tinubu’s Appointments by dre11(m): 7:05am On Mar 30
There is a growing feeling of unease in the polity over recent appointments by President Bola Tinubu, seen to favour his friends and political associates, at the detriment of ‘competence’, which he vowed to be the key criterion in the recruitment of his lieutenants.

Barely one month after he was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election, President Tinubu declared in a statement that neither religion nor ethnicity or other such considerations would determine appointments into his government.

“As your incoming president, I accept the task before me. There has been talk of a government of national unity. my aim is higher than that. I seek a government of national competence.

In selecting my government, I shall not be weighed down by considerations extraneous to ability and performance. The day for political gamesmanship is long gone. I shall assemble competent men, women and young people across Nigeria to build a safer, more prosperous and just Nigeria.

“There shall be young people. Women shall be prominent. Whether your faith leads you to pray in a church or mosque will not determine your place in government, character and competence will.

“To secure our nation and make it prosperous must be our top priorities. We cannot sacrifice these goals to political expediency. The whims of politics must take a backseat to the imperatives of governance,” the president said emphatically ahead of his swearing-in, while countering certain calls on him to form a government of national unity.

Contrary to that solemn promise, however, some Nigerians are raising great concerns about the tendency of the president towards the appointment of friends, family and associates to positions of authority, in some cases, without proper regard to their qualifications.

Aside from the suggested disregard for competence, some party leaders and foot soldiers who worked for the victory of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), are also raising voices of concern about being “left out” in the series of appointments President Tinubu has made so far.

Some politicians, analysts and ordinary Nigerians said the expectations the President Tinubu administration would have learned from the mistakes of his predecessors are being dashed with different rounds of appointments. Allegations of lopsidedness, which were raised against former President Muhammadu Buhari, have resurfaced.

Some names that have come up when the allegation of cronyism against the president is discussed include the appointment of his daughter’s husband, Oyetunde Ojo as the Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA). Mr Tinubu’s daughter, Folashade Tinubu Ojo, is the Iyaloja of Lagos.

Also mentioned is the appointment of the daughter of Chief Bisi Akande, Temitope Ilori, as the Director-General of the National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA), as well as the appointment of Umar Abdullahi Ganduje as the Executive Director, Technical Services, Rural Electrification Agency (REA). Umar is the son of Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the national chairman of the APC.

Other appointments that have raised eyebrows in recent times include that of Olufemi Akinyelure as Head of Project Management Unit, Nigeria Electrification Project. Olufemi is the son of Chief Pius Akinyelure, who Tinubu earlier appointed as the non-executive board chairman of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).

The president also appointed Muhammad Abu Ibrahim, the son of his political associate, Senator Abu Ibrahim, as the Executive Secretary of the National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF).

Aside from this, observers have also raised questions over the vetting process adopted in some of the appointments, which the president had to withdraw after backlash. Such include the withdrawal of the nomination of Imam Kashim Ibrahim Imam, 24, as the chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA) after Nigerians raised concerns over his age. Also included is the withdrawal of the nomination of Dr Maryam Shettima (Shetty), 44, as a minister, with the APC national chairman, Ganduje, explaining that the president was ‘misled’ into nominating her.

APC members worried, promises of patronage yet to be fulfilled

Top APC stalwarts and foot soldiers have expressed grave concerns over the president’s various appointments. The party stakeholders are reported to be unhappy with Tinubu’s style of appointment since he became president, with many of them worrying why only a few individuals have been benefitting the most from the appointments already made, while others worry over why he was yet to make a wholesome appointment into boards of agencies and parastatals.

Credible sources familiar with the development also lamented the delay in fulfilling promises of political patronage at the centre.

According to a senior party leader who asked not to be named, the president’s 2027 ambition might be in jeopardy since he is now seen as a man perceived to be running a “one-man show” in Abuja and does not care about party members from states he got votes from.

“Most of those who showed unwavering loyalty to him with the hope that their supporters would be rewarded with federal appointments are disappointed,” the source said.

Another source familiar with the workings around the presidency said, “The president had asked governors to submit names for chief executive officers of agencies, which they did, but he failed to act on those names till date.

“Instead, he has gone ahead to appoint his people into those agencies, including those that governors nominated party members to fill and CVs attached to them. Look at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and other agencies recently announced. Certain names were pencilled earlier, but when the announcements were made, different names emerged.”

Another source who pleaded anonymity told this paper that the idea of governors submitting names was to correct the alleged infractions noticed in ministerial positions and other previous appointments by those people the president trusted.

“It is now evident to those governors and other stakeholders that the president has dumped the list he asked them to submit as it is now obvious that he is running a one-man government with his kinsmen from Lagos and Osun,” he lamented.

According to the source, it is important that, as things stand, President Tinubu learn from the mistakes of former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.

“2027 is at hand, and we are patiently waiting to see who the president will run to. Nigerians don’t forget easily. Jonathan’s treatment may befall Tinubu in 2027 if he doesn’t quickly address this lopsidedness and cronyism. The governors are angry and disappointed. The president needs to do the right thing,” he added.

Another stalwart of the APC said most of them were crying out, not only because the appointments were favouring the president’s close friends and associates alone, but even those that are not members of the party have been benefitting more from the government.

The stakeholders complained about the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike getting about eight federal appointments already for his Rivers Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members while most APC stakeholders have been excluded.

It was gathered that in the list the president commissioned to be compiled and approved, the Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA) was listed for Kebbi but was later given to Rivers through Wike. Dr Dakorinama Alabo George, who was announced as the new director-general of the agency on March 14, was in charge of the multiple construction projects executed by Wike for the eight years he was the governor of Rivers State.

Aside from this, some of the leaders of the APC in the FCT recently held a protest to challenge the recent appointments by Wike, which they said favoured PDP members from Rivers above them.

About eight months ago, some stakeholders of the APC in the South West geopolitical zone asked President Tinubu to be wary of a seeming hijack of all appointments meant for the zone by Lagos politicians in the party.

The stakeholders, under the aegis of South West APC Support Groups (SASG), alleged that states in the zone were being sidelined in the appointment of presidential aides announced, as only the ‘Lagos boys’ were snatching the slots.

In a statement signed by its national coordinator, Otunba Dele Fulani, the SASG expressed worry that the trend might be extended to ministerial and board appointments for ministries, departments and agencies if not addressed immediately.

In the statement titled, “Dangers of ‘Lagosizing’ South West,” the South West stakeholders cited the case of the 20 aides that were in the earliest appointments by the president, saying at least 13 of them are Lagos-based politicians.

‘Nothing abnormal in president’s appointments’

Reacting, Bayo Onanuga, the president’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, told Daily Trust Saturday that there was nothing unusual in the appointments made by the president so far, insisting that as long as those appointed have the needed competence, Nigerians should not make mountains out of molehills.

He said that all over the world, leaders are known to appoint people they know and trust enough to add value to their administration, citing examples of President John F. Kennedy and President Donald Trump, both of the United States.

“This is not abnormal. It is done everywhere in the world. In the United States, President Kennedy appointed his younger brother as attorney-general; recently, President Donald Trump appointed his son-in-law; and even this week in Kano State, alluding to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf’s appointment of the elder son of his political godfather and the leader of the Kwankwasiyya Movement, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, as a commissioner in his cabinet.”

“If they are qualified, I don’t see any issue. The emphasis should be on their qualifications,” he added.

On the allegation that APC stalwarts and foot soldiers are being left out of the appointments, and that the presidential approved list had been hijacked, Onanuga said, “No information on that.”

He, however, added that more appointments were on the way, stressing that there are over 7,000 federal positions to be filled by appointments and less than 1,000 have been announced.

“Many appointments will still be made in due course,” he said, adding that there was absolutely no reason to create an issue where there is none.

Like Buhari, like Tinubu?

It would be recalled that similar concerns were raised during the Buhari administration, with Nigerians accusing the then president and his close associates of cronyism.

Among many other such appointments that favoured friends, family and associates, people cited the choice of Muhammad, the son of Buhari’s friend, Malam Musa Bello from Adamawa State, as the minister of FCT; the appointment of Ahmad Salihijo Ahmad, son of the former president’s ally, when he (Buhari) chaired the Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund (PTF), as Managing Director of the REA; and the selection of his brother-in-law, Dr Mahmood Halilu Ahmed, as Managing Director of the Nigeria Security Printing and Minting (NSPM) Plc.

Religion / Make Peace With The Creator Of All Things And Your Own Creator by ochibuogwu5: 8:12am On Mar 29
No human being can be at peace with creation *without first having peace with the Creator of all Creation*

Return to your creator by repenting right now in your heart and mouth then believe in Jesus Christ Crucified; who is the son of God(the Creator) and the *only means/route to have peace with the Creator of all Creation*

Repent and believe in Jesus Christ Crucified now for the forgiveness of your sin, yes every human being is a sinner because the first human being and our first parent(Adam and Eve) sinned against God therefore every human being was in the loins of Adam when he sinned thus *every human being sinned against God* but God did not give up on us rather He sent His only begotten and beloved son; Jesus Christ to *suffer the punishment and just requirements of all our sin*

Now, any human being who *personally responds to the grace of the gospel of Jesus Christ Crucified* by repenting (agreeing with the judgment of God's justice for all human being in the sin of Adam that he/she is a sinner through the sin of Adam) and believing in Jesus (that Jesus Christ Crucified; who is the son of God died for his/her sin on the Cross and rose from the dead after 3-days then gave him/her His eternal life/new creation life) then he/she has *received Salvation/Jesus* and can now begin to live a life submitted every fresh second by faith to *the personal manifestation of Jesus lifestyle being lead by the Holy Spirit and the written word of God which is contained completely in the holy bible*

You can start now by saying this prayers with sincerity(saying what you mean and meaning what you are saying):

"God my Creator, I accept that I am a sinner by the sin of Adam and my personal sins, I repent of all sin and believe in Jesus Your son now as my own personal Lord and Saviour, wash me with His precious blood and fill me with Your Holy Spirit, give me hunger for your written word in the holy bible, give me accurate understanding and interpretation of your word even as You sustain and grow this new life within me unto full maturity in Christ in Jesus name. Amen."

Congratulations!!!
As you have become a member of the family of God, a son of God and a co-heir with Jesus in the kingdom of His Father and God!!!

You can join any fellowship close to you where Jesus Christ Crucified is preached from the holy bible alone *as the only son of God and only means of human salvation*

You can get a hardcopy bible or bible app then start reading it, to know Jesus whom you have received within your whole being (spirit, soul, body and circumstances) *more clearly and intimately*

Before you open the holy bible to read, you need to ask the Holy Spirit who prompted human beings to write every word in it for human beings to relate effectively with HIM(Our Creator) and other creation thus you might use this line of prayers before you start reading any bible passage: "Holy Spirit, please mix your word written in this holy bible with fresh faith as I study it now and every other time, I study or come across it (in my thoughts or written anywhere) in Jesus name. Amen."

I will advise you to start with the gospel accounts (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) so that you will get direct words of Jesus. This is because *everything written in the whole bible from Genesis to Revelation* has *only 1 accurate interpretation* and that is *Jesus Christ Crucified*(John 5:39). Jesus is the *only person who pleased God while having a human body hence He is the only perfect model and example for a relationship with God that is perfect and pleasing to God* in the human body thus
Matthew 3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, *This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased.*

Matthew 17:5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, *This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.*

It will be advisable for you to start with the gospel account according to St. John,
I will advise you to start by taking 5-verses *per study* like John 1:1-5 at your first study.

Read repeatedly, read aloud to yourself in a place that is less-noisy;
Ask yourself questions like;
What is the Holy Spirit trying to teach me about Jesus in this passage?

How can I allow Jesus now dwelling within me to manifest this character in my daily activities as I take care of myself and attend to my daily routine?

Whatever flows from within your thoughts as answers, write them down on a notebook (bible studies notebook)

pray with them, asking the Holy Spirit to help you believe the word that you have read and manifest them accurately.

If your spirit convinces you to discuss more on how to study the Holy bible and hear God's voice for your own personal life and apply them. You can drop chats in my inbox. By God's mercy and grace, the Holy Spirit will help us to study, learn, apply and grow together.

Great Grace!!!
Religion / 7 Words On The Cross by Sunreb(m): 7:41am On Mar 29
*7 WORDS ON THE CROSS*

*EVERY OF YOUR CALVARY EXPERIENCE SHALL TURN TO CELEBRATION IN THE NAME OF JESUS!*

Jesus’ life on the cross shows us His sacrificial and suffering towards the end of His ministry on earth.

To really understand the kind of life Jesus lived on the Cross, I will like to call your attention to the seven Words of Jesus Christ on the Cross that can help you to live your life according to God’s will.

As you are going along with this message, the Holy Spirit will open your eyes to see those things you need to live your life indeed and help you to pray for their manifestation.

Here are the seven Words of Jesus on the Cross:

“FATHER FORGIVE THEM for THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING” (LUKKE 23:34)

According to the statement above, Jesus understood that the Jewish people does not understand what they were doing, because if they knew what they were doing they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

The knowledge of Jesus about their foolishness made Jesus prayed for their forgiveness because He knew they were not in their right mind.

Lesson: for you to forgive others, you must see them as those who do not understand what they were doing (you must accept others the way they are) no matter what they do to you.

Then, believe the Word of God, which says “All things work together for good for those who love the Lord” Romans 8:28.

Prayer: God give me understanding to obey the law of forgiveness in Jesus’ name.

Prayer: I destroy every force against right living in the name of Jesus. Romans 7:14-25.

“VERILY I SAY UNTO YOU, TODAY SHALL THOU BE WITH ME IN PARADISE” (LUKE 23:43)

The event that led to the above statement was the case of the two thieves crucified with Christ. One of the thieves mocked Christ and the other rebuked him (the one who mocked Christ) and told his partner the truth he knew about Jesus Christ: “That Jesus has done nothing wrong.”

He confessed his sins and finally prayed that Jesus should remember him in His kingdom. Luke 23:39-42.

Lesson: You must realize your sins, confess them, and pray to God for forgiveness.

Prayer: O God, help me to know the truth and let the truth set me free from the power of sin. John 8:32.

“WOMAN BEHOLD YOUR son AND son BEHOLD YOUR MOTHER” (JOHN 19:26-27)

The statement above shows us two things.

First, Jesus comforted his mother by pointing to John- the beloved (one of the Apostles) as her son.

Second, Jesus committed the welfare of his mother to John the beloved.

Lesson: You must be a comforter to people around you, and find means of caring for them.

Prayer: God, empower me to meet the needs of the needy in Jesus’ name.

my GOD, my GOD, WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME?” (MATTHEW 27: 46)

Darkness covered Jesus Christ to the point He felt rejected by God and he shouted “my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”

Lesson: Do not hide your feeling, express it, and let God know what you are passing through in any situation.

Prayer: God of light take me out from any form of darkness that enemy has used to cover my life in the name of Jesus.

“I AM THIRSTY” (JOHN 19:28)

Jesus Christ is the source of the living water, but was still thirsty because of our salvation.

He was given wine vinegar instead of water because of you.

my reader, what do you want to give Him? Think of it.

Lesson: God needs your life and more of your dedication to Him.

Prayer: God, do not allow the suffering of Jesus to be in vain over my life.

“IT IS FINISHED” (JOHN19:30)

The word uttered by Jesus here, is telling us about the fulfillment of the work of redemption that Christ came to do on earth.

This short statement “It is finished” opened the door of salvation for human race.

This statement shows that Jesus Christ was ready to die because He has fulfilled His purpose on Earth.

Let me tell you that you are only qualify to die when you have fulfilled your purpose on Earth.

This statement also means end has come to His sufferings and to any damage man could do to Him.

To us, this statement means end has come to problem, sickness, and poverty in our lives.

In our land it means end has come to hardship and others challenges battling with our nation.

Lesson: You must try to complete the assignment given to you by God.

Prayer: Heavenly father, let the work of salvation be perfected in me, in the name of Jesus.

Prayer: I receive the grace of God to complete my assignment on earth in the name of Jesus.

Prayer: I declare that premature death is not my portion, I will be alive to fulfill God's purpose in the name of Jesus.

Prayer: I declare that end has come to hardship and evil activities in our land in the name of Jesus.

“FATHER IN YOUR HANDS I COMMIT my SPIRIT” (LUKE 23:46)

Jesus knew that His spirit must return to God, because he knew the sure safety in God.

Lesson: You must value your spirit and commit it to godly things that will keep it to eternity.

Prayer: In the name of Jesus, deliver my spirit from every evil I have committed it to.

With the seven Words of Christ on the cross I have shared with you; I believe you have seen the kind of life Christ lived compared with the one you are living now.

Apostle Paul says, “The preaching of the cross to those who are perishing is foolishness but to us who are being saved it is the power of God” – Corinthians 1:18.

As you are celebrating Easter Festival, I enjoin you to consider the suffering of Jesus on the cross for your salvation by confessing your sins and giving your life to Jesus and accept Him as your Lord and saviour if you have not done so.

To us who have already known Christ let us see this message as one of the ingredients to continue in our Christian living.

Happy Easter to you all in Jesus’ name

Thank you.

Religion / The Power Of God's Word by FrankB1: 5:28am On Mar 28
Hebrews 4:12 says, for the word of God is quick(alive), and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. When God releases the word He releases the power. And the natural/physical realm can't resist the power of the word, you see that in Genesis chapter 1. Everything God said He saw because when He said He released the power. And when you understand that the word of God can do whatever it says and it will do whatever it says for you when you release your faith in it. Take Mary for instance, when the angel came to her and told her that she was going to have a child that had already been spoken by Isaiah hundreds of years before in Isaiah 7:14 when he said that a virgin shall conceive and have a son. And Mary spoke out her faith when she said, "Be it unto me according to thy word." And we know that because in Luke 1:45 Elisabeth said, "Blessed is she that believed : for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord. Didn't Jesus say in Mark 11:23 for verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

And notice in John 1:14 it calls Jesus the word made flesh. In other words the word that is spiritual is capable of becoming physical, that's when you receive it physically/that's when it manifests. 1 John 1:1,2 That which was from the beginning(in the beginning was the word), which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2 (for the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto uswink. Notice, what the scripture says about faith in Hebrew 11:1, that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Where does the faith come from, the word of God (it's in the word that comes out of God's mouth). That's what Romans 10:8 says, But what saith it? THE WORD IS NIGH THEE, EVEN IN THY MOUTH, AND IN THY HEART: that is, the word of faith, which we preach. So when you are hearing the word you are hearing faith. That's how his faith is transferred into you by hearing, that's how faith comes. Rom. 10:17 says, So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. So, when the word enters your heart/spirit faith enters your heart and when you speak now what's in your heart(the faith) is released out. And when that happens Jesus said in Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

So when your mouth speaks out of the abundance of your heart you will see outside what you have inside. Didn't Jesus say in Mark 4 that the word is seed and the spirit of man is like soil. So, the word that goes inside is the word that you should see on the outside. Every seed contains something. The Holy Spirit said it's just like when a woman conceives God has made it that the body is designed that once conception takes place growth takes place and the life that's on the inside will be seen on the outside. In fact the inside is working to get what's inside outside to the point where you can't stop it, that baby is coming out. So likewise, there is spiritual conception once the word is conceived in your spirit, when the word and your spirit comes together a growth process begins and the life in the word on the inside of you starts making it's way to the outside. The word is alive, the word has life and we know from Genesis that everything that has life has the ability to produce after it's kind. Notice, in Isaiah 55:11 God said that his word would not return to him void(empty, without fruit) but it shall accomplish that which He pleases. How does his word return to him when you speak it. So, the word when it comes out of your mouth will accomplish. That's because God gave man dominion so those with the authority has to be the one speaking it. Notice, in Genesis 17:4,5 God told Abram that He had made him a father of many nations, but when God said that Romans 4:19 says that his body was dead and his wifes womb was dead.

So, what did God do? He changed their names from Abram-high father to Abraham-father of a great multitude and from Saria-my princess to Sarah-Princess of nations. He got them to speak in line with his word and that word accomplished, How did that happen by their speech and their faith. Romans 4:20 says that Abraham was strong in faith and Hebrews 11:11 says, that by faith Sarah received strength to conceive. Notice, the change came when they put the word in their mouths. The word even says that the word of God in your mouth is medicine to your flesh as in Proverbs 12:18, But the tongue(words) of the wise is health(medicine, remedy, healing, and cure). That word health you also see in Proverbs 4:20-22 my son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. When you speak the word and that word gets in you it will change your body. Like Abraham and Sarah they went from having bodies that were dead and could not have a child to having bodies alive that brought forth a child even in old age for she was past child bearing age. Notice, in Romans 3:3,4, Let God be true, but every man a liar. God speaks truth, but man speaks facts. What's the difference? Fact is basically something that exists, or is present in reality. Hence, these are things that can be seen visually, and these are the things that can actually be verified. It is not just something that you believe, but rather these are more or less the things that can be observed empirically, or by the senses. So, facts can be seen and heard, as well as proven by the other senses.

But truth can be described as the true state of a certain matter. Like in 2 Kings 6:13-17 when the king of Syria sent his army to capture the man of God Elisha. And by night they surrounded the city and when the man of God servant saw them he paniced saying, "Alas, my master! how shall we do" and the man of God answered, "Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them." Notice, looking at it physically there were only 2 of them standing there against hundreds if not thousands. But, then the man of God prayed, "Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see." And the Lord opened his eyes and he saw the mountain covered with chariots and horses of fire around Elisha. What did the young man see first, the fact(what he saw with his senses). But, after the man of God prayed what did he see, the truth(the actual state of the matter). Notice, doesn't Psalm 34:7 say, The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. The young mans focus was on the fact of the matter, but the man of God focus was on the truth of the matter. And Jesus said that the truth will make you free (John 8:32). But, free from what? Contrary facts. Which means that truth wins over facts. Notice, 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 for which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. 17 for our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 18 While we look not at the things which are seen(that's the facts), but at the things which are not seen(that's the truth): for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

A lot of times people only identify with the flesh side, but you are spirit. We need to identify with the spiritual side. The word takes you out of your flesh and into the spirit because you have to believe something your flesh has no way of verifying. Walking by faith is walking by the word. And if you are going to walk by the word you are going to have to be speaking. What did God tell Joshua in Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Notice, for him to prosper and have good success the word had to be in his mouth, because the word he got on the inside would make him prosperous on the outside. That's a lesson for us today. God works through his word Titus 1:3 says God manifests his word through preaching. Don't let that word preaching fool you, to preach simply means to proclaim, speak out, announce. God backs his word. In Joshua 23:14 when Joshua was dying it says, And, behold, this day I am going the way of all the earth: and ye know in all your hearts and in all your souls, that not one thing hath failed of all the good things which the Lord your God spake concerning you; all are come to pass unto you, and not one thing hath failed thereof. Not one thing failed. Well, God said I am the Lord I change not. And John 1:1 says, God and his word are one. If his word was good then it's good now. If it didn't fail then it will not fail now.

CHAPTER SEVEN

Fighting Temptation

"Blood of Jesus! Blood of Jesus! Kelsey! my children will not dies in the mighty of Jesus,"

Drenched in sweat and with a racing heart, she woke up disoriented from the nightmare, unsure of where she was or what was real," my God! my second son is alive"

She had just woken up from a nightmare. Her eyes were completely open and able to move, but she couldn't move any other part of her body. for all intents and purposes, she was awake. All of a sudden as she was paralyzed, she saw a large, black, ghostly figure through her closed closet doors. He passes through the closed doors and quickly approaches her bedside. At this point she was terrified, wishing for it to be over and having absolutely no control over the situation. for fifteen seconds, the vision of the ghost zooms in and out as her head and heart were pounding in sync with the movement of the apparition. Finally, just as quickly as it began, the shadowy figure faded out of existence and she regained control of her body.

"Sarah!!!" A quivering voice became apparent.

She realize that she was essentially awake through this whole episode as she didn't have to open her eyes after it was all done.

"Sarah!!! What's wrong with you?!" It was grandaunt Annabel who was calling her," I heard your screams. What's wrong?" She asked.

Her wavery panting kept echoing as she managed to open her mouth," my children, uncle Frank wants to harm my twin boys!" She quivered.

"Twin boys?! What twin boys?! You have a son and not twin boys!" Aunt Annabel probed.

"I had two twin boys that night," She outted," Uncle Frank sold one of the boys, threatening to throw me out of his house if I had refused the offer. " Streams of tears flowed continuously on her cheeks.

"What?! Wait! You mean to tell me that you had twin babies the night you put to birth?! A set of twins," Aunty Annabel asked in disbelief," Holy Mary, for good seventeen years now. "

my mum couldn't let out more words as she was dumbfounded in shock.

"Frank, you will never change. " Aunt Annabel queried.

"He's threatening to kill my sons," She said," The worse of it all is that I don't even know who he sold the baby to and Mark hasn't call neither is he bothered about me and the children I had for him. " my mother paused.

"It will be difficult to locate Mark since you have not been to his house here in Lagos before your departure. Another thing is that,he must be married with children by now,so I don't think it's a good idea to start looking for him after seventeen years. " Aunty Annabel suggested," The only thing we can do right now is to pray for the children that nothing happens to them. Tomorrow morning, I will take you to my prophet. He will tell what to do about this. " She said.

"Okay aunty. " Mum replied.

Same night,04:30AM at the river.

The cloudy night let through a river of starlit sky, as if the heavens had cracked open the storm. The strange girl had returned to the river to report her mission with Neon, back to the river goddess," I met with the older twin few hours ago. He's name is Neon and he's in the same university with his twin brother,Kelsey," The strange girl stretched out her hands towards the flowing river," They are yet to discover that they are brothers, even though they are both in the same room 2-2-4." She said.

Religion / You Need Relationship With God, Not Lengthy Prayers!. by Porksupplyib: 2:30pm On Mar 27
Many attimes, I see many Christian heads hammer so much on the need to pray pray pray and pray! They preach on how long a Christian should pray and so and so forth.

Christians jump From one prayer house to another, One prayer vigil to the next, all in search of answers to a certain need or desire. All these are nothing short of spiritual gymnastics. Many will bear no result.

Many of us play to the gallery, desperately wanting to be seen or noted as a serious Christian by others. All of these is vanity.

It is true that a good prayer life is important to us as christians, but what is even more important is for us to have a real relationship with God.

Let us liken our relationship with God to that of an earthly father and his son.
It is the son who obeys the father, pleases the father and honours and loves him, that the father will feel compulsorily compelled to be there for him whenever he calls.
If you are a disobedient and rude child, that only approaches the father whenever u need something from him, you can be rest assured that your request would be declined most times.

This very same analogy applies to our relationship with God. Most christians want to live their own lives, enjoy their sinful lifestyle, but still expect God to answer their every prayer just because they went for 7night vigils within a month and prayed all night long.

God cannot be mocked!

Even those who serve other gods know how to obey their gods and do things that please him before requesting a thing from him. They know that failure to do the wish of their gods will bring dire consequences. Thus, they are diligent.

But, we christians feel we can deceive God with our few hours of crocodile tears and wailings in prayer.

It is written; "The prayer of a sinner is an abomination unto God."

Yes, God is merciful and kind, but stop taking his Mercy for granted. Work on your relationship with him and you will have peace in prayer.

Having a good relationship with God encompass loving, honouring and obeying God's will. It involves studying his word and PRACTICING it.
I have put a huge emphasis on "practicing", because It is not just about reading the word of God or knowing the will of God, if you will not do as he commands.

I pray that as we all take a step to do the right thing, God will help and strengthen us through his holy spirit in Jesus name .

God bless you.
Religion / What The Bible Says About Generosity by 4Toluilori(m): 8:24am On Mar 27
Generosity is the quality of being kind and unselfish, especially as it pertains to sharing money and other valuables with others. The Bible has a lot to say about generosity as a desirable character trait. Proverbs 22:9 says, “The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.” God is generous, and He expects us to follow His example.

God’s generosity is evidenced all around us. God created this planet that is specially suited to sustain us and provide for our needs and pleasures. He supplies us with color, light, sound, air, and the ability to taste and enjoy, hear and appreciate, touch and be satisfied. Above all, God demonstrated His generosity when He offered His son as a sacrifice to atone for our sin. In the face of such generosity, we can only say, “Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!” (2 Corinthians 9:15). The gift of Jesus to sinful mankind was the ultimate act of generosity.

As we have been forgiven, we are to forgive (Ephesians 4:32). And as we see God being generous, we are to be generous. Generosity can be manifested in many ways. We can give of our time, our material resources, our hospitality, and our friendship. The Bible teaches the general principle that those who are generous will find favor: “One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly but comes to poverty. A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. People curse the one who hoards grain, but they pray God’s blessing on the one who is willing to sell” (Proverbs 11:24–26). God’s Word is clear that the generous are remembered and rewarded, whether in this life or the next.

God challenges us to be generous because He wants us to receive the blessing that comes from it. Jesus said, “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. for with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” (Luke 6:38). This promise is a reflection of the truth of 2 Chronicles 16:9 that “the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him.”

We should show generosity to everyone, as we have opportunity: “Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you” (Matthew 5:42). Former thieves must leave their past life behind and “work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need” (Ephesians 4:28). The rich should “be generous and willing to share” (1 Timothy 6:18).

In our generosity, we are not to expect repayment in kind. Our reward will come from the Lord, in His way and in His time. We are to show generosity even to our enemies: “If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. . . . If you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? . . . But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked” (Luke 6:29, 34–35).

God is seeking people who will reflect His character and model His generosity. He delights to bless them and show Himself strong on their behalf. In 2 Corinthians 9:6–15, Paul exhorts the church to be generous in their giving to the Lord’s work. And he praises the Philippians for being so generous to him, adding that it is not for himself that he rejoices but for them—they will be blessed because of their gift (Philippians 4:17). We can apply these encouragements to our own lives and strive to be generous and wise with everything God has entrusted to us. Amen.
Politics / Kumuyi In Taraba: Reminiscing On Our Childhood Pastors- By Emmanuel Bello by Abel7777: 12:46pm On Mar 25
The General Overseer of the Deeper Life church would be in Wukari, Taraba state, this week. for those of us who devoted a chunk of our childhood to this ministry, his advent also brings back memories of the pastors who shaped our lives. These were ordinary men who deposited extraordinary virtues and values in us. What they taught us through the Word and personal examples have remained with us to date. They were the first moulders of our character, even as our biological parents watched in horror the "radicalisation" of their wards. Though teenagers then, we were actually the moral compasses of our homes, often preaching to our parents and elders to repent or go to hell fire! Such was the zeal and fiery passion.

Parents and guardians were shocked at our boldness and revolutionary change in lifestyle. Imagine your 13 year old always quoting and preaching the Bible while reminding you that almost everything you did was a sin. Some of our parents were glad for the change of ways or our fanaticism. At least they won't have to bother about us joining the wrong peer gangs. We were already the Jesus gang in town, and our ring leaders were the pastors dutifully who led us.

Today, we are proud product of those pastors' resilience and affection. I therefore pay glowing tributes to pastors Dickson, Isaiah Njamashi, Francis Azubuike, and Pastor Mukailu Aru. Brother John Ige, who was a Corp member then, also impacted our lives in more ways than one. Ige is still in Wukari and raising great men and women through his schools. On his part, Francis Azubuike was the gentle Rabbi who drew us close as a family. His room was our sanctuary, where we would huddle together to pray, listen to good (Christian)music, and learn more about deep subjects like sanctification and restitution. Sanctification was such a big issue back then, and it confused our young minds. The doctrine stipulates you can reach a point where you don't ever sin again. Complete Holiness was the target. Young and unbothered by the world, we all craved this experience called the Second Work of Grace after one had first been born again. The third level was being baptized in the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. Holiness, on its own, was to reflect in all you do: from the way you talked to the way you even walked. As kids, WF Kumuyi naturally became the symbol for those experiences. Consequently, some of us started talking and dressing like him. The simplicity has followed us to this day. Invariably, the pastors also became miniature Kumuyis.

Enter Pastor Mukailu! Pastor Mukailu Aru perhaps had the greatest impact on us. Fatherly, friendly and exemplary, he was a pastors pastor - the very model of what a shepherd should be like. An ex service man, Mukailu, entered Wukari with the might of a soldier and the skills of an orator. His sermons were fiery but balanced. He noticed my love for reading and allowed me to his book shelves with some great collections. The books of CH Spurgeon were fantastic. Spurgeon was called the Prince of Preachers because of his emphasis on hermeneutics. And if his JohnPlowmann Talk series doesn't instill wisdom in you, nothing else would. Pastor Mukailu was a voracious scholar, too, and no wonder David his son took after him as a literature professor!

In Wukari, too, Brother Nuhu stood out as the paragon of the holiness doctrine. We were awed by his deep spiritual life that made him look like a monk. A man who hardly talks, his quiet demeanor added to his mystique. He will sometimes weep on the pulpit when speaking of the punishment of hell fire. He would be locked in his room for hours praying. His brother Daniel was a direct opposite of Nuhu. Boisterous and outspoken, Nuhu was the no-nonsense radical for Jesus. His flawless hausa and English made him the ultimate translator for sermons. He always added a comic bit to his craft, too. He came late, one Saturday, to our weekly workers meeting. Pastor Mukailu asked him why he was late, and Daniel matter of factly replied that he was watching football. Mukailu then angrily asked him to leave the meeting and concentrate on watching football. Daniel promptly complied almost with a glee while some of us secretly chuckled. More clashes between pastors and parishioners were to follow, with some even going all the way to Yola for the Regional Overseer Pastor Abraham Akinwusi to settle. And we kids were witnesses to it all as we watched spiritual dramas unfolding before us. Church politics came to us too early. And we learned the hard way.

Religion / Prayers works with good deeds by IAmHim1: 11:57am On Mar 24
There's primarily three reasons why your prayers don't get answered by God

1) it isn't the time yet. You haven't learned the lesson life has been trying to teach you so you will keep experiencing the same problems over and over again till you learn

2) You're not praying properly. The loudest prayer is the weakest prayer

3) Answered prayers works with deeds, good or bad deeds

Of these three reasons outlined, I will expand on no. 3 this morning

Answered Prayers Works With Deeds, Good or Bad:
PRAYER WORKS WITH GOOD DEEDS

1) A murderer can't pray for long life and get answers.

2) A stingy person can't pray to God for destiny helpers and receive answers

3) A back biter/gossiper can't pray to God for trustworthy friends. You were comfortable with leaking people's secrets so you as a back biter will keep attracting friends that are comfortable leaking your own secrets too till you realize the errors of your ways. Like attracts like. The spiritual laws are just

4) A girl who commits abortions easily like breathing CANT pray to God for children that will love and respect her as their mother. If she loved the other children she was given, she wouldn't have aborted them.

Little wonder why you see SOME women with children who have no iota of respect for them. It's just life paying some mother's back. Same also goes for men who encourage and support abortion. You just might end up with children that won't love you as their father. If you had loved the children God gave you, you NEVER WOULD HAVE aborted them. It's because you didn't love the children that you aborted them. So you might end up with children that won't love you when you finally decide to become parents. What you sow is what you reap. You gotta be heaven to see heaven

5) You cheat people in business transactions at any opportunity you get. You can't pray to have honest employees who won't cheat you also and get answered prayers

6) Any man or woman who doesn't obey his or her Boss or Superior authority cannot pray to be respected by their subordinate when they themselves become boss. You just might end up with employees who won't have any true obedience to you as a leader apart from the fact they get their pay check from you. Nothing more.

Now that you know this secret information, how can you use it in your personal life.

1) You are a programmer praying to God to understand how that algorithm works. But ask yourself, have you ever taught someone for free before. I mean, have you taught someone without demanding for one penny. Teach someone without being rude or condescending

Remember patience is a virtue but what important about patience is not just waiting BUT HOW YOU BEHAVE WHILE WAITING. some can appear to wait patiently but in their mind, their grudging and cursing that they are being made to wait for hours.

The Universe is ever giving and ever free. if 20,000 Big tractors were placed on earth, the weight of the earth wouldnt change because the materials used to make the tractors came from the earth itself. Everything you want and pray for is already in one state or another. Refer back to The Best Things in Life Comes Free https://www.nairaland.com/8001213/best-things-life-comes-free

If you don't teach for free, how then so you expect to get from the universe for free. That's why some keep jumping from paid course to paid courses before they get that information they need while some just go online and find that precious information they need in a free telegram group. Your light bulb moment right there

The universe is ever accommodating. It makes room for different sect of people. The stingy ones and the freely giving. The loyal ones and the betrayers. The universe then pairs the stingy ones with one another and the loyal ones with one another.

You doubtiing me right. Okay. Look at your friend. What's that quality about your friend that you like OR HATE. Now look deeply into your self. Isn't such a quality in you too. you friend slept with your girlfriend. WOULDN'T YOU HAVE DONE SAME TOO. search your heart. Search yourself. That's why that betrayer friend was given to you so that you could learn the pains of betrayal but sadly enough, most don't learn the lesson from their experience

You have that information on how to migrate to a dream country but you refuse to share with anyone and charge exhorbitant prices for knowledge you probably might have gotten for free forgetting that the graveyard is filled with the richest and smartest of dead individuals

You are good at mathematics but when someone comes to you to help them understand that equation they are having problems with, you turn them away. lolzzzz. But guess what. You yourself are also praying to understand another complex formula yourself. Why not genuinuely help someone understand his or her problems so the Universe which is ever giving can make you understand yoir problems too and derive solutions yourself

Now dont get me wrong. Im not saying dont make money with your knowledge and time but instead, learn how the spiritual works and use it to your advantage. The spiritual controls the physical just like the minutes hand controls the hours and ghe seconds controls the minutes hand. THE SPIRITUAL CONTROLS THE PHYSICAL. that new year resolution you made about earning 6 figure Salary may not come to pass if the spiritual don't deem it fit for you to receive it. Nothing is random in this life as you have thought in the past. If not you would have been born to Canadian parents and I would have been born a girl. Another light bulb moment there. That's two now. Lolzzzzz.

Learn to give information for free to that friend or stranger without expecting anything in return from them and when you pray for knowledge and information, it will come to you surprisingly at no cost

LEARN FROM BIBLICAL KING DAVID

David had just received a prophecy from a prophet concerning the death of his child as a consequence for killing Uriah and marrying his widow.

Since he killed a husband and made a wife suffer the pain of loss of loved one, David had to lose his child to experience the pain of loss he put someone else through. It was only by God mercy that his life wasn't taken as a consequence for purposely killing a man whose guilt was having beautiful wife, but instead, the life of his son was substituted for his.

David PRAYED and fasted and wore sack clothes and showed all forms of remorse after killing someones loved one but guess what happened regardless.
HIS son, his loved one, STILL DIED

PRAYERS COULDN'T SAVE DAVID AT THIS POINT BECAUSE PRAYERS WORKS WITH DEEDS.

One Love People.

Celebrities / Abosede Aloba: Mohbad’s Mother Opens Up On Late Son, Ex-Husband, Naira Marley by Omihanifa: 11:30pm On Mar 23
Abosede, the mother of late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, speaks with NAOMI CHIMA about the controversies that have trailed her son’s death, as well as her relationship with her ex-husband and Mohbad’s dad, Joseph

It has been alleged that you left your former marriage when Mohbad was little because you were pregnant for another man. What actually led to the breakup of your union with his dad?

All that happened about 10 years ago (when I left Joseph, Mohbad’s dad) that they have been using to fight me is what I want to speak about. Since then, they have been fighting with me, saying that I left my children. I never left my children for 10 years. I did not drop them with anyone.

Their father, Joseph, was the one that wanted to kill me. He wanted to stab me to death, yet I still stayed. However, some people sent my parents a message, that they should come and take me away from his house, before he would kill me.

He (Joseph) is lying that he caught me cheating on him. Many people have been calling me an adulterer, because of the lies he told against me.

What really caused the issues between the both of you?

What caused the fight was that my father actually asked me not to marry him from the onset. He did not even accept our introduction. He was so adamant about not accepting our marriage. But, at that time, I was already pregnant. I had even given birth to my first child, Ibukun. Even after her birth, my dad said that she should be collected from me and brought to him so that I could come home. When I gave birth to Promise and Mohbad, my father still did not accept. He wanted my mum to collect my first child from me, so that I could come back home, but my mother refused. She did not want me to have children for more than one husband, because if I left Mohbad’s father, I would have to remarry.

She begged my dad, but he still refused. It was after I gave birth to my third child, Adura, that my father and I spoke after a long time. He came to see me at the hospital. Back then, I used to sneak to the house to see my mum, because my father must not see me. He even sent my mother out of the house, because I chose to love and marry Mohbad’s father.

Why did you eventually leave then?

Our marriage was not up to a year old when problems started. But, because my father had constantly warned me not to marry him, I could not run to him to tell him all that was happening at home. I would simply keep it to myself and bear it. I did not tell anybody about what was going on. There was no third party involved in what was going on between us. He claimed I did not take care of my children. Meanwhile, I was the one that worked hard to take care of all my children and feed them. I even worked as a housemaid (home help) just to take care of my children. I would leave Mohbad, who was still very little then, around 5:30am, and go to sell kerosene in the Mushin area of Lagos. I would only return around 8pm to breastfeed him. A girl used to take care of him for me then. I was being paid N1,500 for the work I was doing. It was from the meager amounts I made from all those jobs that I used to take care of my children. I never left them.

There have been conflicting information about the circumstances leading to Mohbad’s death. Can you give us a clearer picture of what actually happened?

I actually did not know when my child (Mohbad) died. His father did not tell me. I was in his house for 10 days shortly before he died. I ran back there when I heard that he had died. I was the one who called his father and siblings to inform them. I brought them all together. I called their father to come and see me with all the children, despite all he had done to me. I did not have the strength to fight with him, because I found happiness in my children, and because they are grown up, I brought them all together. But, their father separated us.

I believe that my son was not dead as of the time he was buried. I actually told them not to bury him, but they refused. If they had not buried him at the time he did, I believe he would have lived. Joseph is actually my problem. I believe that he buried my son before he died.

How would you describe the relationship between you and Omowunmi, Mohbad’s wife?

Omowunmi did not offend me, and I don’t have any problem with her. It was Joseph who gave her the effrontery and authority to treat me anyhow. He wanted to control me and Mohbad. He put all of us under her and elevated her above all of us. Whatever command he gave to her was what she did to us.

Omowunmi and Joseph were very close, and I could not even get between them. Whenever I visited Mohbad’s house, Joseph would tell Omowunmi to put only one meat in my food.

When did you get close to Mohbad and his family?

It was during the customary 41-day celebration for Liam (Mohbad’s son) that I went to my son’s house and saw Omowunmi.

When I got there, Omowunmi’s mum and other family members gathered and said I should not carry Liam. They said I was a witch, and that I would kill him. my mum had to go there to query them. They later forced me to bath the child. I refused initially because I felt that if anything happened to the child, they would say I killed him. I only bathed the child once. I discussed this with Mohbad, and he said that anytime I went there to bathe the child, I should call him. But, I did not go there again after the day I went with my mum.

After Mohbad’s death, I left Ikorodu and went to his house. When I got there, I asked Omowunmi what I had done to offend her. She broke down in tears and asked me to forgive her. She admitted that she knew she should have informed me about Mohbad’s death and all that had been happening earlier. She said I was very patient and tolerant. It is not like I cannot fight any of them, but I was more interested in my son’s wellbeing. It was because of my son and other children that I did not fight anyone. Mohbad loved peace, and he did not want me to fight.

Omowunmi and Joseph were friends, and it was pointless to fight any of them.

What made Mohbad’s father upset started during Liam’s christening. He said they should have the ceremony in his house. But, I insisted that it should take place in Mohbad’s house.

Mohbad actually told me not to get involved with what Omowumi and his father were fighting about, and that if I was upset, I should carry my bag and leave. I reported Omowunmi’s mum to Mohbad, as she was abusing Joseph. And, I left.

Mohbad told me, “Mum, I cannot do what my dad asked me to do for you. But, I don’t want you to be supporting him, because I know the truth. He does not want me to do anything for you”.

The major reason Joseph is having issues with Mohbad’s wife is because of my late son’s money and properties.

What kind of relationship did you have with Mohbad before he became popular?

my child never turned his back on me. He loved me, and because of that, there was no need to fight anyone.

Even though I knew that I stood to benefit the most from his wealth, I always told him to take care of his father as well. I asked him to buy a vehicle for his father. He rented a shop for me, because he said he could not be spending on his father alone, without doing the same for me. However, he later told me that his dad did not want him to rent the shop for me, and asked me to keep it (the shop) a secret between me, him and his wife. I agreed, because I saw his father as my enemy, and I wanted to handle the situation tactfully.

I used to go and check up on Mohbad in Aboru, Ipaja, Lagos, where they lived with their father before they relocated to Ikorodu. I had a cordial relationship with my son. I used to buy things for him.

After Mohbad bought the car for Joseph, he (Joseph) still collected over a million naira from him. He kept asking Mohbad for money.

There was a time you made a comment that Joseph is actually not Mohbad’s dad. Is that true?

Joseph scattered all my children. He did not want them together at all. I am not fighting Mohbad’s father. He was actually the one I had Mohbad for. But, he (Joseph) was not happy that I reunited with my son. If he asked his son for anything and he (Mohbad) did not answer on time, he would say I was the one controlling him.

It is true I said that Joseph was not Mohbad’s father, because if he were his father, I don’t think he would be behaving the way he has been doing. Is a good father who is seeking justice over his son’s death supposed to be behaving in such a manner?

I don’t want him to spoil the lives of my other children. The lives of most of the people who have been bullied on social media have been destroyed.

my son died and they were fighting with me in the name of seeking justice for him. Is that how to seek justice? They ruined everything, and still wrongfully accused the people who stood by us. Members of his (Joseph) family started querying me about why I hired a lawyer. I told them that I did not know anything about hiring a lawyer. I asked if it was possible for Mohbad’s wife to hire a lawyer for her father in law. That is a lie. It was Mohbad’s father who scattered the case. He went to see (Femi) Falana with another lawyer. Meanwhile, when Falana asked Mohbad’s father to explain what killed Mohbad, he stated that Naira Marley disciplined his child.

Did you know the friends Mohbad kept before his death?

I followed my son to some shows, so I knew some of his friends, Naira Marley, and his managers. But, I was always praying for him to be safe, because he had become very scared of travelling because of Naira Marley. He said that if he travelled, something could happen to him. He was sleeping in different places, because he could not stay in one place out of fear. Sometimes, I would go and look for him. He even stopped going to his house; he only went there once in a while. I went there once to take him away, and I took him to church. When he was sick, I followed his father to church, so we could pray for our son’s safety. But, Joseph did not like to see me around my son at all. People forced me to go and fight Joseph, but I was trying to be patient.

When he was having issues with his former record label, did he confide in you?

Mohbad actually confided in me and told me that he wanted to change his Manager.

He told me that one day, Naira Marley called him in the middle of the night, and when he got there, he (Marley) brought out something. At that moment, Mohbad was scared, and he ran to the bathroom, from where he called me. I then called my pastor, who asked us to pray. Problems started when Mohbad wanted to change his manager.

What were the steps you took as a mother to caution and advise him?

I wanted to blow it open to the public so that people would know what he was going through. But, his father was among those who stopped me from making the case known to the public. We actually had a three-day vigil for Mohbad.

After his death, his songs were widely streamed. Has Marlian Music reached out to you as regards the payment of his royalties?

I don’t know anything about royalties. Naira Marley asked him (Mohbad) to attend shows, but he was scared. He called me, and I begged him, that the show was from Sam Larry. Nobody has talked to me about his royalties.

What is your stance on the clamour by Mohbad’s dad to have a DNA test conducted on Liam?

Mohbad was advised to do the DNA for the son before he died. It was his father (Joseph) that prevented the test from being done. The child is not a bastard; he is Mohbad’s son. I don’t know why Joseph is going on about a DNA test.

Why are you of the opinion that Marlian Records had a hand in your son’s death?

Sam Larry beat Mohbad, complaining that he owed him money, but that is not true. my son confided in me.

Naira Marley beat him up one time, and he ended up in the hospital. We had to use hot water to massage his body, and he could not talk for two days because he was seriously beaten. He even developed hypertension. I want justice for my son.

I want the police to question me, Mohbad’s father, his wife, Naira Marley, Sam Larry and Prime Boy, to know who is guilty among us.

When Mohbad recovered from the sickness, Naira did not want him back in Marlian Music. He said he was spoiling their name; and Mohbad also did not want to go back. I went with the father to plead with Naira. That was the first time I went to the house. It was Joseph that was always going there.

I gave birth to Mohbad, and I knew about many things that happened to him. One of his friends, Prime Boy, was usually with him, and I told Mohbad to stay away from him. It was after my son’s death I realised that he also used to visit Naira Marley.

Also, there was a particular guy that was usually in their house. Whenever I went there, he would not greet me, and I don’t like him as well. I also used to tell Omowunmi that I did not like him. Sometimes, when I went to their house, I would meet the guy on their matrimonial bed. I asked Wunmi why he was resting on their bed, and she said he was Mohbad’s manager. I wondered why he (Mohbad) decided to hire someone from Marley’s side, if not that he was looking for death. I often told him that the guy would disclose whatever happened in his (Mohbad)’s house to Naira Marley, because whenever he left their place, he would go straight to Marley’s house.

How can I be happy over the death of my son? I went to church on Sunday for Thanksgiving, and he died on Tuesday.

Some people have claimed that your son appeared to them in dreams. Have you seen him in your dreams since he died?

I see my son every day in my dreams. He always comes to see me. I believe I will surely get justice one day, but not the way his father is going about it. I am not disappointed that my son is no more; it is the will of God. It had been written that all those behind the death of my son will die the same way too. Mohbad stood by me every time his father was fighting me. He told me that his father was always cursing me, and he could not withstand the curses. But, I told him to leave his father to God.

You said you did not want Mohbad to be buried as quickly as he was interred. Why is that?

After they exhumed his body, I thought he would be alive. I tried everything possible for him not to die.

for five days, I was on the Arakeji ‘prayer mountain’ to pray for him not to die.

Before his death, there was a prophesy that someone’s son was about to die. They asked all the mothers there to pray. I did not know that it was my own son that the prophecy pertained to. I also went to another prayer mountain, and dropped N50,000 for prayers to keep my son alive.

Before he died, he had promised me a lot of things. With the kind of glory (fame) my son died, I believed that my suffering was over. Joseph is responsible for scattering the family. I tried to take Mohbad from him, so that I could give him proper care, but couldn’t. I did not know my child would die that way.

Even after his death, I expected Joseph to join hands with me, so that we could get justice for Mohbad, but he is doing another thing entirely. I have no doubt that God will avenge him (Mohbad).

You have said that Mohbad did not know peace while alive. Could you expatiate on that?

Mohbad did not know peace throughout his lifetime. He was always going from one problem to another in the hands of Naira Marley and Sam Larry. His manager was Naira Marley’s brother, and I did not like him. Every time I went there, I always told Mohbad to stay away from him, yet he was always sleeping on Mohbad’s bed. I told Mohbad to keep away from everyone associated with Naira Marley, and should not work with them anymore. I had always been involved in my son’s life. Every curse that Naira Marley rains on me will return to him.

Did you envision that Mohbad would be popular and wealthy?

Before I gave birth to Mohbad, his father’s elder brother came to visit us, and told us that God had revealed to him that He wanted to give us a glorious child. He said the child would be very popular, and would lead us out of poverty. He added that the child would be my fighter and defendant.

Most people think God has disappointed me, because Mohbad died suddenly, but I believe God is not done with me yet.

What is your favourite Mohbad’s song that strongly reminds you of him?

I love the song, ‘Peace’, and I implore everyone to listen to it. my son was a peaceful person, who did not like trouble.

I know that I am in the midst of enemies, but God will prevail.

Do you believe that justice will eventually be served?

By the grace of God, yes. Justice for Mohbad is what I want. my son cannot die in vain.

Three days ago, I saw him (in my dream), and he promised that he would fight. People think he has given me everything. People say a lot of his things against me, but I believe those doing that, including Joseph, are not well trained for them to be saying such things about him. If they had someone like Mohbad in their families, they wouldn’t have been saying such things. If they had not buried him hastily, this whole thing wouldn’t have turned out this way.

A lot of people have enriched themselves from this, but the justice they are supposed to be fighting for has been left for me and Omowunmi to seek.

Romance / Am I Petty For Doing This? by SuperOnyi: 8:15am On Mar 21

I have always said I would grab the bull by the horns but maybe I never really did that. I told my momma to give me some time then went to the Mallam across the street to give me pills for the pain I'm about to feel as I grind harder.

I promised Dad that I will surely make him proud do today I'm writing this here just so posterity will hold me accountable. As long as I'm alive, inshallah, I'll always invest an insane amount of unhealthy hardwork.

On my Momma,
I'll do my writing consistently
Go to the bakery consistently
pray in my heart, I don't care if I'm irreligious.
Ignore the haters religiously
just like I activated my ignore button yesterday
when my cousin started ignoring me yesterday like an ungrateful bvtch.

I'm let my hate fill my oesophagus and vomit the pride I swallowed, that hate will be the fuel to keep me going even after I'm gone. I remember when this all started — when I was busting my as$ out working for Chris Naco from Anambra state to pay my school fees and getting to spend almost 4 years working for him after high school. At the end, he tried to ruin my reputation and destroy my relationship with my Mother and family! I had to leave without given a penny!

Now, I'm going to train my heart to hate him so much that I will do everything to prove him wrong and make him swallow back all the nonsense he told my mother till he chokes!

What do you think was going to happen?
When I lost direction and began to beg for job here on this forum? You thought I was going to quit? Guess what? I'm back harder like an erection and now you're gonna watch!

for all those who told me I couldn't fly without their wings, fvck you! And Chris Naco who told my mother I would end up "useless" while ignoring the fact that his son is a fvcking scammer who smokes and drinks (the same sh*ts he accused me of), I said fvck you!

for all those who saw the passion in my soul as a threat to them, get ready because that passion will create something strong enough to overshadow your bad breaths out of this nothingness.

for all those who did me wrong and tried to ruin everything I'm working on, you will witness this revolution. for all those who ignored me because they felt I was a joke and a bum for dreaming big, this joke will surely become something serious!

Mark my words, you're gonna remember me and I'm gonna build a legacy that will outlive me; yes, a legacy out of the same sh*ts you told me to give up on!

When I get to the level, I hope you all remember everything was created out of nothing. I hope you remember this is for everytime I went to bed with a sour taste on my tongue and thunder rumbling in my stomach. This is for everytime I was slapped or physically abused like a bvtch by Chris Naco till I bled, this is for everytime I was verbally abused or embarrassed and harassed by that man!

for every sweat and blood, for everytime I spent in the Arewa cold and summer till I got frozen and tanned. for everytime I worked my as$ out working overnight even when I was sick , everytime I was disrespected and treated like sh*t. This is for all those times I was bullied or sexually abused as a kid, everytime I had to wear the same clothes and underwear, all those times I spent my last penny to get a course or studio time... for all those times, I stayed away from women because I was focused on the grind...

I hope you all choke and vomit all of those sh*ts you made me go through from your nose so you can feel just half of the quarter of the pain you made me go through.
Religion / Jesus Christ Is The "Way"! by topshore(f): 9:12pm On Mar 19
Scripture Text: John 14:5–6

As we see in today's Bible reading, many people still don't know the Way or who He is, just like Thomas.

Jesus Christ is "The Way" and our Lord and Savior. When Jesus speaks, He says that He is the way to God and that only He can make people right with the Father (God). This means that the only way to be saved and live forever is to follow Jesus' instructions and accept Him as Lord and Savior.

Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Jesus also says that He is the Truth. In a religious and moral sense, He is the truth that God wants us to follow. He is the one who reveals God's truth to people and keeps everything going. Christ says that He is "The Life" and that He is the source of eternal life. If you believe in Him and follow His way, you will live with God forever. We can be spiritually born again through Christ and be sure that we will live again after death.
This sentence is very important to Christian faith because it stresses that Jesus is the only one who can save people. It makes the point that believing in Jesus as the son of God and the Savior is the only way to get to know God and live eternally. This passage may mean different things to different Christian groups, but it usually shows that Christians believe Jesus is the only One who can bring people and God together.

What makes Jesus "The Way"?

Jesus used the possessive pronoun to make Himself clear as "the only Way." They didn't understand where He was going or how they could follow Him because He was talking about a road or route. Like He had told them before, Jesus was telling them and us to follow Him. You can't get to heaven or the Father any other way.

After many years, Peter told the leaders of Jerusalem the same thing about Jesus: "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name given to men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). There is only one way to be saved, and that is in the words "I am The Way."

He says, "I am the way, the truth, and the life" in John 14:6. "I am the only way to get to the Father." Many people think that we can't be open if we don't accept all the people who come to God in different ways. That's a tough passage to read. But Jesus makes it very clear that we must go through Christ to reach God. So, when people ask, we should be bold to them that Jesus says He is the only Way. It can be hard to explain though but it's the "Truth", and anyone who believes you will have "Life". Having told them about the Way as Jesus Christ Has revealed Himself, all they have to do is say, "Lord, open my eyes."

If you haven't started walking in the "Way", this is the right time to start. The first step is to surrender to Jesus, the Way. He will show Himself to you, the Truth about Him, and you'll have eternal "Life".

God bless you.

If you would like to give your life to Christ, just say this short prayer: "Lord Jesus Christ, I come to You now, come into my life, take control of my life and change my world. I say bye-bye to the devil, I enter into the Kingdom of Light in the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ. Thank You Jesus Christ, in Jesus name I pray, amen.

Congratulations!!!

Peace!
