I am new here and i am happy to be in the folk. its a pleasure guys.

Please i read here that we can send our certificates and transcripts to WES through Fax. But my question is

1. Nigeria is not in the list of countries for assigning fax numbers. Can i use another country other than Nigeria to open and operate my Fax mail?

2. I learnt WES will send the documents (certificates and transcripts) back to awarding institution for confirmation. Then, how would my awarding institution here in Nigeria get the documents back for confirmation, since i used Fax mail in sending it out.

3. Can my certificate be sent for evaluation to increase points of my spouse, as the Principal Applicant? Just as i would embark on a language test to help increase points of my spouse as the Principal Applicant

Please, can someone help me out. i need urgent clarifications from the house. Thanks everyone.

I got the attestation letter from my school via scanned PDF. Having called WES a thousand times to confirm how to send it, I finally uploaded the PDF to my WES portal and also sent it via FAX using hellofax.

Now, my evaluation is in the PROCESSING stage and awaiting verification from my school.

I have called them several times to confirm how to send the letter.

Some of their customer care dey say make i upload the letter as pdf, some dey say make i send as MAIL to them that it's an official document.

I just read your question again. You don't have to put your details on the hellofax page once you do it like u have shown you. You only select add file and upload the scanned documents and send. That's how is did mine and they received it just fine.

Many persons used Statement/Notification of results successfully.....a few others even used "To Whom It May Concern" from their school.
Perhaps you sud consider faxing it to them. Search for hellofax on nairaland. Cheers

Are you trying to send in your certificate or statement of result? If yes, you can take a clear photo of it with your phone and upload directly through your Wes profile. You don't need hellofax

WES Canada accepts Fax, I believe US should accept too. You can use hellofax to send your documents, make sure you write your Ref number on a piece of paper and put at the top right corner of the certificate when scanning or you caould use the cover page to supply them your reference number. Best of luck.

Please House, I initiated a Wes payment for certificate assessment but still on hold due to COVID19 shutdown. This has affected my transcript processes which I have already paid 50k. I have also sent my certificate through hellofax which was accepted by WES but still waiting for my school to forward my transcript after the lockdown. Now, I have acquired another certificate and wish to add it to my previous degree that has been sent to WES. My question is, how can i initiate another addition of certificate to WES without paying another money(is it possible I must pay again) and process involved.
NB: WES payment was made early March but COVID19 affected the process. Thanks
